We got the Chicken tenders that were not huge, but a nice size for the price, got them plain, but very tasty, they did offer to toss the Buffalo or Nashville Style which is a plus! The Rosemary Pepper hand cut French fries were plentiful and very tasty! The sauce bar had 5 or 6 different sauce's which all compliment's the tenders!!! Had lunch here Sunday, September 29, 2024. We both ordered the avocado salad. Oh - my - goodness! It comes with two deep fried avocados with Gouda in the middle. It was so big, we could have split one. We also ordered a regular fry and they did not disappoint! Thin crispy fries with black pepper and rosemary. I highly recommend these. Tons of sauces to dip your fries in. Loved the Korean barbecue especially! The dining area is airy and bright, even on this rainy afternoon. The best thing about our experience was the number of waiters/servers/helpers. We were asked several times if we needed anything. In these times when it's hard to get help and training is at a minimum...it's great to experience this. Our first time at Super Chix in Farragut. Lunch on a Thursday and they were getting busy. The line moved quickly and they had 2 checkouts with a third portal nearby. Tried the simple chicken sandwich since they have all the sauces available near the drink counter. I tried the Nashville hot and Buffalo. Nashville hot was their hottest and was delicious. I went to super chix today to get a 5 pc tender with Cajun fries. The fries I got free with the points I had racked up from the few times I've ordered there. Honestly really ENJOYED eating here until today. I get my food, I eat a tender and I go for another piece. Well to my delight... the chicken that I picked up had a moldy, hair...? So I'm upset cause now I only had a few minutes left to eat. I go back to super chix go up to the cashier and show her my pleasant surprise.the cashier said "oh no that's not good!" She then ASKED IF I WANTED MORE CHICKEN?! I said no I don't have the time I'm on break. So she then proceeded to get the manager. Manager comes out and I show him the weird moldy hair stuff on the phone and I hear him whisper lightly, "what is that?" So he calls one of the kitchen workers to take the food away and look at it. Gave me a refund and some free custard. The reason I'm giving them a two star and not a one star is because they didn't hassle with the issue or be rude. Super Chix is an absolutely amazing restaurant. The food is simply perfect . The chicken is perfectly fried; I didn't try the grilled chicken, but my dad said "it was pretty good...4 [out of 5 stars]" The only thing I would recommend for the ambiance is adding more tables and chairs. It is so good, people were absolutely everywhere, and we had to wait for a table, as did many people. As for service, it was perfect. Everybody was so nice. Highly recommend. read more

We have been there several times before and found that they give you a generous amount of fries - enough for two with some left over. BUT NO MORE! Yesterday's fries order was very skimpy. Barely enough for one and a half people. Seemed like a bait and switch situation. Generous portion when they first opened this store, but now, not so much. If I had known they downsized the serving, I would have ordered two fries. I may just go back to Chick-Fil-A. At least I will know exactly what I am getting. read more

We got 1 sand which a order of fries, 2 drinks, and 3 tenders total almost $30.00 plus they ask for a tip on screen. A tip for what? Showing up to work. We were not impressed. It's a busy place because it's new. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Inside is tight and cramped. The food portions are large for the most part. Our chicken tenders were very well cooked and tasted great. The Large pile of "Hand cut Fries" were very salty and were all uniform, not my idea of hand cut. You could taste the pepper rosemary seasoning but it was largely drowned out by the overloaded powdered salt. The ice cream is a real let down. It is weak on flavor and the small is a tiny portion. Without drinks for two of us we easily got to $34, way too much money. its NOISY, VERY VERY NOISY inside. Concrete floors with high metal roof and kids screaming. You will need to shout to hear someone. We both walked out and said to each other, been there, done that. Not a go-to place for us by any stretch of the imagination. read more

OMG the seasonings on the chicken were amazing and it was juicy and tender. The next visit I got the fried avocado sandwich and not only did it taste spectacular but it was presented as almost picture-perfect. How many restaurants can say that? They cooked my fries to order since I have a special request and sprinkled their super yummy rosemary pepper on top - and the custard just speaks for itself. First of all, ridiculously expensive. Their most basic sandwich and fries (no drink) was $12! The sandwich was basically a Chick-fil-A sandwich, but not as flavorful. I wish I had taken a picture of it, but the chicken was barely in the bread, and the top bun was squished to the side of the to go container. They had a little tray to hold the fries, but the employee literally just dumped the fries into the bag, and not a single fry landed in the tray. So the bottom of my to go bag was all stained with the fry grease, which made it messy and I had to be careful with it in my car. This last part isn't their fault, but it contributed to my bad experience. I've never had a history of food allergies, but a few bites into the sandwich, and my gums were burning and the roof of my mouth started having some sores. My stomach has been hurting since yesterday's lunch pretty badly. Maybe I'm allergic to some ingredient, but yeah... never eating here again. read more

That would turn out to be one of the best decisions we've ever made. As soon as we went in, we were greeted by friendly staff as we ordered three chicken sandwiches, a thing of chicken tenders, and a Super Parm to share. The chicken sandwich is the single best chicken sandwich I have ever eaten, the tenders were incredible, and the super parm was a godsend. I had a vanilla milkshake for dessert, and it tasted like heaven itself in a cup. Super Chix is the best chicken restaurant I've ever been to, and ranks VERY highly in my list of favorite restaurants of all time. It probably even ranks on the top. Chicken was good. The Nashville hot sauce that they put on the meat was different than what I was used to it was creamy in nature not like the Nashville hots I have had in the past. The fries are good and they give you ALOT. The fried mushrooms are good as well.
