We were very taken care of. I suffer with eczema and they were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful about products that would be best. Beautiful selection of products! Heidi and Arianna were incredibly friendly! read more

Many of these negative service reviews really surprise me! I almost always go to this store sweaty and sans make up after jogging or spinning--today I went in with my 5 month old puppy after a walk. The employees are always courteous and helpful. They were super sweet to my puppy. I have never experienced any judgement about my attire. Today, my trip was to replace some missing wash cloths that match the bath and hand towels I had purchased on a previous trip. Not a big sale and the people at the store were super kind to help me locate the correct style and color. As to the pricing---yes this merchandise is expensive. But I do think that is because of the quality of the fabrication. If you are looking for inexpensive linens, there are literally hundreds of other options. If you are looking for high quality, organic, cool sleeping linens those are expensive here and everywhere. I appreciate the curation of the store. I have purchased many pillows, bath linens, bed linens, duvet covers, and accessories. I think they have nailed the unique casual chic style that is so associated with Austin. I would recommend a visit if you're in the area and looking for high quality home decor and linens. Thank you for your store! read more

Yeow! This place is expensive! Don't get me wrong - I'll spend some money on some stuff if I love it like it's my job but I'm still mindful of prices so take note, if you aren't willing to pay $300 for pillowcases and $400 for throw blankets this might not necessarily be the place you'll want to shop. That being said - they do have some gift items like candles, necklaces, and decorative items. The store has some furniture pieces, bedding, pillows, decorative accents, and other random knick knacks. I liked it well enough - had I been in the right frame of mind to spend $300 on the pretty pink silk pillowcase I found I would have but I just wasn't in the mood that day to spend that sort of money after a weekend of shopping. Near to other shops with parking on the back side of the building. Staff were mostly friendly if not a little bit judgey. read more

Wildflower Organics - Silk sheets and pillowcases here. Heaven. But $$$ - Mattresses Near Me - Austin, Texas

Great shop with wonderful selection of bedding, candles as well as other specialty items.

Chic, cozy and elegant, i can't wait to go back. Exquisite linens, sheets and towels clearly a grade above its competitors. Even better though, you're supporting a mom and pop shop, which is the heart and soul of central Austin shopping. My journey was brought on by this boutique carrying a full collection of Cire Trudon candles. Both the women working were inviting, polite and helpful for any of my needs. They helped explain their services and products and overall made it a pleasant shopping experience. Looking forward to future purchases! read more

This is my go to store for all things bed and bath related. Unique decor from organic canvas duvets to velvet bedspreads. I love the cotton sleep ware and finally found artisan carafe and drinking glass combo for bedside. read more

Fabulous boutique for luxury bedding and more. If you want to splurge on something amazing for your home this is the place. Top quality products and a very helpful staff. I have made several purchases over the span of about 10 years and still have all of the items! Vibrant uniquely patterned throw pillow are my favorite item to purchase here. They have a great line of sleepwear as well that is a perfect price point for gifts. Check out their sale section too as you can snag some great deals. Since their location change just down Lamar in 2015 (post flood) they seem to have added more furniture and accessories. read more

Yes, it is expensive, but the quality of their products and service reflect that. Casey helped with our purchase of a velvet Bella Notte bedspread that possesses a beautiful texture, and equally stunning appearance. The experience you get from this bedspread is absolutly addicting. If you are fortunate enough to afford luxury bedding, you owe it to yourself to stop by and visit with Casey about it. If not, go see it anyway, and you will find a way to afford it. read more

Shame. I walked in to purchase sheets, towels and a few odds and ends but AGAIN Austin Area boutique stores seem to have an issue with speaking to people if they are not dressed the part. I came in with sweats, a baseball cap and a work shirt. I literally walked passed the lady at the counter SLOW and she glanced at me. So of course I said "why is it that no one says hello that works here?" read more

Hands down, this store oozes "couldn't be bothered customer service." Never again. Horrifyingly vapid and unhelpful staff who have conversations with friends or among themselves before helping you even when you're purchasing items. If you're going to have outrageously priced home goods, many well worth the value, the least the staff and management could do is smile, be welcoming and actually say "Thank you," or "have a great afternoon" as you leave. Seriously, complete C U Next Tuesday attitude. No thanks. No longer a customer. Buy online and save the hassle. When they flooded out two years ago and moved they apparently left courtesy behind in the old space. read more

Love all the bedding and extensive selection of material choices available for sheets and comforter sets. Great quality products with helpful staff who are willing to go the extra mile to place custom orders for you. Minus 1 star because this place is pricey. read more

Be warned! I bought a fitted sheet as a replacement, brought it home, it was cream not white, took it back because it didn't match, and found out store credit (over $300) was only option! A few months later, went back to use my credit, they looked in a paper accordion file (!!!!), said, sorry, we don't have it -- they don't have computer records! The clerk admonished me that "I should have held on to my paper receipt." This after 20 minutes wandering around before anyone bothered to stop their visiting among themselves and ask me if I needed any help. Every thing in this store is available elsewhere or on line. Do yourself a favor -- DO NOT SHOP HERE. Adrian Killam read more

Bought a sofa there two years ago. The slipcover on the bench wore out, was informed by their salesperson it would cost me more to buy a replacement slipcover than my sofa did, even after applying a 20% discount she offered to me in the parking lot, running after me as I left the store. Much like a wrecked car, my sofa is totaled. read more

Was very disappointed that this store buys and sells real fur products. I am an interior decorator who finds plenty of awesome cruelty- free furniture items around town. I won't be back. read more

I've purchased--at different times--mattress, bed, end tables, sheets, etc. The Ligna sheets are "a million dollars," according to my husband, but so worth it! My last set lasted 10 years. I'm on the way to buy the new teal set! EDITED TO SAY OUR NEW SET GOT A RIP AFTER ONLY 2 years! Granted, I didn't use the mild liquid soap they gave me with the sheets, because certain it did a horrible job on normal spots. But then I used my pods on the other set and it lasted 10 years. These sheets are VERY VERY expensive. I think their quality dipped way low in the intervening 10 years. Holy sheet!! read more

Great to see this longtime Austin store in its new location. Our sheets from here are absolutely amazing. Great helpful staff!!!

Love this store. Not only can you get unique gifts and accents for your home to make any space pop, you can get some amazing ideas and insight to new trends. The staff is always helpful and even the owner has taken time to talk with me about pieces that have caught my eye. Will continue to frequent!! read more

What has happened to this place??? For years it was the best in Austin but the quality of product they carry, even the visuals and window displays facing Lamar are all suffering. I heard they have new owners.?.? That would explain it. The women who work there can't be bothered as others have noted, but as an out of towner I can't believe the downfall of product and display over the past 6 months or so. Sad. read more

This is one of Austin's most unique places to buy luxurious and beautifully curated home goods! Elegant and chic selections that last for years and years. I've found the best collections of sheets, pjs, pillows, etc. Also a great place for an elegant home gift! Locally-owned and managed. read more

Although this store has super cool items, it's not even the price that turns me away, but the horrible customer service. I walked in today and with 4 employees that were there, not one of them said a word to me. Instead, they were talking about personal problems. Also, when I have been in before, I had to ask them for help and when talking to an employee, they were very snotty, rude, and unfriendly. Will not be getting my service. read more
