Got takeout from here and the food was so bad. The wings had no flavor and the pretzel bites were rock hard. The best part was the spuds but overall couldn't even eat much. Staff was nice and food was ready fast. read more

We went to Wild Wing with a party of 6 on opening weekend. I expected a huge wait and was pleasantly surprised. They estimated a 60-75 minute wait, but we were in our seats and had our food in a little over an hour. The food was wonderful, service was fast and friendly and food was very reasonably priced. We had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend! read more

We came as a party of 4 at 4:00, waited 45 minutes for food. More staff around the dining room than patrons. Food was good, not outstanding. Disappointed. read more

Come here regularly, at past few times we had to wait 45 minutes to sit outside on the deck, or like today 20 minutes because only one server is out there. Very few people inside, business has gone downhill. Maybe they can't get people to work, but we haven't had problems elsewhere. Not very happy. read more

Me and my girl friends stopped for dinner and had the best serviced by Olivia allen. She was so sweet and friendly and was always checking on us making sure we were good. Absolutely loved having her as our server. 10/10 recommend her read more

The wait time at this location for a table is really long. But that isn't as bad as the wait time for the food to get to your table. The waitresses continually state that the kitchen is backed up. The food is good but you do pay a premium for it too. read more

So we have loved the place until recently. I know everyone is understaffed but the wait time for food when the restaurant is not busy is not acceptable. We are talking up to 2 hours wait for food. Always have a wait to be seated when the place is nearly empty. Our last visit- after an hour waiting - we were informed our order was never put in and the wait do our food would be a bit longer since the order was entered after an hour waiting for it. The appetizer came after about 10 min from the original order. Rarely offered refills. Last visit was just that. read more

I came with a group of 11 and they said they couldn't serve us bc they only had 2 servers. Regardless of our group size, if we would have broken down our group, it would have been the same thing at the end. They would have ended up to serving the same amount of people, it didn't make sense! Terrible experience at this location!! read more

Went for lunch got 10 wings and a water took 45 minutes to get my food didn't have time to eat before went back to work

Used to be great. Moved Vicki, the good manager to the other wild wing out west because they weren't good. Now this one is very disappointing. The draft beer system has been down for a week. Jar head looking bartender too busy watching the race to serve, or even pay attention to customers. His "little buddy" has the Same attitude.. Just not as fun as it was. We waited for years for a wild wing on this side of town. Now it's just as bad as the other one had become. read more

Been here a couple times and once the kitchen staff got our order correct the food was great, but every time we have been there, there seems to be problem in the kitchen. The wait staff seem to try but I definitely have had better service. read more

This is NOT the wild wings I'm use to, my mom and I came up here since the one in Farragut closed. My mom ALWAYS gets the ragging Cajun wing flavor, the Cajun at the Farragut one is a dry rub the one here is a sauce, and honestly it tastes like grease, and the skin is not crispy. We also got the buffalo chicken dip, nothing to write home about, just Frank's Red Hot sauce. The waitress was sporadic at best, no clue if it was just the time we went( 11:30 EST) When my mom asked her about the ragging Cajun, and why it looked like that she just said " that's the way it comes". She didn't offer my mom another sauce or anything, and as far as atmosphere goes, this location seems like a knockoff compared to the one in Farragut. Just be aware that this place isn't necessarily bAd, it's just not what I'm use to when I go to wild wings. Ps: on a side not the waitstaff have no clue what's going on! We ordered the 6-for6 deal that's $12.99 she charge us separately for 6 nuggets and 6 wings for almost $7 each one. She fixed it, but it seemed like an " inconvenience " for her . read more

I really love the wings, and they have a great craft beer selection, I sat at the bar, staff was friendly, and service was good, great location. read more

Medium Wings, Extra Sauce is my jam! Easily the best wings for the flavor. I recommend the Wing Card to track the rewards too.

After my less than spectacular time at Aubrey's, I moved down the road a couple blocks. Hey, the friendly staff was quick to wait on me and explain the menu items. The "Chicken Feathers" worked well for me. They have a choice of 33 different sauces and I found their honey mustard to be spicy and good. Add to that, they had the Twins game on TV and about 40 beers on tap. Glad I stopped and I recommend them. read more

My boyfriend and his friend got food poisoning from here. He told me when they ate them, they seemed like normal wings but they must have been left out or something because they were both very sick afterwards. I personally have been here one time and the wings were okay but I'd rather have BWW. read more

This place will never get my business again. Wait for a table is ridiculously long and they can't even seat a party of 2 in less than a hour. Take out is more important to them!! read more

We went in last night with a very large group and had an AMAZING server named Haley. She was fun and so on top of things. Best service we'd had there so far. read more

We loved that the waitlist was accessible via Yelp! Make sure to try the fried mushrooms! The batter was delicious! We enjoyed the wings. Lots of sauce options. read more

