I had came here with a group of 7 people. When we first arrived we were greeted. We didn't have to wait for a long time due to them just having to get the table set up for us. The restaurant wasn't too busy. I feel we missed the rush of the restaurant due to it being close to 1pm on a Saturday when we got there. The ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful. It was very clean and well organized. The server we had was very friendly. She made recommendations on which food she liked. I had got the stuffed French toast and a side of turkey sausages which was really good. I also ordered a mimosa which was really good. I didn't have any complaints about my food or drink and I was stuffed after I had finished it. I will say there is street parking but if you come any day besides a Sunday you will have to pay for it. If you are looking for a good breakfast/ brunch spot and you are downtown then definitely check this place out. You will not be disappointed. read more

The downtown location needs serious help. Lots of tables that needed bussed. Lots of empty tables and there was still a 15 minute wait. The food was subpar. The women's bathroom was filthy and needed a good cleaning! Definitely "Wild"! The Greenwood location is totally opposite. So I will stick with that location from now on! read more

We had a wait to be seated with several open tables. Our sausage came out undercooked. The mimosa was just okay. Pancakes and French toast were very good. Unfortunately my friend ended up getting sick after eating the chicken and waffles. read more

My husband and I came in on Monday morning and it was not busy at all, we were able to get a table right away. Our server was very attentive, and did a good job. Unfortunately my husband ordered a coffee and it was cold. The vibe in the whole restaurant was like weird. The food came out and was actually pretty good . Don't think I would go back. Wasn't anything special. Oh and there was a hair on my husbands plate. Absolutely disgusting. read more

Great breakfast spot near Mass Ave! The restaurant was pretty empty at 8 am on a Sunday, but I expect it gets busy on the weekends during peak hours! The service was great. The food came out quick and hot! Solid diner breakfast food options. The waffle on the breakfast sandwich special did not have great texture or flavor, but the bacon jam was tasty. The portions are generous! read more

First time trying here and I love it!! I shared the grand Platter which comes with a lot of food so I recommend ordering this is you want to share. The pancake was good, turkey sausage, and the eggs were good. Flavor food and quality. The service was exceptional !!!!! Vanessa was amazing and really made the experience good. She was very accommodating and paying and knew the menu and good options to choose. Very good server! Ask for her for your server. The ambiance was very cute with nice decor. Very modern with a nice bar. They have alcoholic drinks as well for brunch. It's very spacious inside and clean!! Highly suggest here! read more

The food here is pretty good with big portions and lots of options, however, the service was absolutely terrible. We had a reservation, but it's still took them 40 minutes to seat us. It's a casual diner ambiance which is great for catching up with friends. Also, at the end, they charge for two extra juices that our group didn't order which was a little frustrating in addition to not telling us when they were up charging items. read more

This a good rendition of this chain restaurant. It was pretty busy on a Saturday morning, but I was by myself so I grabbed a table at the "bar" (not really a bar, just a counter where you can sit and eat). The portions are huge and the food very tasty. They also have mimosas. read more

Rating: 2.5 Stars My friend and I stopped by here for brunch on a Sunday early afternoon. There were a lot of spots available so we were able to be seated very quickly. The host at the front was very friendly. Service itself was a bit slow, it was a bit difficult to get our waitress since the restaurant was in an L shape and our waitress was hanging out on the other side of the L from where we were sitting. I ordered an ORANGE JUICE and SURFER GIRL OMELETTE. The orange juice was definitely hand squeezed as it had the aftertaste you get when you cut veggies like onions and don't properly wash the knife before cutting the fruit. Additionally, it was also very tart. The surfer girl omelette itself was ok, a bit bland and lacking in ingredients inside the omelette as it was heavy on the eggs. I did enjoy the skillet potatoes though. The toast that came with the omelette was tasty and they also had really nice butter to spread on it. My friend ordered the CHILAQUILES which were just not good and not what he was expecting when he ordered chilaquiles. Additionally, later in the day my friend and I both ended up getting bad stomach pains from the food unfortunately. All in all, not the best brunch experience but the options in the area seem low. read more

Enjoyed our breakfast in Indy - randomly picked this place near our hotel after dropping our kid off at college - I was crying in my food but it was tasty - ordered one pancake one egg over medium and one piece of bacon - not on the menu but they had no issue making my special order - husband had corned beef hash Benedict - which he said was exactly as expected, slightly salty, definitely tasty, would eat again - we will be back when we visit our son in Indy oh also knew how to make an espresso! read more

Amazing food service and a great place for kids. The kids menu has plenty of options and is affordable. The restaurant is also casual enough for kids, but not too loud to hear each other speak. read more

It was my first time having brunch here and I had a good experience. As soon as I entered I thought it looked cute inside... the colors of the wall, chairs etc. and there is a wall with a bunch of colorful eggs. We were greeted with a smile and got a table immediately. I heard they have good mimosas but I just got a coffee this time. I went with Eggs Benedict- the food didn't take long. It had about 4 slices of ham and everything was perfect. My side, French toast was just ok. Our server was friendly and her service was not rushed, but not slow either. Just right. read more

