First time here and such a great experience. Jt our server was amazing. And food was fantastic

The wings here are pretty good and they have a good variety of sauce. The only problem I have with the restaurant is that most of the time, the music over the speaker system (not even live music) is way too loud and it is hard to hear not only the other person eating with me, but I can't hear the waiter or waitress. read more

Nice and exciting place to have a good meal if you're in the mood for wings. Lots of fun and live entertainment on weekends, great place to watch the game with televisions all around the restaurant. This is one of my favorite places to eat tasty wings. read more

Stopped for lunch while through the area on our way to Atlanta. We love WWC so we made a point of stopping there for lunch. Unfortunately, our experience was terrible. They were semi busy, but we didn't have to wait for a table. We were told several times that the "kitchen is backed up and our food will be out soon"... 45 minutes later it comes out and it's cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for quite some time. Then to top it off the order wasn't even correct. Never had this bad of an experience at a Wild Wing Cafe, but it seems like this one needs better management. It was a chaotic mess. Also, they need to figure out how to clean the floors. It had this greasy coating on it. So gross. read more

Great experience tonight. We've been here several times since moving to the area. Best service so far. Thank You Danny Watson!

I redact my previous review, because the food at Wild Wings is amazing! They entire staff has really stepped up their game. Service is fast and friendly and very accommodating. The food came out hot and delicious and if you're looking to hang out with your friends, the bar is constantly running specials. Thank you for coming to Powell. The restaurants on Emory Rd now have a serious contender to deal with. read more

Our waitress Faith was wonderful, the bus person though....not so much. We had 5 people at our table on a very busy night- we were there for several hours eating, drinking and enjoying the entertainment. We expect some delays when you are super busy, this was not a delay though, it was a job never done. There were empty plates on our table for hours. We saw an empty table and rushed to move the dirty dishes to that table- we knew the empty table would be bussed quickly. Our own table couldn't take any thing else. Empty buckets of beer and drink glasses littered our small square table to the point we had little room for much else. The buckets and glasses were left for our entire stay. We gathered all the dirty dishes and such, piled them together as best we could for easier pickup- again, several hours and nothing was removed. The food/drinks, entertainment and service were good but having a littered table was not fun. read more

Wild Wing Cafe - Cafes Near Me - Powell, Tennessee

What can I say...when traveling it's always a crap shoot picking a place to eat. This place is great! They also took really good care of my service dog, which is so important to me. read more

Perry is a great server! Food was good and wings were spot on! The spinach dip is great served cold or hot and the ginger Wings are my fav!

Went there a little while ago with some buddies to have some wings and a few brewskies. We had a short gal named Kaitlyn and she was awfully rude and had a terrible attitude. Luckily we were able to flag down another waitress named Miranda who made up for all of it when the other seemed to stop caring about our table. Food was great and Miranda made up for what would've been a pretty bad experience read more

I moved here from SC. I'm so glad they moved one of these here. Their menu is over priced but 11 bucks for all you can eat wings??!?!?!?!!?!?! Dude?!?!?!!? How can you complain? read more

Usually come here for wings, but had quite a bit of after work-work to complete and was well taken care of by Erika...Great location, great afternoon and evening atmosphere with live music most of the time, and no shortage of screens to watch the game! Enjoy! read more

Service was poor. Tried to set us at a table full of ants. Asked them to clean it looked at us like we were crazy. Asked to sit at a different table the server said all our outside tables have ants. Food took 40 minutes and then got the wrong food. read more

So we tried WWC for the first time. I had a chicken quesadilla. On top it looked perfect but the bottom was soaked in oil and there was 1/4 inch deep oil on the plate. The chicken tasted burnt. Wife has shrimp skewers but said the were only so so. Potato salad was warm. Room temperature. Not eating it like that. Pretty pricy for lunch. Probably not going back. read more

Stopped by this relatively new trendy restaurant with family, for dinner. While the restaurant looked fresh and highly localized, the food was nothing special. Although the place wasn't too busy, the service was bad to terrible. Our server disappeared for 15 minutes at a time. The windows are so big that as the sun set we asked another server to relocate us. The food came out after a long wait, the soup was cool, the wings were small. The only redeeming value was the 33 flavors of seasoning. Oh, the silverware was cheap and waterspotted, the patio doors were open and the place was full of flys. We will not be back, sorry guys! read more

