I can't believe this is the same place as Wild Wings in Farragut. The bartender had the personality of dirt, she left long before our food arrived and never bothered to let us know. Drinks are weak and food was mediocre. The only reason this place does so well is because there are so few options in this area. read more

First time I came I sat down at the bar and ordered a beer and a burger. It ended up taking 50 minutes for me to get my burger and I wasn't updated about the burger until I asked 35 minutes into my wait. I'm currently here for a 2nd time and have waited over an hour for a table. 10 minutes ago the host showed me what would be my table and it still hasn't been cleaned. Very frustrated and hungry! read more

Great wings but the real star of the show is waitress, Chasity. She was very attentive to everyone's needs.

I went there for nice today with a friend. Will not go back. The food was not good..had grilled chicken sandwich and chicken was dry and not much of a piece of chicken. Friend tried the wing bar after the server "sold it" to her. We were seated an hour before the all you can eat deal was over, however, the food on the wing bar was limited and no new fresh was put out. Server gave some excuse about the time, etc....and never offered to make it right. Should have shared that before she ordered. Overpriced for the quality of food we got. read more

My wife and I aren't really "bar food" people but went here with a group of 15. We were pleasantly surprised. We were served quickly and everyone's food was very good. But the best part was the service. I can't remember ever been served so efficiently with a smile and sweet attitude. Haley, you're great at your job! Thank you! read more

Hands down our favorite place for wings. Been coming here since they opened. BUT! Service only gets worse with each visit. We mostly sit outside and perhaps it's better inside. Lately when you are seated, it takes forever to be greeted by our server. Last time we sat for 15 min before one of us got up to get a manager. That's when the server finally found us...... Tonight was spotty service. Forgetting silverware, food slow and the cheese queso for the pretzels was watered down and tasteless. And one of the plates came to the table with left over food stains. I hope management reads these reviews and can respond by working on customer service. Thanks. read more

Management was so unprofessional. We sat at the bar and ordered a certain beer because of what the price was displaying on the screen. Whenever we got our check, the price of the beer had DOUBLED. We bring it to the male bartenders attention and he states that it's something wrong on corporate's side and said "um that's something I'll have to get the manager to change if that's what you'd like" ...Once speaking with the manager he acted like it was such an inconvenience to help us over something that wasn't our fault. We get he receipt back and the price was still incorrect which means that we have to ask again for him to fix it. You would've thought that someone had just asked him to run a marathon with how big of a deal. The female bartender mumbles something under her breath about us which was so uncalled for and the manager got so snappy. We still tipped over 20% because none of this was the male bartenders fault but the manager was so unprofessional. read more

Last night on the Patio we were jamming to a Kevin singing and I couldn't help but brag on our server Miranda. She was simply incredible and was fantastic to the kids, even gave up hers different colored pens to let them color since crayons aren't allowed outside due to the heat. Food was awesome and came out exactly how we ordered. She always made sure our drinks were full even when it was clear she had many other tables. She never made us feel like she was too busy to get us something or chat. Miranda's incredible, keep her around and ask for her when you swing by!! Won't regret it!!! read more

My boyfriend and I eat here usually once or twice a week as we live really close. Usually no issues maybe just slow service. Today we went for a quick lunch date, ordering a mimosa each as soon as we sat down. The server took our IDs and said he needed to run them by a manger? (we have a casual drink with dinner here all the time) thought it was off but waited. After waiting 10 minutes at the table with no drinks someone who was not our server approaches us and says she will not serve us because our license "wouldn't scan".....we are both 22 and 23 years old- granted we do look young, the way she handled this and immediately told us she "would not serve us" without asking any details or asking to see any other form of ID was blatantly rude. After a small argument of trying to show her both our credit cards with our names on them she was still rude and insinuated they were fake, so we chose to leave. I have watched grocery store after grocery store scan both our IDs with 0 issue. Download an iphone scanning app right after leaving and both our IDs popped up just fine - aka this "manager" lady did not actually scan our IDs and just felt they didn't want to serve us for looking a little young, didn't realize this was a crime! EXTREMELY Rude service. Appalled bc were here so often - will never eat or clearly order another drink here again! read more

Darian was amazeballs. Prompt service and good food. stars aren't enough. Good flavorful and juicy chicken and the beer wasnt half bad either. read more

