I should have most definitely paid more attention to the reviews before I hit this spot. I had a 60 wing platter but the chicken was medium tasting at best. The main problem with that is due to the fact they don't use enough of the sauces that you order on the wings. I paid $60 for that order when I could have went to Sams and paid half and got about the same amount already seasoned but just frozen and just threw them in the oven. As I do want to try this place out again because I feel like they do have potential, I just don't want to get charged for extra sauce like what I'm supposed to have in the first place but get charged for it. My family really enjoys WWC, but I refuse to order takeout from there again. The last several times I have ordered from them they have screwed it up. Last night I ordered my single wings extra crispy with light sauce. Instead of being extra crispy they were almost undercooked and swimming in sauce. I threw 10 of the 12 out. They were gross!! I ordered the shrimp skewers for my daughter. In my to go menu I had at home it said it came with two sides. The girl that took my order said it only came with one side, so I figured I had an old menu and didn't question it. I ordered her a side salad as her side and paid the upcharge for it. Get home and NO SALAD. Then I looked at the menu online and it WAS supposed to come with 2 sides. Basically I paid almost $14 for 10 tiny pieces of shrimp and nothing else. I even tipped over 20% when I picked it up to help the servers in this "social distancing" time. Wasted $47.91 on this meal. Very disappointing!! read more

It was so bad on service, words can not describe. Had to ask for silverware 3 times as our appetizer got cold. It is obvious this place wants to be a bar. We asked our server about an ingredient she did not know and turned to the manager, who also did not know. At least they are consistent of NOT KNOWING THEIR PRODUCT. I saw no team atmosphere of servers helping each other. I also saw a lot of messy tables, I don't think they know the concept of clearing a table. For this place to be called Wild Wing then why aren't the wings that good? The wings should knock your socks off. I thought they were simply okay. They weren't cooked to perfection. We llloooovvvveee this restaurant! Family friendly but still fun for a relaxed date night. Great customer service. We really enjoy the live music on the weekends! I enjoy trying new flavors of wings each visit. My favorite hands down is their Red, Hot & Bleu. I also enjoy the Gold Rush and Flaming Dragon I think it's called, a spicy teriyaki. My favorite salad is the Wild Chef. The quesadillas, shrimp and nachos are also tasty. I literally can't think of anything I've ordered that I didn't like! Slowest service I've ever had!!!!!! It took us 1-2 hours just too get seated and we had to wait on our food for a very long time

Despite the unassuming appearance of the front entrance, I was very much impressed with the service and quality of the food as well as both bar areas. We have been there several times and each time we had a consistently excellent experience. If I managed the place, two things I would work on: * They have a very nice outdoor section. I would invest in the patio and make more of an emphasis there, particularly in the "not-summer" months. * Twice our server had a tee shirt with food debris/smudges. I suspect the servers also worked in the kitchen. They were outstanding servers; prompt, polite, and attentive to refills. Nonetheless, it does give an impression that I don't think you want at a restaurant. Overall, it has been the best dining experience we have had in the Hamilton Mill area and I highly recommend it. read more

I frequent 4 different Wild Wing Cafes. The Hamilton Mill location has consistently had kitchen problems ever since they opened. I don't hold anything against them for the first 2-3 months, but they've been open over a year now. For example; tonight's order included two uncooked (pink) chicken wings and missing sides. Hey, mistakes happen, I get it. But every visit to this location has some kind of issue and it takes FOREVER for the kitchen to fix any error. Service is usually slow and the food is okay. Last time the sauce on our wings was cold. Seriously, we ordered half fireball, half medium, and the sauce on the fireball wings were cold. I dipped them in the cold ranch dressing because their ranch dressing is AWESOME! Like dip everything you own in it. But good ranch can only take you so far... However, i'll probably go again, and probably order wings, and probably be disappointed, but the ranch is soooo good it keeps bringing me back. read more

Kid friendly. Nice stage and great beer selection. I've been to several of the other Wild Wing locations. I'm not sure if it was an off day or they are just new, but my "Boss" wings were disgusting. They come in pre-marinaded. When mine came out on the the plate, one of them had feathers on it! Feathers!! 4 other had several hairs on them. They made four new wings for me and I just boxed them up and trashed them upon return to home. I was excited for this place to come to the area, but I will not be returning. read more

