Giving three stars because the tailor redid the suits. Overall the prices slightly cheaper. Your probably better off paying that extra 10 dollars and going elsewhere. Dropped off two suits. Hemming the pants taking, taking in the sleeves, and brining in the jacket came to 140 (70 dollars per suit). Issues: -sleeve hems weren't even. There was literally a V for the sleeves. Never ever had this issue at any other tailor. Didnt think that was even possible If you measure and cut it properly ... Maybe they don't? -suit was taken in way too much that there was very very bad creasing on the jacket. (I also purposely asked for more room in the suit as I'm trying to gain weight). The tailor fixed all issues. I have never had any of these issues with my previous tailors. Unfortunately I took my first quality (1200) suit here and def regretted it. Just wasted more time getting them to fix it and coming back multiple times to get it

Very good customer service. Owner is willing to stay extra hours to deliver your clothes. The alteration on my dress was great.

I have to say I like this location much better because of the ease to get to it. Marcello's has always been my go to place. Recently when I couldn't locate them I brought my items to a different alteration shop which I ended up bringing my close here for them to repair what the other alteration store didn't do properly. I look forward to the ease and quality work for any of my other items that need addressing by Marcellos.

The reputation he built -- quality, speed, and a family touch -- is a Houston story. Over the past several months, I've become a much more frequent client, and a pattern has emerged. One sister is genuinely warm, attentive, and makes you feel like your business matters. The other is a consistent source of frustration. Too many visits have started with visible irritation on her end, required me to redirect her attention to alteration needs that should have been obvious, and ended in results that reflected the disconnect. She is doesn't seem to love/like the craft or even the business-- and that shows up in how she engages with clients. There have been moments I've walked out so taken aback that I called a friend just to confirm I wasn't imagining it. I wasn't -- this appears to be a pattern others have experienced too. It's also evident in many online reviews. I share this because I want this business to do well long term. Their father built something special, and the foundation is still there. But one person's attitude is a real risk to the reputation he worked so hard to build. I hope she finds her way back to loving this work -- the business and its clients deserve that.
