Had a fantastic lunch experience at Wildflower today! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Michael at the counter, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He gave us some great menu recommendations and truly made the ordering process enjoyable. I had the chopped salad with added chicken super fresh and flavorful--and my kiddo loved the mac and cheese from the kids menu. We also couldn't resist taking home a loaf of their rosemary and sea salt bread, which Michael kindly sliced and bagged for us. Such a nice touch! Though it's an order-at-the-counter and seat-yourself type of place, we had a few team members stop by to check in and make sure we were doing well. You can tell they care about the guest experience. Even the bathroom was clean and thoughtfully maintained. We didn't try the desserts this time (even though they looked delicious!), but we'll definitely be back. It is located at Chandler Mall on the first floor, near an outside entrance, Dillard's, and also Test America, where I happened to be participating in a market research study that evening. I love the soup and sandwich (or salad) combos that they offer at Wildflower. The portions are quite large and the food is high quality. I love the fact that they mix in almonds and apples in their tuna salad. I had the half tuna sandwich and broccoli cheese soup. Both were fresh and very satisfying. Their iced teas are also delicious. The menu at Wildflower was more diverse, they also offered a great "Wildflower Two" option where you could pick two items from a set sandwich, soup, and salad menu for $10. Well worth it. But not everything is on par with "P". The breads and desserts are not as good or as plentiful here. Also, for the kids meals they gave us HALF a tiny cookie for each meal?!?! C'mon. If you were running low on tiny cookies couldn't you have subbed in something else. Pretty embarrassing.