When we arrived at the restaurant there was no available handicap parking because employees park in the handicap parking. The vehicle was gold in color, late model, infinity suv and did not display a handicap license nor did it have a proper registered mirror tag. When we entered the restaurant we were told that service animals have to be outside on the patio. When we left the restaurant there was a motorcycle parked on the sidewalk so ADA individuals could not use it. First item we ordered was the spinach dip. It took a long time for us to receive the dip and it was bland, temperature hot, with crisp tortilla chips. For the entrees, we ordered chicken quesadilla, 6 fajita wings and 6 garlic wings. Individuals that had arrived long after us were receiving food long before us and the reasoning was 1-our food was dropped, 2-the chicken quesadilla was burnt. The manager arrived at our table with the chicken quesadilla and apologized that the first order was burnt. It didn't seem to matter, the chicken quesadilla had no cheese to hold the ingredients, although the menu says "in a cheesy", and they fell out when trying to eat the quesadilla. The silverware used to eat the quesadilla was dirty and needed to be replaced. The salsa that came with the quesadilla was canned tomato with no flavoring. The 12 wings were precooked and pre-sauced leaving them dry and hard and in restaurant terms 50% edible. Our waitress was attentive but failed at service because of the kitchen. *** My wife would love to take you up on your offer to invite us back but is concerned about the response. It was your manager who brought it to my attention that the vehicle parked in handicap space was his employee and he stressed little to no concern about the issue. We both feel that your staff should have been trained on the subject service animals and how to appropriately interact with individuals with disabilities prior to being introduced to the public. As guests, we tend to forgive/forget poor customer service as long as the quality of food is exceptional. In this case, it was not exceptional but rather poor. My wife reiterated the quesadilla had no cheese along with the quality of the salsa. If the salsa is made fresh daily, it is with canned diced tomatoes. If it is not with canned diced tomatoes, you are using rotten tomatoes to make the salsa, that is how bad it was. She does not understand why you would need to "add more cheese" when the quesadilla lacked cheese from preparation. If your wings are cooked to order, my question is how long did you cook the wings? The protein was hard and dry not soft and moist. Adding additional sauce for "wet" consistency is not solving the hard and dry issue. You failed to address the motorcycle blocking the sidewalk making it difficult to impossible for ADA individuals coming or going from your establishment. Apparently ADA violations are not a concern. With respect, we decline your offer. read more

Didn't like it the first time we went, but decided to give it another shot, and thank god we did. Sydney W is a GREAT server! Always kept our drinks full, and had a smile on her face, even when there was a table of douchebags in her section. Will definitely be back. My husband thinks the wings are the best in Knoxville! read more

Love the wings and beer! Great tap selection and endless options on wing sauces. Brooke was a really good server.

We asked to sit outside and was told no, even though there were several available tables. They seemed to be unwilling to move a couple tables together. So we were sat inside. After 10 minutes of waiting, no one had stopped by our table to greet us or take an order. We walked back up to the host stand where there were four workers standing and gave them our menus. There was no apology or attempt to make things right. We made the short drive to Aubrey's and had a much better experience. read more

Went for live music, was told the wait was going to be 20-30 min. After watching the staff allow people to save stools at the bar for their yet to arrive friends for 45 minutes we were told our table was ready. We asked for the table that just opened on the music side and were told that we had to ask for that and that people had asked for that when they arrived. We told them that we weren't asked about a preference. The manager was argumentative and told us that he is pushing the open table together for a larger party THAT NEVER HAPPENED. He told us that we could keep waiting for that side if we wanted. Kacie, our waitress was a sweetheart. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FOOD OR WAIT STAFF read more

I cannot say how impressed I am with this place! First of all my service was outstanding! LISA W. took great care of me and my friends. She was friendly, knowledgeable and super funny. Secondly, THE BOSS WINGS! Need I say more? So good! Last but not least, the live music is always great! We will be back and I recommend everyone go try it out! read more

Food is good, but both times I went there were open tables but still a 30 min wait that turned into about 45 min.

One of our favorite places, tonight Bri our server was fantastic and our usual wings and cheese sticks were exceptional. Had a 30 minute wait for a table which is about normal these days. 100% worth it. read more

I had a wonderful time, great drink prices, good food, and experienced staff, my server Daniel Stewart, gave me a wild card, it was a nice gesture. read more

Love this place, but I have to admit I like the Campbell Station one a wee bit better - perhaps because the outside deck is off the road more making it quieter. Anyway, I've been to the Powell location several times and received great service and food! I wish they offered more carb-friendly sides for those of us who don't want all the starches! The Wild Chef Salad is a favorite!!! The Wild Wing Hot Sauce (their own brand) is a MUST TRY! We love it and have no idea why they quit selling it, but if you ask a manager to get it for you from the back, they will. YUM! read more

3rd time here, 3rd time poor service and rude wait staff. Condescending management that has no idea what customer service is. That's ok, our money spends anywhere and that's where it will go. Wild Wings in Farragut is nothing like this. read more

Today we walked in and nobody was there to greet us. Everyone working just looked at us. I guess they don't need any business.