My husband and I dropped in for lunch and it was the WORST. Service the girl had no idea what she was doing. Ok its a new place. I ordered wings 2 different flavors and the girl told me.the SWEET BBQ was the best and then the garilc. The "SWEEET" BBQ was a mustard color and no where near sweet and the garlic was not very garlic at all. The wings didn't have very much meat but more gristle it was awful! ! When we let the girl know she DID NOTHING! ! She NEVER offered us anything else or to even try to make us happy. I am not sure how these people get away calling themselves a wing spot. The sauces are awful. I had a lunch special where you can try several different flavors of the wings. A buddy and myself both had this and traded a few on each order. Not good. The sauces all taste generic and pre-made, not a good look for a place that specializes in wings. The other time I was here the band was really good and would go back for the live entertainment! For the food not any time soon. If you want fantastic wings in this area go the Buffalo's. UPDATE 9/8/19 - This restaurant has either changed hands or management since my last review of 3/5 stars. Since then, we've seen much improvement in the quality of food, the cleanliness of the restrooms (yay!) and the consistency of good service. We're so happy to have a great place to hang out and watch the games! PREVIOUS REVIEW: I would love to give this place 5 stars. The wings are usually great, but sometimes they're not. The service is usually good, but sometimes it's not. My biggest issue with this place is the bathrooms. When you serve beer, you have lots of people making several trips to the bathroom during one visit. Both bathrooms (my husband can vouch for the men's) are disgusting. If there is toilet paper in the stalls, which usually there is not, the holders are uncovered and falling off the stall walls. So much of the time, the toilet paper rolls (if there are any) are SITTING ON THE FLOOR. Rarely is there any soap in the dispensers, and usually paper towels are out or the dispenser is stuck and won't dispense. Overall, this place is wildly inconsistent, and you should definitely leave before you have to use the bath read more

The food was ok but it took a really long time for them to bring it out. The chilli was good but temperature wise it was lukewarm. We had to ask for silverware and it took them fifteen minutes to bring a fork out. Had to ask for napkins. Had to ask for our bill, it then sat on the table for fifteen minutes. Was not accommodating for Super Bowl Sunday. Tried to order 50 wings but was told they could only do 60 so we agreed to 60. The managers are very unprofessional after someone in the kitchen spiked my food with ghost pepper sauce and then the manager thought it was funny. When asked for corporates phone number he told me to google it. I have ordered brave heart wings for several years and never took my breath away and made me have a panic attack. The said thing is when I asked about them changing the recipe he told they did 5 months ago and they added ghost pepper to the original recipe. I ask why didn't mention that in the menu and he couldn't answer me. I finally call corporate and they did change the recipe but they took the chili pepper out and made it weaker then before. Which tells me the had spiked it with something way hotter then ever before. Corporate took the complaint and said the owner would reach out to me, guess what over a month ago and no call from no one. No big surprise there. It's a chain that's all about wings and beer, so don't expect high quality food. That being said, the service should still be acceptable, and here it was slow and inattentive. We went b4 the lunch rush, and the only occupied table appeared to be a really large school-age sports' team w/ their dads, who were getting the bulk of the servers' attention. Our server was smiley but forgot about us frequently. The food was nauseatingly generic. Fries tasted like they were frozen then microwaved. One of the wing sauces was the most unnatural shade of slimy yellow/brown and its flavor didn't improve upon its appearance either. Sandwich bun was swimming in butter but burnt so it was a peculiar limbo of crunchy and squishy. Dare I say that the best thing we had was a side salad b/c to my surprise, it wasn't just a smattering of lettuce w/ a few dots of veggie color, but a nice-sized variety of balanced ingredients that weren't hidden beneath a layer of shredded cheese. I've been to other Wild Wings b4 so I didn't go to this one expecting fanfare and extraordinary food, but I would've appreciated friendly service since it was so quiet at the time of our arrival. read more

Stopped by for lunch and got the ayce wings for around $11. It comes with a soup or salad and french fries or celery/dip. The wings were cooked like I asked "crispy" and the hot and gold rush flavors were awesome. The reason for the average rating is that I found a hair in my salad as I was finishing it. I brought this to my servers attention and she notified her manager who came over to apologize and she comped the meal. Needless to say I was done with eating after that. I think that it was a isolated incedent and handled correctly by management. I will give them another shot because of that. read more

