I've been a long-time customer of this establishment, beginning when they were at their old location in Lawrenceville and continuing on to the newer location in Buford. They are one of my favorite places to get wings in the area, and my wife and I eat there an average of 3x month. Tonight we decided to order through Uber Eats, and we ordered multiple flavors. We called after ordering to ensure that the different flavors weren't put in the same container, but we were informed that not only had they already made them (It had been 2-3 minutes max since the order was placed), but we were told the flavors were actually mixed together. In no wing universe does selecting multiple flavors imply you want the flavors combined. It means you want them split, and in the years I have been eating at this establishment not once have I had to specify this. So the notion that I would have to be specific about this is absurd. That being said, I wouldn't have taken to this review were it not for how absolutely rude and unaccomodating the manager I talked to on the phone was. If he had been sympathetic and kind, even were he to not be able to remake the order, I would have just chalked it up to "Well, I know now for next time". But he was an absolute asshole. So that ends the business I'll be bringing here. read more

I visited this place on Friday, July 4th seeing it's right by the stadium before going to the game, hoping for a nice meal and drinks. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing due to a total lack of service. After being seated, in the back in a corner, we waited for over 13 minutes, but no one came to take our order or even offer water. I tried to get the attention of the staff several times, but no one was ever around. The place was not busy. One table was done and another table was up front. Eventually, we had to leave without being served. This was very frustrating and not what I expect from a restaurant. As we walked out there were 4 workers just sitting there, some on their phones. We told them we're leaving because we waited so long seeing they were so busy (NOT), the one who seated us just made a face a shrugged, the others just looked and said nothing. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers don't have a similar experience. read more

This place is so hit or miss. The cheesesteak and chili cheese fries were a miss. Fish and chips and fish sandwich were a hit. Haven't tried the wings but when a place serves a cheesesteak how I received it, it can be a bit daunting to want to try anything else. A friend of mine recommended this Restaurant for our get together. I had never been in and around the stadium, so it was a new experience for me. The restaurant was not very busy and we were seated rather quickly in a far corner to the back of the Restaurant. The waiter was a very sweet 18-year-old young man who apparently was not trained very well on everything the restaurant had to offer. When my friend asked what was the brand of the Chardonnay he did not know and he didn't offer to find out. I ordered the premium margarita. As we were waiting, we noticed that there were gnats, of various sizes, flying all over. The young man came back to the table to let us know that the tequila used in all of the menu margaritas was out of stock, when I ask him what other types of tequila they offered, he did not know. Again, he did not offer to find out so we had to ask him to find out. He came back to the table to let us know the three or four tequilas they had and I chose one. He brought the drinks to the table and immediately the gnats started dive bombing the glasses. They were so bad that my friend suggested we ask for a different table thinking maybe that was the problem. The young man was nowhere in sight so I stood up to find him and found the three or four servers sitting at a table on their phones, having a conversation And I stood there for 15 seconds until one of them saw me standing there, and I pointed to our waiter and he came back to the table. He was very kind and moved us to a different table. However, that didn't fix the gnat problem. They continued through the entire meal to land on our food, our face, our hands, the table, the seats, etc.. My friend ordered the fish and chips and requested the chicken be blackened. I ordered the Smashburger and asked for ketchup, mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato onion fries come with the meal and we ordered a serving of onion rings. The fish was not very blackened and the burger had lettuce, tomato and onion, but no condiments. I'm assuming they didn't put any on because they're available at the table to put on yourself. Burger was, OK. The fries were hot, but the onion rings although they looked delicious, were rather bland and tasteless. I'm assuming at some point, my waiter had ended his shift because a young lady began asking us if we needed anything. She was very kind and we ordered another round of drinks. My first margarita came in a top then Glass when she brought the margarita out it was in a margarita glass And the second one was much better than the first, so I assume it was made from a different person at the bar. During the meal, the waiters were playing around and hanging out at the food window, I know this is not a high-end restaurant and I guess I shouldn't assume that it would be any different. All in all, I probably won't go back. I would highly recommend this restaurant looked into their bar area as I believe that's where the gnats are coming from ...and I am guessing that if they looked at their bottles of liquor, they might find them floating around in them ....just a guess read more

This was the worst service I've ever seen and the manager needs to be let go. Our server was so intoxicated she forgot our order three times. The manager could clearly tell and did nothing. Ordered on Uber Eats as I heard this place was good. The delivery part was great. That's where it ended. First the order was missing the salad I paid $8 for. We got 40 wings and fries. Came here on a satuday. Was not busy at all. Host spoke at a volume of 2 after he walked away twice ignoring me. Once we were seated we didn't get greeted or even have our drink order taken. Come here all the time because of the convenience factor as I have multiple friends who live at the Fieldhouse apartments attached to Three Dollar. However, each time I have been here it gets worse and worse. The servers take forever to even greet the table once you're seated (literally set a timer yesterday and it took 13 mins for us to even be recognized, not fun with a hungry toddler). Normally I would understand waiting a little bit longer on a Sunday, but there was 1 other table seated and maybe 4 guests at the bar. It's also not good when you have to wait for your server to check on you, then get the food and it taste horrible. Bottomless mimosas were great, but food came out cold. So long story short, the wait staff needs to be more attentive if there are only 2 tables occupied in the whole restaurant, ESPECIALLY when they charge what they do! read more

The food is great when it comes out on time and the order is right. Bar experience is not so great. Bartenders are not professional at all they drink and just forget about the customers at the bar. I have never seen a bar with so many bad attitudes to work it ever in life. The manager has no business even managing the place he let all of the bartenders walk all over him and when you complain that's just a no go he sides with them. I think starting from management on down to some of the staff needs to be changed. I honestly think it will bring more customers when customers service gets better. Until then business will continue to not be great bc of the bad customer service and management. I will not be spending a dime in this place until it's new staffing. read more
