The third time was about a 20 minute wait. Not terrible. However the point that upset me was I stepped into the hallway to answer a phone call and left my daughter waiting in the room (6yr old). When I stepped back in shortly they had called her to the back and was already putting a bib on her to clean her teeth and she was tearing up because she used to be scared of the dentist.
