The staff immediately welcomed my partner and I when we arrived. It was clean and they were sweeping up some crumbs from a group that had just left. Ordering at the kiosks was great, I had no idea they had unlimited toppings. It was SUPER customizable which is so fantastic! Also, the regular is almost the equivalent to a footlong at Subway, and more affordable, VERY worth the price! I got a hot turkey sub with some veggies and the sandwich meat and cheese was hot and the veggies were super cold, a very nice contrast! We don't have a Which Wich near our house, so when we see one on our drives, we usually stop. The sandwiches no longer come in paper bags, but the flavors are still the same. Which Wich is essentially a Subway or Jimmy John's, but with screens to order on and more customizations. I appreciated the order screens as I was able to skip the line. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch, my mom ordered a plain Turkey Sandwich. We got some fries and ranch on the side. The sandwiches were nothing special-- pretty bland. However, the fries were delicious. The walls next to where we were sitting were covered in some sort of dirt-- not especially appetizing. I work at PayPal, so I visit this place quite frequently on my lunch break. The menu, however can be a little confusing for a first-timer. What you have to do is grab the proper sandwich bag and fill it out. For example, number 6 is the vegetarian bag and then you look up at the menu and see what your options are. The vegetarian options are: hummus, mediterranean, caprese, and there's one other. You then fill out your bag on how you'd like your sandwich made. The first time I went I grabbed a bad that was like their ultimate sandwich or something like that, so when I got it, it was loaded with meat. Not so good for a vegetarian...lol. This place is really hit or miss.  Sometimes the service is quick and the sandwiches are good.  Other times, they are soggy and sloppy. Which wich does has a good rewards program that applies across all stores in the valley.  Best part about the rewards program is that you get a free sub for signing up and a free sub on your birthday.  They also have an online app, but I tried this once and got the completely wrong sandwich.  Hooray for technology. It's great how you have so many options for what you want on your sandwich, but ultimately this leads me to decision paralysis.  You write what you want on a paper bag and they do all the work.  You can go healthy or gluttonous depending on your mood. I never knew crinkled French fries work well in a gyro! Great comfort food. The paper sandwich bag was hung up at the line with a pin sturdy enough to hold the wich. Write your name on the bag so they can call your name when the order is ready. The cookie was warmed up on the open toaster and nicely warm for the winter that's soon to arrive. Stopped in for lunch before going shopping with my fiance, because we love Which Wich. I ordered the Ultimate BLT, and he had the Brunchwich. My sandwich was great, but the service here is very poor. It was fairly busy. This is a prime location being right next to the mall, so maybe more staff should be added for weekend lunchtime. A handful of tables were open, but none was clean. I grabbed paper towels, wet them with water, and wiped our own. The soda machine was out of ice. Another customer asked them to refill it, and I didn't see that happen either.
