The food was made fresh and ready in about 15 minutes. I ordered the eggs and shrimp combo; menu listed broccoli included--my order was missing broccoli. I substituted the sausage for more shrimp and added noodles. Overall, the food tasted good; the noodles were seasoned well. I would suggest additional seasoning options. They only offer garlic butter and cajun butter--you may combine the two (Vintage Butter). Otherwise, it's a good quality boil. I didn't discover the missing broccoli until I got home. I like that take-out orders are packaged in a pan. Remind staff to include bib and gloves because I was not given any!

Past by this restaurant all the time, but never had a chance to try it until I saw it on IG yesterday. Ended up ordering 12 lbs of crawfish right away with 3 different flavors and OMG...it's so good! My whole household loves it. The flavors just hit the spot. Crawfish was fresh, not frozen. Some were decent size and some were small, but every bite was worth it. I did tried to place the order over the phone to avoid the $7.50 online platform fee (unavoidable even if it's through their website or app), but they said that I had to order it online because it was my first time. I've also ordered it 3 hours in advance for pickup, but when we got there, we still had to wait another 15+ minutes or so. I prefer to have it waiting for me to just pick up and go as I was on a time crunch. That's why I set it up at a certain time. Overall, I had recommended this place to all my family and friends. I can't wait to order from them again sooner than later being that it's crawfish season.

Also, all the meats we had were really great--they were all flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. Broths (we had spicy miso and mala) were also very flavorful, more so than most shabu/hot pot places I've had in Georgia. The thing that drives it all home though is the service. You have excellent servers who are considerate and know when to step away and give you some time, or when to come in and ask if you needed anything else. Our server was friendly, empathetic, and an absolute star. Also, the runners and bussers come in quickly and silently when attending to your table, yet are friendly when responding, well versed on the menu offerings, and quick to take action with anything you needed. I have literally never seen such top tier service at any Asian establishment, let alone restaurants in general. We will be back for the service alone; they contributed greatly to the overall experience so props to management for their excellent employee hiring/training.

I opted for hush puppies instead of the house chips or fries. The server told me there would be a $2 up charge. Fine, no problem. When the food came out, I was surprised I paid $2 for only three hush puppies. I brought this up to the server who said that basically I'm paying more because the kitchen can't handle any changes to the menu. ***That is not exactly what he said, but that's what I heard. The lack of hush puppies was pretty disappointing as I LOVE hush puppies. Normally, if a patron comments on the amount of food on a side dish, the server would bring another small bowl or extra dish of the side. That didn't happen. In my opinion, the customer should be completely satisfied. Unfortunately, not the case today. The restaurant was clean and the restroom was very nice as well. I'm taking off one star due to the hush puppy situation.