My husband and I arrived around 4pm for an early dinner. There were only a handful of other tables seated at this time. I ordered 6 chicken feathers (tenders) with medium Buffalo sauce and fries and my husband ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. After taking our order, we didn't see our server again for 30 minutes. The food finally came out and was disgusting. My feathers were not grilled because there were no grill marks and the wooden skewers were not charred on the ends as they usually are. They were floating in grease as were my french fries. My husband's Buffalo chicken sandwich was not breaded as it was in the picture on the menu and it was very tough and dry. I wish I had taken photos. We would have complained to the server but by the time she came back around we were just ready to get out of there. This wasn't the first bad experience we've had at this location either. I don't know if they have issues in the kitchen or poor training but that was our last visit. read more

We have been here 3 times and every time we come, we have so much fun with the staff! The 1st time we sat at the bar and had a good time. The 2nd time, Lisa helped us and she was awesome! But the 3rd time, we got Chelsea and she was so fun! So the staff is awesome but the food is amazing too! We've had the wings of course but also their burgers and salad. All were exceptional! I highly recommend this place for a good meal and good atmosphere. And the music rocks! (80's) read more

***Update*** They reached out and are making efforts to improve service. Bumped this from 2 stars to 3. Let me start by saying I REALLY want to like this place. It's close to my house, has an amazing patio space, live-music options both on the patio and near the bar inside, and a great atmosphere. There's really only two things that stink about it: the service and the food. First, the SERVICE was pretty terrible on two fronts: the hosting and the wait-service. 1. Hosting. We went on a Sunday afternoon at 5:00pm for an early dinner. We chose this time because we had a fairly large group, 12 people (including 6 adults and 6 kids), and we wanted to beat the dinner rush. Immediately as we walked through the doors the three hostesses met us with "Oh, gosh" glances and sighs. I was willing to ignore with the looks of dread on their faces because I could have been misreading them. (At a minimum, there was no attempt to even fake a smile and a greeting). My initial suspicions were confirmed when they began trying to seat us. We requested the patio, but they told us it would be up to an hour wait because the only table they could seat us at was occupied. The patio was about 2/3 empty. We were looking at a plethora of empty tables on the patio and asked why we couldn't move r tables together. They told us their manager was coming and he didn't like when they did that. So, on a beautiful night in October they were going to make us sit inside. We kept pressing. We said, "Could we sit at separate tables on the patio?" To which the hostess replied, "How many are in your party?" We were thinking... Um... let's see, there's 12 of us. We literally just had this conversation. It just seemed like they really didn't want to mess with us, that we were a bother to them, and that they had not been trained to at least act like they wanted to accomodate us. We finally got them to take us to the patio where we had to deliberate with them on whether we could push two tables together to make a big enough arrangement for us. They initially said "no" (again, because of the scary manager who was coming). I told them I'd be happy to talk to the manager when he arrived. They finally let us put the tables tougher on the mostly empty patio. I'd give the hosting process 1 star (out of 5). 2. Wait-service. We asked if a certain item on the kids' menu was dairy-free. She said, "Hmm, yeah, I'm not sure. Did you want me to ask about that?" To which we replied, "Yes, please." She went away for a bit and came back to take our order. We asked about the same item on the kids' menu. She said, "Hmm, I'm not sure, did you want me to double check?" We remained friendly and just said, "Yes, please." But I wanted to say, "Uh, yeah, didn't you already say you were going to do that." To be fair, she did finally bring out a guy from the kitchen but it took a while. We had to repeat ourselves a lot when ordering, when she delivered drinks and food... what we ordered, who ordered it, etc. She seemed to not have much of a system of keeping track of what people ordered. This is probably a systems issue with the restaurant more generally but it's pronounced. Second, the FOOD was nothing special. Okay, first off I know not to expect gourmet quality from a bar-food place, but for the price you can get way better elsewhere. We ordered the beer pretzels as an app and they were just hard little lukewarm pretzel nuggets. We got boneless wings which were soggy and all pretty much tasted the same even though we got there different "bold" flavors. Beer was good but it's hard to mess up draft beer. Overall, my assessment is that this place is only doing well because of the atmosphere and location. There's nothing like it in Powell in terms of atmosphere so if you want to stay close it will work. Atmosphere is why I bumped it to two stars. But you can get a way better experience if your'e willing to go a little closer to the city. I won't be back unless I don't have a choice (lunch with co-workers to get the buffet). But as far as going back for dinner and drinks... Nope. It's unfortunate that they have such terrible systems, training and food-standards because I could see myself loving it and going their often if I weren't made to feel like a bother for bringing my family and if the food wasn't terrible. read more

