We told her about our inquiry that morning All she would say us sorry we would have to wait. We asked about upstairs. All she would say was they didn't have servers. We asked about mgr. she went to speak with mgr When she came back we were told they gave our table away and when the other big party was gone they could seat us. Mgr never showed up. I will never go back and neither will the other 22 members of our family. Food is not that good to put up with a restaurant run by kids that could care less. Worst wild wing cafe I ever visited which is terrible due to the great location. I ordered food and was missing items I ordered as well as the pricing seemed a bit off compared to other locations. The staff was extremely light and did not acknowledge customers. You basically walk in go to the bar and have to engage with the bar tenders that's already having multiple strung in conversations. Came with my son on on a Tuesday night. Our waiter Alec was the least attentive waiter. We were seated at 6:50pm. We ended up leaving at 830pm. It took our waiter 15 mins to get our drinks. Another 20 to take our order. We received our good in 20 mins ( good timing). Another 15 before he checked on us. Lastly, about 20 more mins before we received our bill. Charged me immediately! No problem..until 1/2 way through our meal the lights were turned off and we couldn't even see our food. Not surprisingly, my son took a bite of his wing and immediately spit it out. This place is absolutely disgusting!!! Stopped last night for a drink around 10:30 p.m. Bar had a decent crowd and a guy was playing a guitar singing. Ordered drinks and was enjoying the music when a male employee begins pulling the bar floor mats, carries them through the crowded bar area and dumps them on a cart in front of the stage. The mats absolutely STUNK. There was liquid all over the floor and splattered on unfortunate patrons who were in the way; including us. I went to the bar and asked the female bartender to speak with the Manager. The female bartender copped a MAJOR attitude. She was both arrogant and dismissive. The Manager finally came out to our table and we explained what had happened. The mats were still sitting in front of the stage and the entire area stunk. The female Manager truly looked horrified and agreed the mats should not have been taken through an area full of patrons and be sitting on a cart in front of the stage. The female manager moved the cart by herself ... which was very heavy ... while the young inexperienced staff, including the arrogant female bartender (now with a smirk on her face), stood by doing nothing. If I could give less than a 1 star on this place I would. The wings we received today were over cooked and a poor excuse for food. Looked like the kitchen caught fire and they still tried to salvage the wings and gave to us. 50 dollars of wings that were basically thrown away. The service was good today but food awful. Don't go if the band is playing. They try to play like a concert. No one can even speak to each other. Misery. Band needs to tone it down. Not see how loud they can be. I called and spoke with a manager, who apologized and asked to give us a refund or to give them another shot and have a store credit. Well least to say I should have just taken the refund. The manager took my name and my number and said it would be in the book. To just call in and ask for a manger and give them my name and we would be taken care of. So we call in ask for the manager, give her my name, guess what not in the book. Yes it was the right place because when we called to complain I called the number on the receipt. So this manager said it's fine and asked what happened, she also apologized and said she would take care of us. We placed our order and my wife went to go pick it up. The managaer gave us $20 off comp. So with customer no service and unsatisfactory in the hole -$55. Guess my business wasn't worth keeping. Wont be going back! Well, the wings were ok! That's all I'll give. I've been eating at Wild Wing Cafe since there was only 1 location in Marietta, 25+ years ago. We got a 30 pc with 5 different flavors. Half had so little sauce on them they almost tasted plain. The other half were coated. Then the "cheese" fries, again something I have been ordering forever, was like a half order (x2 orders) and then they charged $2 extra for cheese on each order. We literally got the equivalent to 1 basket of fries with queso and shredded cheese for $12. Absolutely ridiculous charges for what they gave. To top it all off, they shorted us 2 wings. I now see why this location has only 2 1/2 *. Won't be going higher with this quality of products and extra charges. Service was good! This is our go to place for dinner. I have a favorite and I get the nuggets plain with a sauce on the side. This is the best way to order them. They always come out consistently crunchy and fried goodness. Then you can put as much sauce as you want. Service could be a little hit or miss, but we have never had bad food. We normally go at lunch and service is really great. I just love the Buffarella, a wing wrap with a lot of flavor. I intended to write this review weeks sooner, but other matters caused a delay. First time at Wild Wings in Dacula. Arrived early evening with a party of four. I ordered a dish consisting of ground beef, melted cheese, onions, chips, and perhaps one or two other ingredients, which I shared with another in our party. The others in our party ordered different items from the menu. A few hours later, the two of us that consumed the ground beef dish became violently ill . . . undoubtedly, food poisoning. The next day, one of us informed the manager of the incident, but he offhandedly dismissed the matter without so much as an apology. Amazingly, the manager seemed not to care about the incident. I was not seeking any form of compensation; I simply thought it appropriate to inform the restaurant of the incident, so that they could find out how this could have happened and take meaningful measures to correct the problem. Given the manager's uncaring attitude about the matter, I can only assume he took no corrective action. I therefore cannot, and will not, recommend this restaurant for any level of dining. My husband and I went into wild wing cafe for the first time last night with our 3 sons and had an amazing experience. Maddie was our waitress and is an absolute doll. It was so apparent that she loves her job and was so excited to help us figure out what was best to order. We went with a few wing platters and she did not point us in the wrong direction considering we practically licked them clean. The flavors were outstanding and the wings were cooked to perfection. Plus they have great ranch! Yes the wings did take awhile but it was a Saturday night and we ordered 60+ of them. To be quite honest Maddie did such a great job of keeping us entertained and in the loop with about how long everything would take that time seemed to fly right on by. I should have most definitely paid more attention to the reviews before I hit this spot. I had a 60 wing platter but the chicken was medium tasting at best. The main problem with that is due to the fact they don't use enough of the sauces that you order on the wings. I paid $60 for that order when I could have went to Sams and paid half and got about the same amount already seasoned but just frozen and just threw them in the oven. As I do want to try this place out again because I feel like they do have potential, I just don't want to get charged for extra sauce like what I'm supposed to have in the first place but get charged for it.
