My burger arrived very rare (unsafe for ground beef), and the "correction" was a charred, overcooked mess. The grill is clearly too hot, and the staff is clearly too distracted; the kitchen sounded more like a middle school playground than a professional restaurant. Management couldn't even provide a refund, forcing me to wait on a corporate response. If you value your time and your stomach, go elsewhere. read more

This is for The Garden Bar build your own salad, inside, that you can order on line. Two stars is because the salad ingredients are fresh. I keep ordering it because I have to eat salad and I dont have any allergies and the ingredients are very fresh. Its a gamble what you will get. Only 1 time were the toppings mostly correct. I usually get a completely different salad than i selected. Wrong lettuce, wrong dressing, missing and added toppings. No utinsels, wrong side salad. If you need healthy and fresh get it, but if you have allergies or are very picky beware. I am still ordering here because I really cant go wrong with any toppings on a salad but if you are a manager and care....getting the right toppings would be just amazing, totally make my meal 100% more enjoyable! 5 stars every time if I could get what I ordered. Wow, what a disappointment... I was really surprised by how bad everything was at Ruby Tuesdays. I have always viewed them as a cut above an Applebee's. I should have figured that by the lack of cars in the parking lot, there was something wrong. I had a hamburger and onion rings and was really not impressed at all - the quality was not great. The service was poor. But the atmosphere was really poor, there were 2 tables with guests in the whole place and the staff seemed lik it did not want to be there. read more

Just awful. The breading on the chicken sandwich was thicker than the meat. The oil was old. The hamburger patties were so thin, you had to order a triple. No consistency in the chain. Visited location near Dandridge & it was fantastic, fresh, full salad bar with lots of options and upkept building. Not sure what's going on here! Salad bar was wilted, dried and looked days old, mushy croutons and not a quarter of the options. I can in for a to go order... what I noticed was an unclean restaurant, bad vibes, one girl bartending, waitressing and getting my order. The cook was friendlier than the girl. This is our favorite Ruby Tuesdays! I haven't read any other reviews because I know this is the place for me. Cat always takes such good care of me and my husband. I have special dietary needs and Cat keeps me healthy & happy with good fresh food. I have been a frequent RT fan since I was in college. 1972 was a great time to try new things and RT never disappointed. We eat in the restaurant, especially the salad bar but take out is always a luxury and they get it right every time! The atmosphere is warm, friendly and inviting. This isn't a review about their food. Because I didn't eat there. It didn't have the best reviews, but I decided to try for myself. So I went there at 11:25 on Wednesday and walked in. A man was waiting to be seated, and I stood behind him . After five minutes, not one person acknowledged that we were even there. I didn't see anybody sitting at other tables, but I could see somebody working in the bar and somebody working in the kitchen and somebody just chitchatting with somebody. I have the app and this is the location close to me. I guess you could consider me a regular to this location. But I've been going less and less. Each time has gotten worse lately. Empty restaurants should not be this slow of service. Food had been terrible lately this last visit was the last straw. Now even sure why I attempted it with the last health score of 65 but I was only coming in for an beer and watch the game. Bartender didn't even ask or attempt to find it. She just gave me the remote even thought I had never seen her before. I couldn't find the game so I struggled through one drink swatting away fruit flies left and right and paid and left. My husband ordered a medium steak and baked potato. He got a medium-rare steak with French fries. I ordered scallops with zucchini. They sent me out scallops with broccoli.Rice pilaf was so salty. I think there was less salt on my margarita glass than in the rice. From the time we ordered till we got our food was forty five minutes and it was not busy. I know I should never order scallops from any place other than a seafood restaurant but I don't know I thought I would give it a try. i will start that the food was hot and was good but...... the service was HORRIBLE the server was nice and I'm not sure if it was the server herself or just the whole flow of the place. the salad bar had more nasty looking lettuce than good. The manager was to busy chatting up the group of bikers that was there rather than running her store. if they could get a better crew there maybe you wouldn't sit for two hours for the whole experience. i would like to say I would give it one more chance but it seems like all the ruby Tuesdays are run like this. This restaurant was in horrible shape the day I visited. It looked like a tornado went through it. The garden bar was absolutely disgusting with food all over and on the floor. Tables were still covered with dirty dishes and the waitstaff was slow. Ordered the Deconstructed Kabobs. Meat was overcooked and charred and burned. Companion had the Philly Cheesesteak and her meat was overcooked and dry. Waitress never showed up to check on us. Manager was no where to be found. This location should be closed. read more