Great service, and good times. DAVID is a great server. He paid attention to our specific requests, kept our drinks fresh, and was friendly during a busy game. Love this place. read more

My family and I have tried to go here since it was build, but it has always been too crowded. When we finally got to go, we loved it! The food was excellent and the service was wonderful. The restaurant was clean and everyone had a good time. Our favorite part was the chocolate dessert. Would definitely recommend and we can't wait to go back! read more

The staff and food was so good! I was unsure of what side item I wanted with my wrap and our waitress, Miranda, recommended the vegetable skewers. She was very knowledgeable of the menu, prompt with service and made sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend! read more

This restaurant is just what this exit needed. Food is awesome and so is the service. Miranda was our waitress and she did a phenomenal job! Will definitely be back thanks to her welcoming and cheerful service! read more

Caleb did a great job as our waiter! Attentive and quick. Friendly and a good waiter. Food was good. We will be back.

I remember the first time I went to the Wild Wing Cafe in Powell and thinking how wonder it was. The food is delicious with a wide verity of choices and the dessert is amazing! My favorite dessert of all is the Wild Wing Chocolate Thing! It is a large, warm, brownie with all kinds of good chocolate sauces on top with vanilla ice cream. If your looking for a good brownie, defiantly go to Wild Wings and you will be pleased with your visit. read more

I have tried to go here mutliple but both times my family and I have been turned down by the hostesses. We walk in asking for a table and they were too busy flirting with other male workers that they didn't answer us when we asked how long the wait would be. When they got done fliting they told us that they didn't know when a table would be ready so we left. We tried to get in the place multiple times and the parking is horrendous, barely can get in and out, cars are doubled parked. Finally got in to the resturant one night and came home disappointed. The food tasted awful and not as good as people make it out to be. The price of the food is outrageous and the service is terrible, our waitress only checked on us a couple of times. Definitely do not recommend this place. Next time going to Aubrey' s across the street, which has better food and service. I would give this place no stars if it was possible. read more

We came in several days ago to try it out for the first time. We had a great experience and our server, Molly, made it even better. She helped us decide what we wanted to eat and we were extremely pleased with her suggestions. We will definitely be back! read more

Not the best place I've been too, the food is good though. Service wasn't the best. It took 30-45 mins for a waiter to come over and give us drinks. Then when we got our food it was put as a to go order so we had to wait again for it to be brought out again. read more

Haley was such a good server! Came here plenty of times and she has by far been one of the best servers we have had!

I give this place 3 stars. Mostly for the food and the sports. I personally am not a fan of how loud it is so I can't give it 5 stars. It's very hard to carry on a conversation here. The times we have come have been pretty crowded and sometimes there is live music. Some may like how lively it is. I just don't feel like yelling to be heard. But the staff have been great and the wings are excellent. read more

Food could have been better the chicken I had was very dry and no flavor and cold to top it all off, service was just ok and we did had to wait awhile to get our food. read more

This was our first time here, March 30 in the late afternoon, it was one of the worst experiences we ever had, the service was terrible we ended up making a game of it. we ate outside, maybe inside the service would of been better. it took over three hours before we were out of there, and all we had was one drink and some wings because he never came back to ask us if we wanted any more drinks, The table next to us did complain to the mgr and did get a free appetizer but like i said we did not say a word since we were making a game of it. the food was ok but nothing great.we were with our 3 year old granddaughter and ordered her dinner before ours so she would have something to munch on...half hour later it still had not come when we asked about it it took another twenty minutes for him to come back to let us know he put the order in again because nobody brought her food out, lucky she was a patient person that day. we might consider it one more time just to see if it was a one time issue however there are many other places to go to before we go back. read more

One of the best places for great wings. Outside seating great. Live music is pretty good as well. Second week in a row to hear this guy play. BUT!!!!! He would do so much better to turn the volume down a bit. When patrons are putting their fingers in their ears so it doesn't hurt ITS TOO LOUD! read more

This is the place if you want to get the best wings around. It helps to enjoy a place when you have an awesome server, request Miranda's area if you get a chance eat here! read more

