Presentation was excellent they did change from sweet potatoes to a couscous ( I think) which was a good switch and tasty. My spouse had the rainbow trout and it was amazing! It a good size, as again presentation was great! Tasted good too! Not dry. Another person had the truffle pasta and there was a poached egg on top. What a surprise! They said it tasted good!
