My most recent experience was a birthday dinner order over $40, and more than half of it was missing. This was not a delivery service issue; it was a straightforward kitchen oversight. A pork sandwich dinner arrived without fries, coleslaw, or barbecue sauce.(on a BBQ SANDWICH!?) Wings had no fries and no ranch. The fudge cake was mostly ice cream and fudge, missing the actual cake. If you can't package a basic meal correctly, then perhaps it's time to reconsider offering delivery or re-evaluate the attention to detail in the kitchen. Accuracy and care are basic expectations. After multiple chances and the same outcome, I will not be ordering from Buddys anymore.
