Best-smelling. Post office. Ever. In addition to being a postal station, this place also sells home-spun snacks; like yogurt pretzels, trail mix, jerky and other yummy stuff. It's not a gimmick, as it's an effective and friendly post office as well. It's nice to walk up to a clerk and have them help you or give you feedback BEFORE they punch up the order or finalize the price. If you're unsure of what class to send your item (or which method is cheaper), they'll know. Really makes a difference, since most post offices seem to expect that customers are thoroughly versed in the Rules of Mailing Stuff. read more

After researching it, I went to mail cremated remains, in the proper USPS packaging to an international destination. A rude woman told me that Icould not do that. She had pre spoken to a "postmaster" that told her so. I explained that I did my research but she again told me about some conversation with some postmaster. No offer to look into further. Went to a real Post Office where while it was not common, they found out how to do it. They don't use USPS QR codes. Apparently they aren't allowed. Odd, but ok. But they also apparently don't have a printer to print a label, or just won't print. Useless. read more

This is, by far, the cutest, most efficient, and the most friendly post office I have frequented in Denver. The gift shop and sundry snacks are varied/cute/unique. The staff are all polite and very knowledgeable. And I just have to put in a special shout out for Thorn. She is friendly from afar as I drop off my myriad Poshmark packages several times a week, and even went above and beyond to find out from her mom where I could purchase a specific t-shirt she was wearing. She never forgot, asked her mom, and handed me a print out her mom provided. This special touch provided SO much joy for my MIL. Exceeding expectations. That's what it's all about, and they certainly do that here at the Harvest post office. I do have one little thing to drop in the suggestion box, and that would be a night drop. So once again decided to give them a chance due to convenient location. Mailed my son a musical card with gift inside from this location. Came to find out he did not receive it in time for his birthday as his post office was holding it back for inadequate postage. I called Wild Harvest to let them know I was upset, as before no apology or responsiblity. I am not asking for much but take accountability for a mistake and own it. I use this place a lot since it is close by but not anymore. I needed a small piece of tape to secure my package and the lady said that they're not allowed to give out tape anymore. This seems cheap and like poor customer service to me! I'll go somewhere else from now on. read more

I've never felt particularly welcome here but I come frequently because it's close. Today I drop off over 80 graduation announcements that I handed to the girl in a plastic grocery bag. She said to "hold on" she'd give the bag back to me. I said that "I don't need the bag, go ahead and throw it away". She said "we don't keep plastic bags, you must take this away". I said "you're kidding, right? You will throw this away?". She said "No, I will not throw it away". I grabbed the bag back and walked away mumbling out loud that this place is nuts! How can you not throw out a plastic bag, especially when then client just gave you 80+ pieces of mail. I will never bring my business there ever again. Neither will any of my family and I will tell all my friend's about the sassy attitude from an employee. read more

I cannot express how much I am indebted to the staff at this post office. They have been so great with me and my business and have always looked out for the best options available and cost effective. We bring in between 30 to 150 pieces of mail daily and are always welcome. It is impressive how quickly and hard their staff works, even during the holidays. The female manager there has been more than helpful when times have been stressful. Not once have I received any "attitude"as described in another review. They are fast, they are flexible, they are dependable. We will always look forward to doing business here. read more

If you have ever shipped more then a half dozen international packages at once using the US Post office and dealt with that dilemma then you will luv this place. friendly staff, knowledgeable and quick. My business ships hundreds of packages a month with them. including numerous to international destinations and in the 7 years I've shipped with Wild Harvest I've always felt like my business was appreciated. This place is convenient and I was appreciative that they let me borrow a piece of tape to attach the label to my box, but unfortunately the customer service went downhill from there. I made a purchase with my credit card that appeared to go through but the worker told me that I needed to scan my card maybe three more times which I kept doing and it started then declining so she then asked me to use another form of payment so I used my debit card to complete the transaction again. It seemed a bit fishy so I called my credit card company immediately while I was still standing in the store and they said the initial charge had in fact gone through. So I got back in line to wait for the same worker and told her that she had charged me twice and I was then informed that I would have to wait until I got both my debit card and credit card statements, would have to come back into the store to then give to the manager in order to get refunded what I was charged twice for only a mere two min prior. I have 6 month old twins and minimal time to run errands. Not even an apology for their mistake. She said "I told you it might have messed up." What a pain! read more

The staff at this location have always been wonderful and friendly. When I have come in with large shipments for my fiancés business they have never hesitated to help and they always manage to get me in and out in record time!!!! I come here because it is convenient sometimes. There is the manager there that is so rude! One time I went in there and she was eating. I stood there for probably 5 minutes! Finally I looked back where she was eating, I know she saw me as she looked right at me while she just kept eating. After a bit I couldn't take it and told her to please help me. When she finally did help me she was annoyed with me. I didn't go back for years! I started going back recently for the USPS boxes. I was hoping that manager was not there. Well she is there :( So when I go in I try to dodge her and go to someone else. But of course I get her today. I brought in a package that I had taped 99% of it. I asked her to please tape the last part. She said I had to BUY the tape they had for sale! I could not believe it. The other girl working had just a couple days ago taped a box for me! But she was trying to make me buy tape! It was a big package I had to haul in too. I told her thanks for all her help and left! There is another UPS store at the Safeway off of 64th where they are so great and nice!! I don't understand whey she works there with people? it doesn't seem like she likes her job?! I suggest to everyone to go there! Wild Harvest will ruin your day if you come across the Manager! read more
