The office is extremely efficient and courteous; from the front desk staff to the hygienist. Regardless of which one is scheduled for my visits, they take time to explain what is being done and offer advice on what I need to add or continue for optimum dental hygiene. For this recent visit, Ebony was my hygienist. Before my cleaning she performed my periodontal charting and I must say that she had a heavenly touch. The probing isn't my favorite part of the visit but her hands were extremely light - no discomfort whatsoever. Dr. Riordan has the most soothing and calm demeaner. She always performs a thorough exam after my cleanings, x-rays, etc. She addresses any of my concerns and always explains what is recommended to maintain my overall dental health. The office is equipped with all the latest dental technology so you can have everything done in one place. When I leave the office I always feel confident and empowered because I know I received the best possible care and advice.

Dentist Guram was very rude towards my mother's opinion about her tooth. She feels pain when…read moreapplying her dentures but due to the doctor not seeing any signs of damage on her dental x rays he raised his voice and said "what do you want me to do about it then?". This made my mother feel very uncomfortable and distrust towards the dentist. He also insulted my ability to translate English to Spanish when I'm clearly able to speak fluent in both. My mother a Hispanic Spanish speaking only means that I'm constantly using both English and Spanish when addressing her needs to doctors etc. Despite his front desk receptionist telling my mother the same information that I've already translated did not change my mother's opinion that she may have a broken tooth.