Overall, I am very disappointed with my visit. Our server took until I was finished with my meal to even give me a refill. Our server was very rude and made many facial expressions. The hosts and servers were not very friendly as well. We did not feel welcomed and felt as though we were out of place. I usually enjoy my dining experience here, but this makes me not want to spend my money here again. Also, I think it's ridiculous to be charged for every side of sauce ordered. read more

Great Service very nice atmosphere. Bar tender was very friendly and did a great job suggesting cocktails. Only negative is we ordered an all guacamole dip, it must have sat under a heat lamp too long. It had turned a darker color of green and was warm, instead of a brighter green and cool. read more

I would give it 0 stars if possible. We waited for over an hour once seated to only be told that it would be another 15-20 minutes to get our food! read more

A little bit of a wait for what appeared to be a pretty busy Saturday. Being a newer place and wanting to see if the horrible service that the West location consistently has carried over to this location, I watched every employee to see if they were all on their "A" game, or even their "C" game would be an improvement from the Campbell Sta. location, where abhorrent service, even worse management and horribly prepared food is the norm. Our server Sarah brought her "A" game and then some, but it appeared that it was the culture around the entire place. It was like a colony of friendly bees with all of the movement and teamwork. Very refreshing! Food was terrific, which is something that the other location has fallen behind on as well. Even when there was a little commotion from a rowdy customer who came in looking to be a problem, the hive outworked the issue so that you didn't even realize what was going on. They quickly dispatched the troublemaker from the hive and carried on seamlessly. It was really rather impressive! We'll definitely be back, esp for boxing or MMA ;). Great food, absolutely stellar service and terrific atmosphere - just what you're looking for when you go out to eat. Bravo WWC! P.S. - still only one way in or out, just like out West. Not looking for pit stop times in and out of the lot, I found that a little patience and courtesy went a long way. Maybe others should consider this thought process rather than looking for a reason to complain. Also, if there are open tables and you're still waiting, there's probably a good reason for that - lighten up - you're not going to starve, nor are you royalty. They are there to make money - that doesn't happen by you waiting. They want you to sit as bad as you do. Think it through. read more

Food Was Great! Beer Was Cold! Was told 1-1/2 hour wait was more like 45min the service was also very good!

Gave our table away after waiting an hour. Preceded to wait another hour and still no answer. Only response was "Well we just opened"

Short waiting for table. But longer wait for food, had to wait almost hour for our appetizer. Our burger is dry and burnt. We couldn't eat them all. Great place for drinks and appetizers while watching sports playing on tv. But I wouldn't order burgers again. I was disappointed in my burgers. read more

We went here about a month ago after spending the day at the zoo. There was a fairly big table of 6 adults and 2 kids. We all decided to do the party trays of wings and split them. So we did half one flavor and half another. Our wings first came out with no flavor in them. So immediately sent them back. The next time they came out they told us which side was which and they were all mixed together. Literally had to cut a bite off the wing to taste and see if it was the right flavor or not. Our table was right beside where the wait staff punch in orders and such. Well the wait staff seemed to think it was a good idea to hang out in the hole in the wall and braid each other's hair. Mind you our table is only 5 feet away and you are serving us without washing your hands after playing with each other's hair. Our server got our manager after I stated this was the worst restaurant experience I have had. The manager came out and was absolutely rude. One I didn't even ask to speak with you, I would have been just as fine paying for my food and never coming back to your establishment. Needless to say we will never go back to this restaurant. Sad cuz it's only 5-10 mins from our house. But the staff here needs an upgrade. read more

Came here after the orange and white game. Seated immediately and the waitress was great. The wings are overpriced (&1.25 each per six) and the kids wing meal was tasteless at best. I have almost no sense of smell which affects my taste buds and I couldn't finish one wing off my sons plate. The waiter went back to the kitchen the first time because he thought our order was fries and my wings, he couldn't even see the wings on the kids plate. Too funny. One waiter had his pants around his knees the entire time and another was wearing daisy dukes and tube socks (maybe I just don't know fashion?). The buffalo chips were the saving grace, we were hungry and it was quite a bit of dip. Another customer beside of us was complaining how bad the wings were that day, may have been an off day. Tried it and probably will not return. Again kudos to our waitress (petite and wearing a grey sweatshirt, can't remember her name?) she was great. read more
