Good food and really great service. They have came a long way since they first opened. Wings are bigger and better than before. So keep up the good work. read more

Wild Wing Cafe - The aftermath of the wing attack - Cafes Near Me - Powell, Tennessee

went into wild wings in Powell, Tennessee. Environment was very pleasing very nice however it took the bartender 1 15 minutes to recognize that I was there. All I wanted was an tea.. after got my tea, took him another 10 to 15 minutes to be able to come back to place my order of appetizers and a salad. The reasoning for it was because I thought it would be out there faster. i was incorrect. The food came out altogether. The salad dressing was water mixed in with a little ranch dressing.. The quesadillas I ordered were warm at best and I'm being gratuitous.. the tater tots that I ordered was somewhat warm, but tasted burnt like that they were cooked in oil that has not been changed for quite a while. I must say that was a disappointing experience.. read more

Drove in from Ohio to see Tall Paul. We had the most AMAZING server ever!!! Forbes was gracious, helpful, smiling and so sweet and friendly!! Food was tasty. Place was good. Nice space to see our friend perform. I cannot forget the hostess she was so helpful with seating us so we could hear Paul. Thank you!! We will definitely return!!! read more

This is our favorite wing spot!! We eat here a couple times a month and love the wings, burgers and appetizers. Service is always great!! We are never disappointed with the service, and when we catch the live entertainment. It is always worth staying late for. If you are a fan of entertainment, wings and things and a good time, this is your place. read more

My fiancé and I went here around 1pm and there was no hostess so we sat ourselves at a high top in the bar area. No one acknowledged us for at least 10 minutes so we moved to the bar top. The bartender came over quickly and got us drinks and we ordered. Food was good but the bartender never checked on us, we asked for a ranch and he never brought it over. We had to ask another server for ketchup as well. Then it took which felt like a long time to get our check and leave. I am never one to complain but this service was terrible and will not be returning. read more

Chicken was good but that was it. Fries tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in months! Nasty! The service was even worse! Our waitress had brought her toddler to work with her and spent more time taking care of them inside than she did her customers outside on the deck. We live local but we will not be back. read more

Great dining experience all the way around. The ambiance was great, both inside and out. We took our dog and the massive outdoor patio overlooking a pond was great. The Wings were exceptional, as were the drinks, including my Margarita (nice pour) and the bottle of wine ($20!!). The topper was our Server, Kris, who did a great job taking care of us from beginning to end. Certainly a great addition to the area!! We will be back!! read more

This is still a good place to eat, staff is wonderful and always friendly. I'm not sure what is happening with their wings recently but the flavors are indistinguishable from each other. We ordered the lemon pepper, hot buffalo and Carolina gold BBQ. All of them tasted EXACTLY the same. I thought it was just me until my family asked if we actually got different flavors. The past two visits have been like this. I hope they address it because it's one of our favorite weekly places to go. I would hate to have to stop. read more

We stopped in because we were craving wings and the reviews looked promising. We ordered three different flavors of wings. First we ordered Ragin Cajun, then we got the ginger, and then we got a dry rub that I can't remember the name of, but it was supposed to be smoky and sweet. The first two flavors were delicious and very juicy. The last flavor the dry rub was very smoky. Overbearingly smoky. And there wasn't any sweetness. So my husband and I just each tasted our one which we never finished and the weight staff never asked us if there was an issue. And when you leave a basket full of wings, you expect that maybe somebody will ask you what the problem was. We sat outside on the patio, which was wonderful. But even though it wasn't busy when we first went, the weight staff was not on spot. We were brought the menus and then it was probably 15 to 20 minutes before anybody came back to get our drink order. The place wasn't busy because we were there before dinner hour. Now by the time we left the place was packed. But the weight staff was lacking when we first got there and throughout the meal. But there was plenty of weight staff inside collecting together talking over in corners and seem to be having a really great time. At first, I thought it was break time. But then I noticed in the entire hour and a half. We sat there that that was their normal. If I was the boss, I would be concerned when you had hired and staffed appropriately but yet your customers are feeling neglected. Just a suggestion to sit back and watch. Will be back to pick up wings to go, but we will never eat there again. read more

I love the covered deck overlooking the pond. It's such a great space. The food and service were both good as well. Lots of TV outside to watch all the sporting events. Although we don't have any complaints there wasn't anything spectacular about our experience either. If we were local we would return for the outdoor seating area for sure. read more

