Can't say if the food is good or the drinks bad as we were never acknowledged as being there.

I've heard of a Monte Cristo sandwich, but in all my years of living, I've never actually eaten one until today! I was set on ordering a classic double cheeseburger when a Monte Cristo sandwich drifted past my table on the way to another. I was mesmerized and needed to know the name of that sandwich immediately, so I made my way over to the couple who ordered it and asked if it was good! The woman simply told me restaurants that make Monte Cristo's (in general) are hard to find, and THIS is one of her favorite places on the planet to get one. ENOUGH SAID!!! I must admit I still spent the next few minutes wrestling back-and-forth over ordering it or the burger that I originally came for, but in the end, I was extremely pleased that I chose the Monte Cristo! It is now one of my new favorite things to order. Every year on yelp I declare my favorite new food find, and I'm pretty certain this is going to be my winner for 2026. Everyone in our group also enjoyed their meals which included shotgun wings (5 stars), strawberry quinoa salad, Philly, cheesesteak, chicken salad, a veggie pizza and chicken tacos. It was three of our four guests first visit, but they promised it wouldn't be their last. The atmosphere was great for conversation, the sweet tea was absolutely perfect, and our server Hailey was amazingly attentive. Could not have asked for a better visit!

I have a receipt from three years ago because I wanted to remember certain drinks that was ordered. Well... The Irish car bombs for instance has not increased in price: $7.50. The parking was ample and the overall ease of getting to the restaurant was simple. Upon walking in, the ambiance is very inviting and the space is hugeeeeee. Our waitress was super nice and was able to keep her cool as well as our orders straight as there were 6 tables worth of us. Yeah, we kind of took over the whole middle section. LoL!! As the menu is very straight forward, it has something for everyone. As I didn't want to eat too heavy, I decided to get the Grilled Cheese (add bacon) with fries along with a Sweet Tea. After placing my order, the waitress said it would be a few minutes and promptly delivered my sweet tea. Babeeeeeeeee. The sweet tea at Mazzy's is the bombbbbbbbbb. Next time I'm asking for a pitcher. Ha! When my food arrived, it was hot, smelled amazing, and was visually pleasing. The bacon was crispy and sat well in the gooey cheese. The bread was perfectly toasted to golden perfection and the cheese was not skimp. Whoever made this grilled cheese understood the cheese to bread to bacon ratio requirements. The fries were perfectly fried as well and flavorful. They paired well with the sandwich as the salt levels weren't too high. Sis enjoyed her birthday. I enjoyed the food, sweet tea, and service, and best of all. I will be returning. Thank you Mazzy's staff!!!

Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the genuinely warm greeting from the staff and the inviting, vibrant atmosphere within. The interior design skillfully balanced comfort with a dynamic energy, enhanced by multiple strategically placed screens that contributed to the lively ambiance without being intrusive. My server, in particular, delivered exceptional service, demonstrating remarkable attentiveness and professionalism throughout my entire meal. For my main course, I selected the pork chop special, which was expertly presented alongside a finely prepared potato salad and a crisp, refreshing side salad. The pork chop itself was cooked to an exquisite perfection, achieving an ideal tenderness and succulent flavor. A true highlight was the innovative accompaniment served with the dish. This unique sauce or relish offered a harmonious blend of tangy and fresh profiles, coupled with a delightful crisp texture, further elevated by perfectly rendered bacon bits that provided an ideal crunchy counterpoint and enhanced the overall culinary experience. Based on this superb dining experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Jack's Public House to anyone seeking a high-quality meal in the Braselton area. I anticipate making return visits during my remaining time here and eagerly look forward to future opportunities to dine at this exceptional establishment. Richard Biancardi

The restaurant wasn't overly crowded -- only a few tables occupied and a handful of people at the bar -- but service was extremely slow from the start. It took about 10 minutes for our server to greet us, and another 10 minutes just to receive waters after ordering them. My boyfriend and I ordered drinks (a Raspberry Collins and a Tropicalia), along with a pretzel for the table. The pretzel was brought out by another server, and when I asked for plates, they never returned with them. I then asked our server for plates, but they still never came. Eventually, I had to ask the host to find our server, and he responded that he would "try." When our server finally came back, I had to ask for plates a third time. Our friend was finally able to order his mixed drink, and we went ahead and ordered our meals as well. The food took nearly an hour to come out, despite the restaurant having very few tables at that point. My boyfriend ordered the Nashville hot chicken, which was extremely oily and lacked flavor. I had the hibachi bowl, which was decent. Before the food arrived, I ordered another Raspberry Collins and more water, which took about 15 minutes and again was not delivered by our server. The one bright spot of the evening was the bartender -- I didn't catch her name, but she was wearing a red Falcons shirt. She personally brought my drink to the table, promptly brought us waters when asked, and even cleaned up our table. Major props to her professionalism and attentiveness, because she was the only person who made us feel taken care of. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we won't be returning. We started with cocktails. I had the Lychee Martini and my partner had the Mexican Standoff. Both were okay but seemed a little light on the liquor. For appetizers, we got the duck spring rolls and shrimp crab nachos. The duck tasted a little off, though the sauce was delicious. The nachos were just okay and could have used more crab flavor. We also ordered the buffalo wings and Parmesan truffle fries. The wings were basic, and while the fries were good, the flavor seemed slightly off. Not sure if I'd come back if I was in the area.
