Rubt Tuesday used to have a good cheese burger.The hand held burger quite acurate description of the size of their new burgers .It is indeed the size of a slider that you fit in the palm of your hand .it has only 4 oz hamburger patty but They still charge you approximately $12.00 for less of meat ,cheese, lettuce,tomatoes and bun. I do not suggest this place at all food made me very very sick there was something super hard in the meat that quit literally made my throat bleed burger was so nasty and tasted like blood and no not meat blood tasted like a persons blood and I don't know about you all but there's definitely a taste difference between them I'm not saying they put something on it but simply saying that this food sent me to the hospital super sick. I highly recommend that you order or dine somewhere else. We placed a to go order spent $145 got it home missing items and others had been substituted. Worst potato soup I have ever had. Tried repeatedly to call back will not answer phone not ever going back. If you pickup an order I strongly suggest you double and triple check your order. Not the greatest experience tonight at Ruby's. First, there were no eggs on the salad bar. How can that happen when a grocery store is less than 1 mile away. Maybe because it was 8:30 at night... We ordered pork chop that was very fatty with a bone along the side. I had tilapia and baked potato. Tasted good but the food presentation on the plate was just ridiculous. WORST PLACE EVER!! Greeted by an annoyed looking staff member who rolled his eyes when we had 7 people. He had to put two tables together. Waitress super slow and didn't put a order in right. Steak nachos with no steak... after she had dropped the meals she disappeared to over by the bar on her phone eating and playing on it. When she finally came by we asked her about it and she said she put it in and than 15 min later grabbed the cheese dip from my mom to take to the kitchen to have the steak mixed in it.. like wtf and it was maybe another 20 min before we got it back 6 tiny pieces of steak and it looked like pure vomit in the to go container. I was in there last week and had the worst experience ever! Our was a girl named Chesney and she was very rude and took forever to take our drink order. And when I told her the sprite didn't taste good, she just said well that's the way it is. I was taken aback by nonchalantness. She didn't offer to serve me anything else or take it off the check, even when it was so water downed I couldn't even drink it. And she only checked on us one time during the whole meal to see if we needed anything else. Maybe if we had gotten better service we would be back, but not with service like this. read more

Today I ate at Ruby Tuesday's in Powell. I ordered the beef tips and rice. In the picture it showed a dinner plate full of rice, beef, zucchini, peppers and onions. When I received my order it was on an appetizer plate and was a tiny portion! It looked like a snack. I paid $20 for a snack! I literally left the restaurant to go get something else to eat because I was still hungry. The manager told me he couldn't do anything about it because that's how the company wants them to fix it! This review is 100% my opinion... I would give ZERO stars if allowed to... I have had BAD to AWFUL experiences here (at this SPECIFIC location) 2 separate times. First time (BAD) was a few months ago & I did not complain on Yelp then, but I distinctly remember that there was no ham on the salad bar. I asked employees to refill the ham and was done eating by time the ham was refilled (bad experience). Second visit (AWFUL) was the latest one at 2:45 PM in Afternoon (to be fair, both visits were during the Covid pandemic). For the second visit, I was in a hurry... so first thing I checked before sitting down was salad bar. It was DEPLORABLE. They had zero ham & it and it looked generally pretty empty but worse yet most things looked stale and old. The employee told me they did not have ham, then the story changed to "we thought we didn't and found one unthawed in freezer this morning... it is thawing right now". I asked to talk to manager & did. Along with zero ham, there were zero artichoke hearts, very few tomatoes (see Yelp posted picture) and red peppers, rotten looking potato salad (see Yelp posted picture). Side note... the manager seemed to think that mixing the Potato Salad would make them un-rotten looking. Manager assured me that ham would be out in a few minutes so I waited and sat down. When ham came out, I ate. I asked for artichoke hearts again and was told they were working on. They had been working on it for 10 mins so I asked what is there to work on? I was told "we don't have a can opener" I said "no can opener... you're a restaurant"! She said they have one but "because they had bought a cheap one, it was now broken" but that they were still "working on it". WOW YOU ARE A RESTAURANT