They are one of my favorite places to get wings in the area, and my wife and I eat there an average of 3x month. Tonight we decided to order through Uber Eats, and we ordered multiple flavors. We called after ordering to ensure that the different flavors weren't put in the same container, but we were informed that not only had they already made them (It had been 2-3 minutes max since the order was placed), but we were told the flavors were actually mixed together. In no wing universe does selecting multiple flavors imply you want the flavors combined. It means you want them split, and in the years I have been eating at this establishment not once have I had to specify this. So the notion that I would have to be specific about this is absurd. That being said, I wouldn't have taken to this review were it not for how absolutely rude and unaccomodating the manager I talked to on the phone was. If he had been sympathetic and kind, even were he to not be able to remake the order, I would have just chalked it up to "Well, I know now for next time". But he was an absolute asshole.