The only reason for one star is because it is required to write the review. We have been here a few times before and food was pretty good - service ok - not bad just not great. The use of food runners is a definite problem here - the waitstaff seems to forget they have to actually check on the tables. Simple order tonight husband wanted soup first and rings for dinner. I ordered 2 appetizers for dinner. We don't really care how long it takes as long as its right when it comes out. Soup took over 30 minutes and it was cold. The rest of the good was right behind - so much got soup first ! It was all cold ! The little warmth was from the heat lamps it must have been under. Enough let's go ! If I wanted cold I could have stayed home and eaten leftovers. We had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the waitress to come back so we could leave with getting arrested for walking out on our bill. What a shame - it's a nice place - super clean but clueless on how to serve food. Oh well maybe we will try again it was good before maybe tonight is just an off night. read more

In the restaurant right now as I write this. Free WiFi would be a plus. But the beer is cold, the wings tasty, and the sauces very good. Typical chain restaurant, but good. Seated quickly, good service, and plenty of TV's. Watching the British open and have been checked in upon by my server, nice. Asked for more celery, only have 4 sticks with my 18 piece order, but that's not huge concern. The blue cheese dressing is very good. Had the honey sirracha sauce and that was fantastic! I'll be back. Get some free WiFi and I can bring some Fantasy Football drafts in and reap the rewards for the extra people who will spend money while doing their drafts. This is definitely a family restaurant (very loud). For a Friday night the wait wasn't too long. Our waitress was quick to take our order and bring our drinks. Did I mention it's loud in here? And cold. I wish I had brought a coat. If you're not a wing person there is plenty of other items to choose from. I had the Cool & Creamy Avocado Turkey Wrap (yummy!) and my husband had Drews Devilishly Delicious Fried Chicken Sandwich. Both were yummy and I'd order it again. I love wild wings and was so excited when you opened in Hamilton mill. However, your restaurant seems to be experiencing some difficulties that are quite frustrating. Tonight, on a Friday night there are plenty of seats open (at 6:30 pm) but the hostesses are telling all the customers the 'kitchen is backed up'. We've been here before and have enjoyed the wings. However, last night we went and were very disappointed. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich which according to the menu was huge. The chicken was less then the size of the palm of a hand and was much smaller than the bun. The waitress spoke to the manager and came back with a reply that they are pre cut elsewhere and the next one might be bigger. They brought another (after everyone else was done with their food) and it was smaller than the first. Never once did the manager come to our table and follow up. Surprising that they would not be customer oriented on SuperBowl Sunday, the biggest day of the year for places like this. They should be prepared for these kinds of requests. The managers Jeremy and Nate at the Hamilton Mill location are extremely RUDE, very unprofessional, and has no sense of customer service. We place an order over the phone for take out and is even repeated the order back and is then told it will be ready in 15mins. I get there only to be told they have no such order. I then show them the order I placed from my phone and was told they would get it right out to me. No apology given. 35mins later...still waiting at the bar for the food, it finally comes out. I get back to work, having to rush since my lunch break ended up being 25mins too long only to discover the order is completely wrong and soggy! We called to inform them of this to see if they could fix the issue but was instead called a liar and told I didn't say without tomatoes and other requests I had asked for. We only wanted our order corrected but was instead spoken to rudely. Apparently a new restaurant in the area doesn't care of customers and their opinions. I thought better of a chain such as Wild Wings but unless they get either new managers or train the ones they have on customer service, myself and my coworkers will not be ordering from them again. I will be telling everyone, including my clientele about this visit as well. I feel bad for your servers because we always tip over 25% due to us knowing how tip life is. Would not eat here. My wife and I called in advance to see if we could bring our dog and they said yes. We got there and we're seated outside. It took the waitress about 10-15 minutes to come outside just for our drink order...still never got a menu. 5 minutes later, the manager came outside and told us dogs were not welcome there. Friends and I are in the industry and decided on a place that would be open long enough for us to enjoy our time after work. They advertise a closing time of 2 AM and decided to close at 12:15 instead and turned the music off before telling us it was last call or even informing us they were closing early. I have been there separately before and the hostess "could not find menus" so we stood at the host stand for 15 minutes while watching her talk and joke with other servers before looking for the menus. Terrible location. I don't think I've ever received good service at a Wild Wing Cafe but this one takes the cake. read more
