I can't say that we had anything close to the same experiences. Encounter 1: My first visit was on 3/11, which was confirmed by the receptionist on 3/10. In the conversation she stated that she had spoke with my insurance already. I arrive to my appointment on 3/10 early and still had to wait for the receptionist to arrive which wasn't until after 10am. Upon her arriving to work she speaks to the doctor and they tell me I CANT be seen. They explained that they had NOT gotten all the necessary information from my insurance. Extremely upset and annoyed at this point. I explained that they should have called and stated this the day before and NEVER confirmed the appointment. The doctor explains that the young lady is new, which I explain is not my problem, but his as the owner. Encounter 2: I was contacted by the INEXPERIENCED assistant on 3/13, that she had finally confirmed things with my insurance and that I could come back on 3/18 to be seen. I get to the office on 3/18, and the doctors states that the assistant will not be in today this he cannot work. I of course get upset immediately. The doctors repeatedly explains how the assistant is new, which I state I'm not concerned with his inability to hire experienced staff. As a result of these failed encounters with the business, I WILL NEVER RETUN NOR WILL I REFER ANYONE!!!

WARNING: This dental office is actively committing Medicaid fraud and engaging in seriously…read moreunethical business practices. Someone came into this dental office impersonating my sister and somehow obtained access to her insurance information. That individual received dental services and X-rays using my sister's Medicaid insurance. We discovered this when my sister attempted to seek care at a dental office in Manhattan and was informed that she had already received the same services at another facility. This was false. During a recorded three-way phone call between an insurance representative and an employee of this dental office, the office violated HIPAA and knowingly admitted they had the wrong patient on file. When we went in person to obtain copies of "her" medical records, the office demanded identification to release the information. For clarity: this is not standard practice. At most medical offices statewide, patients can access records using identifying information such as name and date of birth; requiring a photocopy of an ID is uncommon and not mandatory. At the time, there was an active Medicaid appeal pending for wrongful billing and services rendered without prior authorization. During this process, the office photocopied my sister's ID without her consent and used it to submit "proof" to Medicaid to justify fraudulent billing. We were told this was "office policy." Taking and storing a copy of someone's government ID without consent, especially after admitting the patient was misidentified, is both a HIPAA violation and fraud. Additionally, after my sister received new X-rays from a different dental office, that provider confirmed the X-rays supplied by this office do not belong to her. Her dental condition is not even remotely consistent with the records they submitted. A police report has been filed to document the fraud. Despite this, the dental office is now amending medical records, which is illegal, particularly in the context of an active investigation. You unlawfully obtained and retained a copy of my sister's ID, and you believed this would protect you. Instead, it has further implicated your office. Altering records, stealing patient information, and billing Medicaid under false pretenses are crimes. We are actively pursuing every available avenue to report this conduct to the Department of Health, the State Dental Board, Medicaid, and all appropriate regulatory authorities. Good Luck and Well Wishes, you guys fucked up royally.

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Amy at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. I went to the office at 3682 Broadway. I came in for a crown and root canal, and the entire process was handled with great care. Chris, the hygienist, was superb. He had a pleasant demeanor, was very professional, and incredibly gentle. I especially appreciated how he consistently cleaned and sanitized his tools throughout the procedure--it really showed his attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Dr. Parisa was excellent. She was very gentle when administering the numbing injection, taking her time and even pausing to check if I was okay. During both my first and second visits, she was thorough, informative, and made sure I understood everything about my treatment. The entire team is warm and welcoming, and the office itself is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I look forward to my upcoming visit, I a couple days. If you're looking for A1 treatment from true professionals who care about your comfort and your smile, this is the place to go. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that I actually started nodding off (falling asleep) during my fillings recently. Normally I always aim to go downtown for all my doctor's appointments, but I'm very grateful to have found a local dentist within walking distance from my appartment with this level of care. 10/10 recommend to anyone in the area.
