    Breakfast for dinner. So good.

Finally came on a Thursday. All you can Eat Chicken Wings. $19.99. So flipping GOOD. Comes w hand cut fries. Those were hard to stop eating. Diet Pepsi products. I love the Diet Coke. Will be back. I'm a duchess here now.

We have been here twice. The first time we had the Philly cheesesteak and it was phenomenal. I was surprised because the place is basically just a big bar scene, hence the name "tap bar". The service was very friendly and attentive. The second time we got burgers. The ODB which honestly was the best burger I ever had, no wonder it won the top three best burgers in Gwinnett County. We also had the Classic B which was also delicious. I added a picture of the classic B and unfortunately did not get a picture of my favorite burger The ODB.! But trust me it's delicious. So far everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. Nothing frozen oh and the onion rings are awesome.! I highly recommend if you like burgers or Philly cheesesteaks.

Food was just okay, nothing special. I ordered the Swiss mushroom burger, the cheese was not melted and it didn't have a lot of mushrooms on it. The Patty needed some seasoning, it was flavorless. My fries are hand cut and not great, they were limp, dark, and oily. On the other hand my husband had the fried grouper sandwich and enjoyed it. The fish fillet was huge. We probably won't be back.

This is way more of a bar than a restaurant atmosphere. The patrons were playing poker and were quite loud, which is not the restaurant's fault, but it was a bit annoying. I ordered a margarita that tasted like 7-Up, with no taste of tequila. We ordered cheese curds with a delicious marinara sauce, fish and chips that were a bit greasy, but the tartar sauce was really tasty, and The Deisel Sandwich, which was delicious and tender and not dry, like you might think a pork chop would be . Overall the food was pretty good, with a few flaws, but the atmosphere was truly lacking.

We came during the day when it wasn't too busy. Service was great. The place was much larger than expected (2 pool tables, shuffle board, tons of tvs, u shaped bar with lots of seating). I didn't like that there was a designated drink menu. Although there is a full bar, I find that drinks are more consistent among bartenders when there are set items they make daily. The flavored whiskey shots were great!! The fish & chips was delicious! We will be back to try other options

Diesel is a good neighborhood bar and restaurant. The staff is friendly, the beer is cold, and the food is good. We've been there for lunch several times and enjoyed a number of items. The one thing we get every time are the pretzel bites - they come with 3 sauces: beer cheese, pimento cheese, and a highly weird, oddly addictive pecan honey mustard. Salads and chicken sandwiches are good. Burgers are great. I am not a fan of their fries, hand-cut limp, almost wet. Not every time, but often enough that I default to a side salad now.

I ate myself into a food coma and I had this much left! Flaky and delicious - wow - unreal!

I am so upset I didn't take a picture of this flounder sandwich I had was ENORMOUS! Tasted like it was just caught and the batter was finger licking good. Fish sandwich needed like 3 damn buns - flaky and flavorful - just became my new goto - just wow. ;) I had been here serval times and the family owned business makes you feel like family. I had fried shrimp which were phenomenal before - crispy and delicious - with what tasted like homemade cocktail sauce. The drinks are always strong and the atmosphere is contagious as is the hospitality from each of the servers and waitstaff. This family owned place is like a much better version of Cheers mixed with Master Chef - as each thing I had, as well as guests had just love. Come hungry you will leave happy and satisfied.

    Breaded Pork Tenderloin

Had the Diesel (delicious and authentic Indiana Pork Tenderloin). Had them serve the coleslaw on the side. Wish we'd ordered pickles, but otherwise, it was pretty close to perfect. It's too bad it's 70 miles from home.

People either love or hate this place. We went in for Gwinnett Burger Week to try the French Onion Burger - Double-patty burger topped with caramelized onions, and a double layer of provolone cheese - served on a grilled onion roll bun with a side of au jus for dipping. It was delicious, and my wife got a taco plate that she really enjoyed and will go back for. It's basically a large open area with tables and a bar which may be loud and not to everyone's taste, but I prefer a dive with good food over fancy. It took a while to get our food, as cooking from scratch takes time, but our server was attentive and kept our drinks filled so I can't fault the service.