Nice place. Good for Sunday football. Mickey, our server, was great. Checked on us regularly and even joked around with us. Definitely will come back. read more

My fiancée and I ordered take out from this location and received the incorrect food. We called back and the manager, Brooke, was extremely kind and helpful. She offered to replace our food and personally assured us that the order would be exactly what we ordered. The replacement food we received was exactly as ordered and excellent. We were beyond impressed with the customer service that Brooke provided us and definitely will eat here and order from here again thanks to Brooke. read more

I've visited three different Wild Wing Cafe locations, and never have I had a quality experience. Tonight, at this Powell location, our experience was no different. The best part of dinner was that our server was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, our group of 7 was served our food in separate increments. Some people at our table got their food 10mins before others. Absolutely unacceptable. Additionally, one order was incorrect. Also, the runners who brought out the food (not our server) were not friendly in the slightest. Yikes. It's really unfortunate that the kitchen/runners couldn't figure out how to efficiently serve their customers, as I'm sure this will often appear to reflect on the servers. I will never understand why I keep coming to this place. Maybe I'll learn after this third strike. read more

We will not be back! Service was not the best,And we were embarrassed by management!! Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant! We used to go weekly, NEVER again!! read more

Great food but management is horrible. Can not manage seating. Hostess always telling guest there is a hour and half wait when there are plenty of tables. read more

Walk-in, wait on a table for 15 minutes, then be told no, it's too close to 2:00pm and we won't serve you the wing bar! Poor service!! Oh and plenty of tables were clean - hostess just took her time to clean a booth when I clearly said I need a table. read more

Great place to chill. Bar tender Mark gave several samples and offered great advice on beer, liquor, and even food. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a great time at the bar today with Mikayla. She was attentive a super sweet. The wing bar for $10.99 is an awesome deal!

Food was really good. The night band was absolutely amazing. But the service was SLOW!

Over rated: Quality of food isn't great. My wife ordered a burger and it came out burnt and charred. I ordered the obvious... hot wings and the cake out with very little meat and was dry and over cooked. And service was about average. I know me and my family won't go back. And the sauce on the hot wings was nothing special. read more

Decent food little pricey for what it is seems if it becomes a chicken wing it's worth 1 million bucks it seems like it all the chicken places anyhow wouldn't pass it up read more

The best wings ever!!!! Our waitress was Miranda and she was SUPER Awesome... we will be back to the Emory wild wing cafe again!!!

I have been here twice now. There grilled chicken on a stick is so good. Their onion rings are the most amazing onion rings I have ever tasted. I loved sitting out by the porch area with the fountain going off. Definitely recommend coming here but I would not go on a weekend I would do during the week. You will get better service read more

Friday night and told 45 minute wait for 2 people! For a Friday night they have poor staff planning at 7pm to ensure all tables are filled. I counted over 10 empty tables for over 30 minutes. I love the atmosphere and the TVs available to watch sports. We sat at the bar as we waited but it still took a while as many people chose the bar to eat because of the wait time. Food is good and lots of wing options. My only complaint is staffing scheduling to accommodate busy dinner times. read more

So good!!!! Went to eat with family to celebrate my birthday! First visit, definitely not the last. We started with spinach dip. Hands down the best spinach dip I've ever eaten! I ordered the Buffarella wrap(sp?). It was delicious and very filling. I love that the side dishes are called Exciting Extras. Sounds so much more enticing than just a side dish! Our service was good. They were super busy, as always, but the staff worked as a team to get everything we needed quickly! I will definitely make a return visit to try more items on the menu. Of course, the appetizer will always be spinach dip!! read more

Good as usual. The sauce selection is vast and can please even the snobbiest wing eater..

Ate at Wild Wings tonight in Powell,TN. Food was delicious. As for parking lot, there is only one entrance for going in and out. Not enough planning went in to accommodate the traffic. read more

To come to a restaurant after the trying year we all had and to feel right at home with great food and service in these times is a welcomed experience to have. Want to thank the Manager Cristy for good customer service along with the wait staff!!! read more

Every time I come here the service is terrible. We have to wait forever to be greeted by our server. Then, I got a brownie last time and it was still frozen on the inside. read more

Does not have servers to support regular service. Puts large parties (30+) in the order they sign up despite the restaurant not being able to support regular parties. Large parties should be able to call ahead to accommodate this. Even when there are not large parties, hosts and hostesses are oblivious to an empty rom and confused where to sit people. I have worked in restaurants for a large chick of my younger years and it is poor management and poor training. read more

Love this place today Perry was our server, everything was timely and we never needed anything he was on top of it. Food was great one party meme we had a slightly over cooked cheesesteak but nothing too bad! Look forward to going again read more
