Was craving a sandwich before doing some shopping at the Chandler Fashion Center. Decided to stop by Which Wich. Which Wich is essentially a Subway or Jimmy John's, but with screens to order on and more customizations. I appreciated the order screens as I was able to skip the line. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch, my mom ordered a plain Turkey Sandwich. We got some fries and ranch on the side. The sandwiches were nothing special-- pretty bland. However, the fries were delicious. The walls next to where we were sitting were covered in some sort of dirt-- not especially appetizing. Overall, Which Wich is just another overpriced sandwich joint. Nothing terrific, nothing terrible.

Wich Wich 3401 W Frye Rd Chandler, AZ February 20, 2023 Food: 5/5 Service: 3/5 Portion size: 5/5 Visit: Brought my family for lunch to find a Cheba hut competitor for best hot subs in Az. Food: Ordered one 14' combo (Turkey, Ham, Roast beef, Cheese)with only black olives and mayo in the sandwich and requested all the veggies on the side. For our sides we got Large fries, Chocolate peanut butter Chip cookie, and a large drink. Than we got our daughter a kids meal which comes with a sub, chips, fries and a drink, which we ordered Turkey and cheese. Service: Dine-in, Service was great but food was prepared incorrectly we wrote all veggies on the side on the paper and the cashier must have not noticed, when I came back to talk to the register about it the rep had an attitude and seemed upset. The sandwich was remade and the food was great we appreciate the fix but don't appreciate attitude for your mess ups!

    Regular size sub and drink.

Nothing really special about this place. Fully customizable sub sandwiches. Tastes good but not GREAT. Place was warm inside because of their oven so we ate outside. Pretty clean inside as well. Better than Subway but not as good a Jersey Mikes. A tad pricey but who isn't anymore?

Used to be happy with Which Wich and I still like the sandwiches but this location has just disappointed. Got a Lettucewich today and it's half the size they used to be. Boo. Did a dinner order a few months ago and it was all wrong. And yes, Mr sandwich maker, If I check "Turkeywich", I want what comes on the turkeywich plus whatever else I marked. Otherwise I wouldn't have checked "Turkeywich".

Very clean inside which is a huge plus!

I've only gone here once before in which was years ago but, when I went here this week because of the establishment being open earlier then most, it was a great experience with great customer service! The 2 gentlemen in there, walked me through the ordering process step by step since I couldn't remember it from the past. I'm going to be going here more often since they open so early, the process is fast and easy, not to mention that they have good sandwiches

A little different from most sandwich shops. You find the type of sandwhich you want. They are organized by type. Find the corresponding bag and mark up your choices. Sign your name and you are good to go. Pro tip: Put a special mark on the back of your sandwich bag. That way you will know be able to tell how soon you are up as it processes through the line

"It has been well said that a hungry man is more interested in four sandwiches than four freedoms." ― Henry Cabot Lodge Jr. Oh, Which Wich... What can be said about this sandwich joint? You walk in, grab a bag, check off anything and everything you want, and sign your life away to whatever masterpiece you've created. While I'm not bonkers or a crazed enthusiast of this joint like some of my other friends, I'll admit that they can make a delicious sandwich for a hefty price depending what you get. Buy a cookie, a shake, and grab a punch card. The ingredients are fresh and everything I've ever had tasted decent. Come here when you want to switch things up.

The food was awful. Worst sandwich I've ever had. The bread was on the verge of being stale. The soda machine was disguising.

The staff is extremely nice and patient, willing to answer questions if you have any. I ordered a 6 inch frensh dip and their bowl of clam chowder, all to go. Driving home with my to go order was torture! My entire car smelled like bread that just came out of the oven!!! The French dip was delicious! The shop provides a giant cup of Au Jus with the sandwhich, there is no way you are going to use it all! The sandwhich was well belanced with the meat and cheese, and the flavors were a great combination. The sourdough bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Definitely recommend checking out this sandwhich. The bowl of clam chowder is the reason I know I will be consistently coming back to this shop. As a clam chowder snob, I am obsessed! The portions of ingredients were great, not too many of one ingredient. The soup was creamy but not thick like glue, great consistency! The cut sizes for the potato and clams were great and you could easily see the clams in the soup. It was phenomenal!!! I beyond recommend checking out Sourdough & Co.

The ones I've been to are in Tempe and Chandler. Both have such a nice vibe inside and outside. I usually prefer sitting outside, but both seating areas are super nice. The service was good, just a little slow. I think it was because we were the only people sitting outside, so it was probably easy to forget about us lol. We did wait about 20 minutes, which they did inform us of in the beginning. We did have an issue because when we went to go check on our table at the time we were to be seated, nobody had returned back to the hostess stand for a bit of time, and there were people behind us who still had not been helped. There is no waiting area. Once we were seated, our server was amazing and we got our food and drinks promptly. The food was just okay. The sandwich had too much bread for my liking (I am used to ciabatta being thin and crunchy and this ciabatta was thick and more fluffy). The pasta was amazing, but I wish I would have asked to add a protein.

I didn't think much of it at first, but then I watched the owner heat the pastrami in the microwave before assembling the sandwich. I've never had a deli sandwich prepared that way right in front of me, and it was disappointing. She also pulled out a large bag of Taylor Farms shredded lettuce. I asked for no lettuce, and she joked that "people don't want lettuce anymore." Given the recent news surrounding Taylor Farms, that comment didn't exactly inspire confidence. What really surprised me was that the pastrami was placed in a plastic basket and microwaved. Whether or not it's considered safe, seeing food heated that way wasn't very appetizing. Looking around, there also didn't appear to be any real kitchen equipment for preparing hot sandwiches beyond a microwave. A Blackstone griddle or even a quality countertop oven would have inspired much more confidence in the food, especially considering the owner's Yelp responses emphasizing the quality of their sandwiches. From what I experienced, the preparation didn't match those claims. In the end, we ordered just one pastrami sandwich and one beer, and the total came to about $25, with the sandwich alone costing over $17. For that price, I expected much better ingredients and preparation. Unfortunately, the quality didn't match the cost. We tried to be as nice as possible but we left feeling pretty disappointed and couldn't wait to get out of there.
