She was incredibly helpful, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. I went to the office at 3682 Broadway. I came in for a crown and root canal, and the entire process was handled with great care. Chris, the hygienist, was superb. He had a pleasant demeanor, was very professional, and incredibly gentle. I especially appreciated how he consistently cleaned and sanitized his tools throughout the procedure--it really showed his attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Dr. Parisa was excellent. She was very gentle when administering the numbing injection, taking her time and even pausing to check if I was okay. During both my first and second visits, she was thorough, informative, and made sure I understood everything about my treatment. The entire team is warm and welcoming, and the office itself is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I look forward to my upcoming visit, I a couple days. Small practice with very comprehensive and intuitive care. Everything from their admin Amy's diligence, helpfulness and ability to help me understand my billing and work with me on what's important and what can wait, to the Dentists professional and exceptional skill. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I actually started nodding off (falling asleep) during my fillings recently. Normally I always aim to go downtown for all my doctor's appointments, but I'm very grateful to have found a local dentist within walking distance from my appartment with this level of care. 10/10 recommend to anyone in the area. read more

I read reviews of GD Dentistry and Dr. Murdakhayev that specifically mentioned he was patient, thorough, and empathetic - and I am here to tell you this could not be more true. From the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, to Dr. Murdakhayev himself, every second I spent at GD Dentistry was warm, kind, gracious, and incredibly supportive. If you are someone who has been avoiding seeing a dentist for whatever reason, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. Uptown is incredibly lucky to have this special office right here in our neighborhood. I had a fear of going to the dentists for a long time,but got a terrible toothache and I needed that tooth removed got an appointment faster than expected and was easily located, the staff is friendly and after X-rays and consultation I was able to get that extraction done today. I am a bit sore from it but overall it was the best experience I ever had at a dentist office in a long time, High recommended to go and if you want a weekend appointment it's the best time to be there to get your tooth checked and see what kind of problem you might have read more

I found Dr. Yoo on Zocdoc last September and I just had my second dental cleaning/checkup with GD Dentistry today. The office is so clean and uses modern equipment. Elena at the front desk was professional the whole time. Dr. Yoo and Norys did their best to keep me comfortable during my visit. Norys has a calming and lighthearted demeanor which helped to keep me at ease (because I get nervous at the dentist)! This is a hidden gem in Washington heights, expect park avenue care but conveniently located around my area. I will travel though if I had to. I've always been afraid to go to dentist and because of it my teeth paid the price. From the instant I walked in and was greeted by Elena (she is amazing) I felt comfortable. Upon my evaluation and speaking with Dr Yoo, I knew this was the place for me. I like that he was straightforward and told me what I needed the realistic results I should expect. I've had several fillings so far and he is very gentle. I opted for sedation for my dental implants. This is a long process. Will update once I have my restored smile.