AND YOU DO NOT HAVE A CAN OPENER??? Other points of interest... there was a thin, solid, "skin" over the tops of many of the salad dressings --- GROSS --- !! Now I go back to the salad bar and realize that broccoli salad is in just as bad of shape as the potato salad was. Additionally the grapes and peaches looked less than fresh as well. As a result, I did not eat any of the broccoli, grapes or peaches because (by now) I was literally in fear of them tasting nasty and possibly even making me sick due to their poor condition. I never got the artichoke hearts. During my visit I talked to the manager at least 2 times (he did not want to talk long). I paid and left. We came in with it already having been a while since the last time we were here and thought we would give it another chance. I ordered the broccoli and cheese soup with the garden bar. The salad was fine and what you would expect. The soup however was lukewarm, the broccoli was not cooked and the shredded cheese was just tossed on top not melted (see pic). Fortunately my experience ends here. My wife's experience however was less pleasant. She got the garden bar and enjoyed that at least...but the entree was another story. She ordered the Bella mushroom sirloin. When it came out the steak and potatoes were OK but the mushrooms were bad...and by bad I mean overcooked, burnt, dry and some of them hard as a rock. She pointed them out to the waitress who took the plate back there for it to be fixed. When the plate returned it was the same mushrooms with the only difference was that they added the sauce that was originally supposed to be on them to begin with (see both pics I posted for before and after). When she told the waitress she knew it was just the same mushrooms with sauce the waitress apologized and offered to send it back again. My wife said that was OK and she would just not eat them and finish the meal. The waitress was kind in the matter and basically covered for how bad they were. She did take her meal off of our bill and said she would tell the kitchen they would need to look at the mushrooms...I hope they tossed them. Moral of the story? 2/5. Just keep driving...but if you choose to brave it stay away from the mushrooms. read more

Stopped here for dinner, excited because we normally love Ruby Tuesday's and don't have one by home any longer. Should have known from the start it was not going to be a good experience. They were out of a lot of food (and drinks), the salad on the salad bar looked old and bad. The fruit looked like it had been out for days. My son ordered a kids meal with a salad bar add on. The kids menu said to add the salad bar to a kids meal it was $1.99. When we got the bill I was charged $13.99 for his meal. I asked about the price difference and the waitress said the kids menu prices had increased but they did not have new menus yet. Did not offer to fix the price to what we were ordering off of. I paid the whole bill so we could get out of there but they knew I was not happy. As we were leaving the staff were all talking about us being upset about the price difference. That made me more angry than the bill issue, so unprofessional. The floor was so sticky my shoes got stuck multiple times. Had to ask twice for silverware and the whole place just looked dirty. If all Ruby Tuesday's are run like this I completely understand why more and more of them are closing. I would give them 0 stars if Yelp allowed it! read more

My food was ok, Cole slaw was sour, sweet potato was bad and how can you mess up a potato. The kicker, we ordered dessert to go...my cheesecake was great and size comissurate to $6.49 price tag, but the key lime cake...well it was about 2"x2" piece of nothing. This used to be a great place to eat, but not now. I have given this place 3 chances in the past few months and each time This restaurant has failed miserably. The last visit I ordered grilled salmon without any sauce. When it came the sauce was on it. I brought it to the waitresses' attention and she acted like it was a burden to take it back. When she finally brought my salmon I was shoved to see it was the same piece with the sauce scraped off. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT go to Ruby Tuesdays in Powell. So depressing to see how this restaurant has gone downhill. Stopped there tonight only because Texas Roadhouse was very busy. We sat at the bar because we were told it would be a40 min wait because tables needed to be cleaned off. So we then ordered food and sat for about 40 min until our food came. From my view at the bar I could see the kitchen. Our food sat under the warming lights for 15 min. Everyone just walked by it but didn't deliver it to us at the bar. While watching our food sitting there, one of the cooks took fries off our plate and put them on another tables meal. WITH BARE HANDS !!! No gloves on anybody preparing food. Our service was belong normal