When in Powell, this has become my go-to for dinner or just a drink! The live music schedule is fantastic - I especially love the bluegrass on Mondays. Daily food specials are also wonderful. They can make a delicious martini, a comforting margarita, and they have lots of local beers, ciders, and seltzer tap with friendly bar staff. read more

I had won a gift certificate for this place and was pleasantly surprised! The building was open and full of seating and screens. The booths were huge and comfortable. We ordered the sausage ball starter, which was okay. They tasted a little burnt, so we'd probably pass next time. Husband got the chicken sandwich and I got the Philly. Both were great! The Philly was cheesy and greasy and just a perfect lunch sandwich. Our server was friendly and our food came out in good time. Next time we're back, I'll be checking out the wings! read more

I purchased $300 worth of Gift Cards to be given to family members for Christmas. We all went together to enjoy a dinner. We had mentioned we had the gift cards to our server before our meal. AFTER our meal, the server and manager informed us the do NOT accept the gift cards at this location. The gift cards clearly state they are accepted at ALL locations. After paying another $300+ for our meal, they lost this family's business. Horrible! read more

Kayla is the best ever! Food service is the best! She was cordial and very attentive! Food was awesome!

Kayla was awesome tonight and was very attentive of our needs. The food was great and came out as expected A+++

We looked on Yelp and saw the wait time was 0 minutes. When we arrived at the restaurant, she said the wait would be 60-90 minutes. There were at least a dozen open tables and about 6 parties waiting ahead of us. They must've been severely understaffed on the evening of the Tennessee baseball championship in Omaha. Very disappointing. read more

Good food, delivery of food could be quicker. Auggie was our server and did a decent job of taking care of us. Sandwiches were hot, fries could have been warmer. Lots of TV if you're into sports. They have a large selection of beers. read more

First time here and the customer service was very nice and the wings were very good. I have to say that we did get the hot wings and well - they were not very hot. My husband likes them hot where they make you tear up and me I'm more of a medium, maybe. So, I tried a hot and was surprised that they were not that hot at all. Hmm... Don't get me wrong the wings were very good just not hot enough. . Recommended for sure. read more

Wings are awesome! The patio is my favorite place to be! Sad the patio closes for winter soon tho! Great food and amazing staff. Mark Miller is THE best bartender in the world even with that darn crimson jersey ever game day! Lol!! And no one can come close to his LIT's!!! Give it try!! read more

This place is what I like to call "consistently mediocre" and the only reason I go there is because my son likes the wings. The service is typically good and the servers are friendly. A couple of things to bank on are: 1) the kitchen is SLOOOW - even when not busy, and 2) the food will likely be overcooked. As far as atmosphere, it's your typical sports bar environment, so no surprises here. read more

Strong 3.5/5 from me, been here several times with big and small groups to get a good feel of the experiences. - we have tried at least 8 different flavors for bone-in and boneless wings and have not been led wrong yet - the heat levels are legit; do only plan for something with flame symbols beside it if you are man/woman enough to handle it - big fan of the bleu cheese over ranch - entree plates are very portion friendly; you'll probably be taking some home - parking lot is large for groups meeting up - staff are always busy and on the move; don't be afraid to slow them down to ask for what you want, they are happy to help TIP 1: please be careful of traffic when leaving. it's probably better to turn right and get back around than to go left against 4 lanes. TIP 2: they do have a rewards program. look into this prior to showing up to have a good deal read more

Service is ok, seems they don't have enough employees. Food is good, atmosphere is good at times.

We come here for the football games a lot. Go Cowboys!!! Andrew was our server tonight and I can say he was the best we've had!!!

Ordering via a 3rd party business like Bitesquad is hit and miss - asking for wet wings might get you wet wings, but you're better off adding extra sauce because this seems to be a blind spot for them. However, Angust included his card and this order was perfect. I recognizes a few women on their FB last week, but they didn't approve my post. read more

Ohhh my gosh why do I keep trying with this place...? What can I say..? Jess the bartender is absolutely rude and talks down to the other people she works with. I refuse to sit at the bar when she's behind there, and am considering just turning around and leaving over to Aubrey's where their bartender is friendly. read more

First of all, I chose to go to Wild Wings as that is my go to spot for wings. We arrive and were told 20 mins to be seated. After 30 mins, I approached the host area and was told "I'm sorry we forgot". I took the first available and we were seated out side about 15 mins later. We had now been waiting around 50 mins to be seated. After we sat outside, we waited an additional 20 mins, with zero contact. No one came by to get our drink order or food nothing. Not a single contact. When I approached someone to ask for help, the lady said someone would be by. She spoke to our waiter, and he looked over, rolled his eyes. And never came by. We got up and left. It was the worst service I have ever received. This is my go to spot, and this experience was by far the worst. I highly recommend no one to go here unless you have 4 hours to waste. read more