I've heard of a Monte Cristo sandwich, but in all my years of living, I've never actually eaten one until today! I was set on ordering a classic double cheeseburger when a Monte Cristo sandwich drifted past my table on the way to another. I was mesmerized and needed to know the name of that sandwich immediately, so I made my way over to the couple who ordered it and asked if it was good! The woman simply told me restaurants that make Monte Cristo's (in general) are hard to find, and THIS is one of her favorite places on the planet to get one. ENOUGH SAID!!! I must admit I still spent the next few minutes wrestling back-and-forth over ordering it or the burger that I originally came for, but in the end, I was extremely pleased that I chose the Monte Cristo! It is now one of my new favorite things to order. Every year on yelp I declare my favorite new food find, and I'm pretty certain this is going to be my winner for 2026. Everyone in our group also enjoyed their meals which included shotgun wings (5 stars), strawberry quinoa salad, Philly, cheesesteak, chicken salad, a veggie pizza and chicken tacos. It was three of our four guests first visit, but they promised it wouldn't be their last. The atmosphere was great for conversation, the sweet tea was absolutely perfect, and our server Hailey was amazingly attentive. Could not have asked for a better visit!

I had gotten here around 4:30PM and went to the pool table, I had been waiting close to 15-20 minutes to be served. I just went to the bartender with a slicked back bun and wearing a burgundy shirt named "T" to ask for a drink since my friend had gotten there before me and said she had taken his order prior to me getting there. After waiting about 3 minutes at the bar, she approached me and rudely asked if I had been sitting by the pool tables. I replied and said "yes I'm sitting near the pool tables" and she responded rudely again and said she couldn't take my order and the server sitting in my section would take it. I had told her "okay, well I have been sitting here for a while waiting to be served and I wanted to order a drink" and she responded and said "well we didn't see you over there, go back to your table and I'll get your server" The server named Dom, took my order and I asked him for her name since he either saw/heard what happened. Bless his heart for trying to rectify the situation by bringing the food out quickly and being more pleasant. What makes the story worse, is that this bartender (after she yelled at me) went back to the pool tables where we were sitting to take away plates for another table she had already served and they were sitting one table over from us. So she served them (males) and my friend (another male) and felt like she refused to help or serve me. Overall, I would come back but definitely steering clear of that rude bartender that was very sarcastic and had a nasty attitude. Definitely go there on weekend nights when different bartenders are working and aren't as rude.

I believe they have two pool tables and four or so dart boards. The pool is always popular, but the darts are almost always available the few times I've visited. The food and drink prices were pretty reasonable. Food quality is pretty average for bar food. You know how it is. Nothing of the extreme spectrum of gross or amazing, just right in the middle. I have a receipt from three years ago because I wanted to remember certain drinks that was ordered. Well... The Irish car bombs for instance has not increased in price: $7.50. I can't believe some of their prices haven't changed in years. But their drink selection has all sort of types and prices. I used to frequent the Peachtree Corners location, but that location has since closed down. This newer location is pretty spacious inside.

The restaurant wasn't overly crowded -- only a few tables occupied and a handful of people at the bar -- but service was extremely slow from the start. It took about 10 minutes for our server to greet us, and another 10 minutes just to receive waters after ordering them. My boyfriend and I ordered drinks (a Raspberry Collins and a Tropicalia), along with a pretzel for the table. The pretzel was brought out by another server, and when I asked for plates, they never returned with them. I then asked our server for plates, but they still never came. Eventually, I had to ask the host to find our server, and he responded that he would "try." When our server finally came back, I had to ask for plates a third time. Our friend was finally able to order his mixed drink, and we went ahead and ordered our meals as well. The food took nearly an hour to come out, despite the restaurant having very few tables at that point. My boyfriend ordered the Nashville hot chicken, which was extremely oily and lacked flavor. I had the hibachi bowl, which was decent. Before the food arrived, I ordered another Raspberry Collins and more water, which took about 15 minutes and again was not delivered by our server. The one bright spot of the evening was the bartender -- I didn't catch her name, but she was wearing a red Falcons shirt. She personally brought my drink to the table, promptly brought us waters when asked, and even cleaned up our table. Major props to her professionalism and attentiveness, because she was the only person who made us feel taken care of. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we won't be returning. The chicken taco was decent--well-seasoned, mildly juicy, and satisfying, but not quite as bold or memorable. I'd give that one a 4/5.