standards. When we got our food we mentioned that the food had been sitting the for awhile, but the barmaid said " it was just put up there " BS !!!! I was watching the whole time. The whole environment inside was awful. Old decor, no music and felt very unclean. So in a nut shell .... Worst we have ever been treated in a restaurant. It is mandatory to wear mask and gloves to get salad bar. The people in line had no mask, no gloves . I ask my salad to be taken off my meal because people coughing on the food with NO MASK. No gloves to self serve their salad. We haven't been to Ruby Tuesday in over a year, due to Covid etc. We met friends for lunch here yesterday and YUCK! I understand the wait would be a bit longer because there's a labor crisis, not a problem, but did they fire all the cooks too? My husband and I ordered the ribeye... they were out of ribeye. We opted for sirloin, medium rare. They were both uncooked, I mean totally steak tartar. They were also flavorless. I brought most of mine home so I could cook and season it. One of our friends ordered chicken strips and they were nearly burnt as well as looking like something that came from the frozen food section of the grocery store. Another friend ordered the Parmesan shrimp penne. That was the worst of them all. There was a hand full of tiny shrimp floating on a raft of penne pasta with a breadstick, all floating on a sea of grease. This gentleman has stomach issues and there was no way he could even touch this meal, it was awful. The waiter did deduct the shrimp meal from our bill, but we won't be going there again. We ordered supper on the phone for take out. When we arrived the hostess stated that she stated that she had no way to known if our order was ready or even if the cooks had received it. That she did not have anyway to track the order. She said " Have a seat at the bar and maybe it would come out and if it did not I could reorder." My Mother and I often go to Ruby Tuesday's because we love their salad bar. Today we went and took the kids only to find that they have decided to omit several of their items but haven't added other items. So needless to say their advertising of 55 items wasn't offered. When I was asked if everything was ok because I was overheard wandering why so many items where either empty or missing. I was told that they where doing a test with their location and 6 other locations. (Grrr) I am not a fan of these changes. Ruby Tuesday's Emory Rd. In Powell. Danger signs when you walk in midday on a Saturday and the restaurant is only 10% filled and other business are full. Family sat down ordered food and it took over an hour for the food to come out to the table and was wrong. Waited another 20 minutes for correct food and it was bland and barely warm. Update went back about a week later with my wife and half the side that came out were ice cold. Just wasted $70. They were out of all kids drinks. The meals are supposed to come with drinks and they had soda and water. My kids don't drink soda. Then I asked if the kids meals come with sides because they were on the menu and she said no. $4 for a side of grapes so that was a no. All the kids got pasta and it was barely warm. Tasted reheated. We ordered a family pack dinner for Easter, and it was delicious, decently, priced and more than enough to feed four adults, and two children and have plenty enough for leftovers. It's actually the second time we have ordered a family dinner from O'Charleys for a holiday get together. The last time we ordered steaks with all the sides and everything. The food arrived. Still warm and even though the lemonade we ordered is a gallon wasn't available will be sent plenty of lemonade in cups. Which was very thoughtful. The honey drizzled chicken was very juicy and tender and the sweet potatoes were great. I have to say that getting salad with it is also wonderful because everybody loves salad and there's plenty enough to go around. We also got potato skins is an appetizer and the caramel pie as a dessert I recommend anybody going to O'Charleys to get the caramel pie. It was absolutely delicious! I could've eaten the whole thing by myself! Being Easter, we figured that it would take a quite a bit of time for our food to arrive, but it actually didn't take that long at all. Wife and I had a late lunch. We each had a burger and they were overcooked, dry, a good chance they were reheated burgers...not particularly tasty either... The bun was like what you would get at a public school cafeteria...overall a dry burger costing 2+ times what you would pay at a fast food restaurant which really wasn't any better than a fast food restaurant...the baked potato was definitely reheated and lacked the flakiness of a fresh baked potato... The best thing, actually the only positive about the meal was the garden bar. There was a good selection of salad bar items and many looked and tasted pretty fresh and good.