It's Father's Day and the bar outside is not open when it's suppose to open at 4pm. Me and my bf walked inside asked about it and they wanted to get an attitude with us. This place is becoming TRASH with the people they have working here. Its sad because it use to be a great place to eat and come drink but now with all the trashy employees it's hard to enjoy a meal and a beer. I was trying to give him a good Father's Day and we have had several problems here. We wanted to give it another chance because we like the area outside at the bar. Although the employees are very disrespectful. There are ants everywhere at the bar. Not to mention I ordered a salad and it was filled with water. If I were you, I wouldn't waste my time coming here. Bad service and bad food. The only thing that is good is the drinks. (Which is pretty hard to mess up) read more

We've been here twice. The first time the food was ok, nothing special, and we waited a full hour at our table before we got our food. The second time we walked in and were told it was going to be an hour and a half wait when half of the restaurant was COMPLETELY EMPTY. The biggest problem with this place is the lazy service. Someone should inform the owner they're losing money because of his/her staff. read more

I don't know what happened to this place, but it's not good. We've been coming here ever since it opened but will likely not be back. The place was not even half full, but we waited over 30 minutes for two salads and a single order of naked wings, all the while being bombarded by flies (indoors, not on the patio). Once the food finally arrived, it was dismal. My salad was warm as was the blue cheese dressing. My Texas toast was hard, cold and inedible. My wings had died at the pass sitting under a heat lamp and were dried out, barely warm and rock hard. My husband's salad was OK, but just that. Our waitress was very attentive and did her best, but the kitchen is clearly in disarray. Epic fail and disappointing given how good they used to be. read more

Appetizers were great. And our server, Deja was polite, helpful and provided us with excellent service.

SLOW!!! Ordered delivery from here and had to cancel my order after waiting over an hour and a half. I have waited just as long in the restaurant before. if you want food served in a reasonable amount of time, do not go here. read more

Food was quick and fresh! Andrew was a great server & Baylor is a fabulous manager! Great atmosphere with sports playing!

Sat on the patio, which was nice. Had the wings, which were crispy and delicious. Lots of sauce options. Wife had the Philly cheesesteak, also quite good. Portions are good and the pricing is fair. A very pleasant lunch and we'll be back. read more

Ok so, me and my friend have been coming to this place for years, and always have an exceptional experience. However, today we leave confused and frustrated. The cook making our food has refused to cook us anymore wing, because "it's almost 2 and he says he'd finished and not making anymore. Doing so we've had to order ahead? Which makes our new food cold.... Not sure when or if we will be back. read more

While we enjoy viewing games here on Sundays there is a serious problem with their tap system. The beer from the taps always tastes off. Almost like it has sanitizer in it. The staff tries to claim it is just a recent or new thing however it is the same every week. I was there some time ago...over a year... and had the same problem. I wish they would fix this problem. They deny it or explain it away so much I am about to invite some brewmasters and distributors to check it out because I am pretty sure they would not be pleased with the foul tastes passed off as their products. Please management take this serious and fix it. It is not poorly rinsed glasses like you always tell me. It is not a bad keg like you have said it is not a "just this week thing" it is a chronic issue. In the mean time stick to soft drinks, bottled beer, and mixed drinks so you can better enjoy your visit here. read more

This place was the WORST! I ordered a wrap with fries and mac n cheese. The mac n cheese tasted like a 3 day old box of Kraft they had laying around in the back and heated up. Actually, that's not fair to Kraft, it was much worse than that. Another thing... I don't remember ordering a side of hair with my food. MULTIPLE LONG BLACK HAIRS IN MY FOOD! One, I tried to look past. BUT MULTIPLE? I told them about it and they were kind enough to give me $3 off lol! This place is a joke and the people who enjoy it there should be worried about what's in their food. Lastly, our waitress was rude and seemed annoyed because we weren't ready quick enough. read more

Guys, there is something wrong with the beer! The beer tastes like metal. I am thinking (being a craft beer snob), that you have a dirty system or very old kegs! The beer I received had ZERO head (which means a dirty system, dirty glasses or old kegs). This is not the first time I have experienced this at WWC in Powell. read more
