I've eaten at many Wildflower locations and have enjoyed each one. The menu is very robust and it's easy for all types of foodies to eat together in the same restaurant. Whether you're just an average Joe or need to eat vegan, paleo, keto or something else. You can all sit down together at Wildflower. This airport location is a nice surprise and a bit of a relief. You're not stuck with the usual fast food at terminal 4. You can get a Wildflower salad or tasty breakfast dish for your journey. Just remember, *don't* buy a drink if you're going to buy food for your flight. The restaurant is located outside of security and although you can bring your food through the TSA checkpoint, you'll have to ditch any drinks you buy. read more

Terrible. I ordered the egg sandwich with ham. #1. The sandwich had very little ham, the eggs which was scrambled tasted like they were instant or from a food service pouch. I had to throw it away. My expectations for airport food aren't normally high so I was pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of my breakfast sandwich. I had the spicy chipotle egg sandwich and it was really good. Fresh roll, eggs well cooked, chipotle sauce was tasty and spicy. My wife has the egg breakfast and said the rosemary potatoes were a nice surprise. Terminal 4 is known for the vast dining options that are locally owned, which I love! 4-stars For the food but the customer service is so darned friendly that this place is a 5 in my book. Traveling can be really exhausting so it's refreshing to have a meal inside an airport where the entire staff is smiling and just plain nice. The food is very bland and far from fresh, pastries are as hard as a rock and the soup is like watered down Campbell's​ soup from a can (which is actually better) and​ coffee is tolerable. The last time I got an iced tea there was a pink hair in it. Looked over and what do you know? The unfriendly worker who was making the drinks has pink hair. Then I noticed only the ones in the very back are wearing hair nets while all the rest of the grumpy Wild Flower staff has their hair down and all over the place. Not to mention​ chipped nail polish and dirty uniforms. Unfortunately that is the only place to grab a coffee (all I'll ever get from there) before you board a plane around A9-14. I think the management may need to train them more on customer service and getting orders right. I do like the food at this company. Too bad for the customer service though. Another "meh" location in the culinary wasteland that is the Phoenix airport. On a short layover (like 30 minutes short) I ran through this place to grab something to eat to spare myself the salt-lick that is an airplane sandwich. I ordered a panini and specifically asked for one sans-pickles. Not only do I hate pickles but something in my allergies makes pickles hate me. It took a while to make the sandwich (now boarding zone 2), and I was okay with that because I was probably getting something made fresh. Picture me running my big butt on the plane, door closing, me opening my sandwich. Pickles. Lots and lots of pickles. $10 sandwich in the trash and another $10 spent on a salt lick sandwich on the plane. Here's the GREAT news: I sent a Twitter message to Wildflower and was immediately contacted by someone. I called them when I landed 4 hours later and they credited back my purchase, even without a receipt. I like that level of customer service and, next time, will let you know if the food is as tasty as the customer service. read more

I came across Wildflower, and thought I'd give it a try being so highly rated. Customer service was great. Definitely 5/5. The person helping me was very informative with the products. I placed my order, and had it about 10 minutes later. Now, the food, this is where the 3/5 comes in. The mac and cheese sounded amazing, but it was just some ziti pasta thrown in cheese sauce. The cheese sauce was watery and had almost no flavor. I also ordered a roast beef sandwich. It was just ok. The roast beef wasn't what I thought it would be. It's more steak than roast beef. The bread was also too hard for my taste. My mouth is still feeling it from how hard it was. **UPDATE** Within 24 hours the founder of Wildflower contacted me to make things right. That goes to show just how great the customer service is! Although I am in Texas, I will definitely keep them in mind while traveling to give them a 2nd shot! read more

I'm so glad I tried this place instead of the Panera. Even though I missed out on the Panera rewards. Everything about it was better. The quinoa veg salad was great as was the pumpkin latte. I had a 5 hr layover and spent several hours there, I'm glad I wandered over from C term and found this place. Every table had usb and wall plugs and the staff came by regularly to take trash and refill water and coffee. Daisy, Bruno and Samu were sooo nice.
