I've been to first watch several times in Texas and I've always had a good meal. I don't know what it about this location, I've been twice, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal both times. It's always busy inside, but you are served promptly. The food is hot and the menu has such a large variety. I especially like it because I can get non-breakfast items at breakfast time. I've had the sandwich salad combo several times ordering the roast beef and the chopped chicken salad. Both are so good. Everything was amazing The servers are all really good. The ambience is super nice but everything they have there. They're bacon. It's a certain name for it, but it is the best bacon I've ever had in my life. They got great mimosas and bloody Mary's and all of their food is exceptionally good great place to go to. read more

We enjoyed our brunch on a Friday at First watch. We chose three items from the seasonal menu and the two entrees were wonderful! The barilla quesadilla benedict was so flavor and my hubby loved the harvest hash. Sadly the cinnamon churros were anything but cinnamon flavored. They were bland and dry. We eat here often as I love their parma skillet. Service has always been hit and miss, but today Rae was our server. She did a great job and was very attentive and checked often to make sure we were satisfied with our orders. My wife had the breakfast tacos and was happy with them. Went to this place after seeing on yelp. Food is good, but I ordered the trifecta with a pancake, chicken sausage and poached eggs. The pancake came out cold, so I asked for a replacement. Then the waitress ignored us, and after 15 minutes I asked another waitress and they finally brought another pancake. My husband ordered Lemon ricotta pancakes and a side of million dollar bacon- his pancakes were cool and the bacon didn't come. Had to ask for the bacon, it came 15 min later with the second pancake and it was cold. The manager offered a discount on future visit or discount off of current meal. Then the waitress came and apologized. We didn't expect free food, just hot food. Don't think we'll be back. read more

Favorite place to get breakfast, they are so accommodating for allergies and don't even upcharge for gluten free bread or egg whites. They always have amazing service and the food is always fast and delicious. Highly recommend this location as well it is very well run and kept. read more

Our service and food was great for a breakfast place. Really loved that they give you the whole carafe of coffee and it is pour as you want.

You know how restaurants like Applebee's appeared years ago and made a whole new thing, the sort of "sit down fast food" that was pricier than McDonald's but faster and cheaper (not only less expensive) than non-chain sit-down establishments? Well it seems to me that First Watch may be on a similar path. They have this country, slightly Southern upscale vibe with everything looking just a little bespoke and lots of good tasting food but it's all just a little too much in the same groove. There's a falsity to it once you've been there three or four times. So give it a try, go back once, then move on. There should be something new and trendy for you to try by then. read more

First Watch has quickly become our beloved brunch spot. My favorite items on the menu include the Floridian French toast and the Morning Market Veg omelette. For their French toast they use this delicious thick cut brioche bread and the Floridian French toast is covered with fresh bananas, kiwi, and strawberries and served with a warm berry compote on the side. The Morning Market omelette is chock full of roasted zucchini, crimini mushrooms, shallots, kale, tomatoes, and goat cheese. The omelette is served with toast and home fries and is my favorite breakfast go-to here. My husband's favorite is the BLTE, which is the classic BLT with an over hard egg, Monterey Jack, and Mayo. We can't recommend this place enough. The service is fast and friendly and we loved how the waiters remembered us on our second and third visits!! read more

This was my first time eating here, so I didn't know what to expect. I thought it was like a Panera where a cashier would ring up your order, but this is a sit down restaurant. I ordered our food with their app since it was a last minute breakfast decision before church. The food was finished fast and it was waiting for "pick up" when I entered. I asked if we could sit and eat our to-go food and they allowed us to eat at a table. The food was delicious and the fruit was fresh (but, I wish the fruit cup was in a bigger to-go container...only had 4 small pieces of fruit). I loved the Morning Meditation! Our food came out in a reasonable time despite the restaurant being busy and us having 8 different orders. Most of the group ordered the "Tri-Fecta" which allows you to customize 3 breakfast classics (eggs, protein, and pancake or French toast). I am not the biggest breakfast fan so I ordered a sandwich and salad combo. Overall I can tell first watch uses quality ingredients for wholesome meals. I cannot eat dairy or eggs so normally I expect to order bacon and toast (or pancake) for breakfast. When we were walking in, there was a large picture of a truffle mushroom hash. On a whim, I asked the server if it could be ordered without eggs, Jack cheese, and the cream sauce. The chef was happy to oblige and I got the best breakfast out in years! Diced potatoes that were crispy on a side but still tender. Two kinds of sautéed mushrooms. Crispy bacon diced in. Arugula with a light lemon spritz on top. A First Watch just opened near me recently (Troy, MI location), and I haven't tried it out yet but have wanted to go. I was in Knoxville recently and we decided to go here for breakfast on my last day in town. Make sure to "join the waitlist" on Yelp before you go to save some time! There were about ten parties in front of us but we only had a 10-15 minute wait, on Labor Day, which was nice, since I added my party of 4 to the waitlist ahead of time. I ordered the avocado toast, but I don't like eggs, and I was able to substitute potatoes for the side. Both the toast and the potatoes were very tasty. My boyfriend and I split the Million Dollar Bacon (seasonal dish) as well, and that was also very delicious. He ordered the French toast for his entree and said that was good, too. His cousins' food came out about 5-10 minutes after ours, which wasn't great. They ordered the bacon, the French toast, and the breakfast tacos; his cousin's wife said the breakfast tacos were just okay. Our server was nice but would disappear for stretches at a time ... if waitservice was better, this might have been a 5-star review, because all of the food we had was really good. Upon arriving after 45 minutes and online sending us a text that we are almost up, the greeter told us that due to our size we would be another hour and a half. While not my go-to spot for brunch, they are one of the few places that offer traditional Benedict's, which is a good selling point for food in my opinion. You'll want to get here early if you can typically for brunch if you can, as there is typically a decently long wait time, but once you get a table you'll certainly enjoy phenomenal service from the incredible staff here.