We haven't been to Ruby Tuesday's and quite a while. My husband wanted a good salad and he said Ruby Tuesday used to have really good salads let's go there so we did it was a big big mistake . When we walked in our shoes were sticking to the floor the table she took us to was dirty she cleaned it off and throw it all on the floor we told her we just wanted the salad bar and when we got up there I counted 7 Bowls empty. They need to have someone on the bar all the time. I had to ask for some pasta salad by the time they got it out there we was ready to leave. I am surprised at the rating of this particular Ruby Tuesday because we have been frequenting it often the past 3 months and have not been disappointed once. The food has been great! Same with the service and ambiance. We tried many different menu items and have been happy with every choice. In fact, the steak tacos we got were better than any Mexican restaurant tacos I've eaten the area. And, with the Ruby Tuesday app, you save a lot of money. Food was frozen clearly heated in the microwave because we could hear the manager training a new cook from where our table. Waiter was lazy had to ask for refills on drinks. My wife and I frequent the Ruby Tuesday on Emory Rd. in Powell quite often since it's in our neighborhood and they send us coupons and the food is always good. We dine in about half the time (great salad bar) and order online the rest of the time. We ordered online yesterday June 5th and when I arrived to pick up our order, there was a slight snafu in that one of the items, burnt rib ends was on the online menu but was not available until June 7th. This was a new item. They must have jumped the gun on the online menu. AS I was ready to receive my order the manager who's name is Cat offered to make a special batch of the burnt ends for me. Within five minutes she had masterfully served up the best ribs I've ever had at Rubys. She went the extra mile to make me happy an even threw in an extra side. When ever visiting this Rubys always ask for Cat. She will treat you right. read more

Stay Away! We ate lunch here today and it was the worst restaurant service experience I've ever had. Very few people were in the place and it took forever to be waited on and then a very long time for our food to arrive. Salad bar dishes were about 1/2 empty and we were eating at 12:30. No croutons. No sauce came with 2 orders of chicken tenders. No silverware was given with our meals. After waiting 5 mins, I had to track down our waitress in another room to ask for silverware. Instead of taking some out of the basket on the bar (which another diner pointed out to me), our server had seated herself at the far end of the bar and was slowly rolling flatware/napkins for our table while our food got colder. I had to take cups up to the bar to ask for refills as our server never checked in. She was slow to bring our bills and they were split incorrectly. She never asked us how to split the bill. I then couldn't find her to pay our bills. She eventually came back to our table and took payment. Bathrooms were both out of toilet paper and the paper towel holder was falling off of the wall in the women's restroom. Never before have I left a $0 tip. I did today. Hands down worst restaurant food I've ever had in my life. Ordered a medium-rare ribeye. It was tough, over cooked and thinner than skirt steak. Family members pasta was dry to the point the sauce was dried up as well as the noodles. Sauce on the honey bourbon salmon tasted like a 40+ year old smokers home smells. Not exaggerating at all. The waitress was terrible. It took her forever to show up to get our drink order. She brought back our waters fast. After that 15 minutes or so before we ever seen her again and to get her attention to take our order. Which was 2 salad bars. A island Mai Tai and a margarita. The salad bar. Lettuce all 4 kinds was old and started turning brown. Was very low. They had 3 empty bowls on the salad. The Cheddar cheese and ranch were also empty. Broccoli was so bitter it was not editable. Jalapeños had no flavor and no heat. The variety was terrible. There was more dead space on the bar then food. Waiting on the waitress to bring our check we noticed. This guy restocked the bar. Everything tasted the same as before. The lettuce looked worse. The top 3 plates had orange sticky stuff all over them. Nothing fresh. The waitress still has not been seen. By our 2nd plate. Water was never refilled. She didn't try to sell another drink. We sat there maybe 15 minutes with drinks and no check. Dirty dishes and glasses all over the tiny booth. When the waitress finally did show back up I had to flag her down to getvpur check. She returns with the check and credit card reader. The minimum amount you can tip is 20% unless you change it while she stands over you and watches you. I forgot to say there was maybe 8 other families in the restaurant. So they weren't busy. I ordered the fish and chips with the salad bar and my husband ordered philly steak and cheese with fries. we waited 45 minutes some Gordon's frozen boxed fish and they put queso on the Philly steak sandwich because they were out of cheese. It definitely wasn't busy. No host/hostess at the front stand. I went to the entrance to the barback and asked a woman if she worked there. I asked her to get a manager.