Had a long black hair in my salad (after waiting 45 minutes on it) and after stating that there was a hair and I no longer wanted the salad the waitress just stated "sorry" and that was it. No questions if I wanted something else.. no sign of a manager after the fact either.. Still waiting on my main entree while writing this review. Restaurant is not packed. Will not be coming back. *update been 1 hour and 30 minutes since we ordered and our food just came out cold. Lol. read more

Came for Sunday afternoon lunch. We were presently greeted and our drink order taken, but after placing our appetizer and entree orders, it was almost an hour before the food was brought to our table. Our server was very kind and let us know that the kitchen was backed up, making sure everything else was in order. Our food was brought and everything was very tasty! We had a good spread; wings, grilled tenders, a salad. All of the food tasted fresh and was good. The manager on duty came over to ensure the quality of our food and apologized for the wait. It was a good experience, just a rough start. read more

Ive given this place several chances and it is always the same. Horrible host staff don't manage tables. Food usually isnt bad but this time was overcooked and took FOREVER. Staff are rude and never attentive. Drinks stay empty repeatedly. Seriously this place survives on "new restaurant" vibes alone. People will learn soon that they're getting consistently terrible service and move on. Myself included. read more

Absolutely amazing! I was so excited when this restaurant was built and they have done nothing but give excellent food and service!!! My family enjoys the excitement without having to drive out west. Thank you for being such a wonderful place keep up the good work! read more

So just ate here. Parking - 2 out of 5 Wait - 3 Appetizer - 3 Wings - 3.5 Staff - 4.5 Environment - 3 Live Music - 1 The food was ok. Nothing to write home about. I got the Steel Spud Chips and well once you eat the ones on top, no toppings on chips below. Wings were ok, breading was falling off and well they looked like Chik-F-La nuggets but with sauce. The cheesecake is store bought, again nothing special. Environment... it is ok. It is a sports bar. The live music to me was awful, but that is because it isn't my cup of tea. Only real saving grace was my server. She was nice and efficient. So yeah it is because of her (Peyton) is the only reason I give you all a 4, otherwise it would be a 2.5-3. read more

Good wings. Tons of sauce choices. However Darian did bring celery after my friend said "I hate celery" all good tho. Good food good service, no wait on a game day. However I asked for three shots of bourbon and I was given some stuff from Missouri. C'mon Bourbon is from Kentucky. So I ordered some Makers Mark, pretty expensive but worth it because the cayts are better than the vols. Enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Will visit again. read more

I've been here four times since it opened and I really like it. I've tried a few different things on the menu, and I think the steel spuds (or whatever they were called) were my favorite! It was homemade potato chips with ranch, bacon, and cheese. Yum! The burgers are also pretty good. I also liked that there's a ton of tap selections. Much needed for this side of town. Can't wait to see how fun this place will be during March madness! Service has been alright as well. Yeah, it's busy and you may have to wait for a table, but any new place is going to be like that. read more

On numerous occasions this location has given below average service in comparison to their West Knoxville location. I would much rather travel the additional miles for equally below average food with better atmosphere & service! The emory road location lacks attendance for the bar hopper, service for critics, and all around service for the local crowd. Standards in service and quality are VERY different from one location to the next! So, if you are looking for a good time with friends PLEASE drive the extra miles to visit their West Knoxville location! I assure you that their West Knoxville location will provide a more populace atmosphere, along with MUCH better service! Not only that, but if atmosphere & service isn't up to par.....you have MANY more options within minutes! Skip the powell location & drive the extra miles for fun & good service! read more

My family and I had an amazing experience at Wild Wing Cafe yesterday! My Texas toast club was perfect, and everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals. Every other time I have been to WWC, I have been very disappointed by their waitstaff. That all changed with our fabulous waiter, Darian!! He was knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. We can't wait to come back! :) read more

Went here for the first time tonight. We only waited about 10 minutes to be seated which was great! Our server Tyler however was completely terrible. He came off rude and like he didn't want to be there. After he took our order it took about 10 to 15 minutes for our apps to come out. However after that everything went down hill. We waited over an hour for our food. By the time he finally came back to the table to check we told him we would like to just pay for our apps and drinks and leave since we had to children who were getting hangry and we had already waited long enough. He told us we were the next ticket so we decided to just wait. Two of our orders came out wrong, probably in an attempt to just get the food to the table. When we asked to speak to a manager he told us they were all busy and gave us a card and told us to just leave a review on Facebook. Once we finally got to speak to a manager he took care of us. The food was good however I'm not sure we will be back after this Trainwreck of an experience. read more

I'm done with this place have been here 15 times it has gone downhill, the service was never great but now the food sucks I wish I stopped going there sooner, the dip and wings were cold last visit and that's not right. read more

The best wing offering in the area. I usually get food to-go because the music they play on certain nights isn't my thing. Good wings, A lot of Televisions and cold beer (what more could you ask for in a sports bar?) read more

Very poor and slow service. Cheap silverware still had water marks, same with the cups. Silverware came in a wash cloth that had a mild stench if someone is sensitive to smells this may be an issue. Food was tasteful and filling price was not bad. Facility seems to want to follow the footsteps of Buffalo Wild Wings but has a long way to go. read more