Wild Eggs - Eggs Bennie - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Indianapolis, Indiana

The Blueberry Mint drink was saccharine. The orange juice tasted like it was squeezed from piss. The fruits look old and were soured. The server delivered the ketchup and Cholula after we were already finished eating our tiny portions (see photo for scale). The chilaquiles skillet pictured was over $15. I lived in Arizona for several years and had chilaquiles for $12 that was double this size, and that's not even including a discussion about the quality of food. Thoroughly disappointing. Anyone who thinks this place is amazing is either ignorant or too easily pleased (aka college kids who yet haven't developed a sense of taste). Stopped in, was seated right away but not one server came over to say they would be with us in a moment. My recommendation, skip Wild Eggs and stop by Garden Table! read more

First time in...I've always wanted to try. Promised my better half a birthday brunch so we decided to come here. Right off the bat, no acknowledgment waiting at the hostess area. Two people just walked by and didn't even say anything not even a someone will be with you or do you have a reservation. I get it's a busy environment but it only takes less than a min to smile and acknowledge patrons. The young gal had a very cold vibe anyway so probably glad she didn't say anything. The patrons behind me even said the same thing. A young man finally came over after 7 min of waiting and acknowledged us. Waited another 5-7 min for our table to be ready and yes we had a reservation. When we got seated our waitress was a young lady named Brooklyn, my apologies if wrong spelling. Very nice young lady and obviously busy. We ordered a pomegranate mimosa and regular coffee. Both decent but nothing exceptionally great. We waited another 7-10 to order, went with half order biscuits gravy, potato casserole dish, and blueberry crepes. Food was good just wished the potato and biscuits dish were hot not cold. You can tell it had sat for a few. Had it been hot, plated, and sent out immediately it would have been extremely delicious. We did have to ask for silverware. I still left a 22% tip because I know nowadays workers don't get paid much and rely on tips. Honestly it was ok. We probably wouldn't go back only because it's not like we have to have it again. Hopefully others have a better experience. I gave it a three based on the crepes and the waitress. Would have given a five had our food been hot. read more

We had a great breakfast here. Fantastic location in the heart of downtown. Staff were friendly and the food was fabulous. Decor was standard. Wild Eggs is a staple breakfast food place. I live super close and always find it to be a good place to meet friends. Today I got the breakfast burrito. Some friends and I decided to stop in here after church and were pleasantly surprised!! We sat down, ordered drinks and then after some deciding we ordered. Their menu is serious so it definitely took some time! As we waited some time for our food we noticed how cute the restaurant decor is and how much it matches the restaurant theme. Eggs and chicken theme stuff everywhere. After waiting a bit our friendly waitress brought our food out! Man oh man.. everything both looked amazing and tasted incredible. I ordered the country fried steak and it had an amazing bacon gravy on it. At first I was worried about a bacon gravy but the first bite alleviated that worry. The stuffed French toast was the other clear winner at the breakfast table. We will definitely be back here and would recommend it to other! read more

I ordered chicken and waffles. The waffles were extremely dry so I had to add a lot of syrup. The chicken was very well seasoned. Decided to stop by for brunch with a friend. Wild Eggs offers and extensive menu full of delicious sounding options. They also offer margaritas mimosas and a decent selection of espresso drinks. I decided to get the breakfast burrito and a side of the stuffed French toast. The breakfast burrito comes with home fries and black beans. The home fries were great super crispy. Unfortunately everything else was a disappointment. The burrito lacked any flavor. I was really surprised too because it's filled with chorizo. The black beans were bland. The stuffed french toast had a lot of potential but I feel they should've sweetened the filling. It missed the mark for me. Both dishes were presented beautifully and service was great. Our server was so attentive. I want to go back and give something else a try as the menu is rather large read more

My boyfriend and I love breakfast, and this place makes yummy breakfast. We usually have great experiences here, the hosts are always friendly and tell you an accurate wait time, but we had a very weird server.. she came and greeted us asked us for our drink orders and never came back. Another server had to come and pick up our table he was a very amazing server which I won't deny but it still was very weird. We thought the first server at first had to leave work because of an emergency but then we see her serving another table right next to us. We have had times that servers misjudge us that we won't tip them well so they don't serve us well because we are a very young couple, but that's the worst thing I have ever seen a server do before... oh well she missed out on a 25 dollar tip on a 40 dollar meal. Otherwise this place is great and I love the vibe here. read more

I know our server was new and I don't think the issues were her fault. There were 4 of us. Everyone orders came out right but mine. I for fried eggs over med in my eggs Benedict and a side of fruit that was an up charge. I saw her type it in. My eggs can out poached and super runny. And no fruit. I was going to try eating it but runny whites are just too much. Server took it back and by the time it came back out the other three were done eating. It was right this time. Eggs over med and fruit. She ended up getting it taken off the bill which I didn't asked for but appreciated. Food was good. And our server was good. Kitchen was slammed and mistakes happen. Inside decor was kinda bland. read more

The place wasn't bad and it wasn't good. Seemed like this place really wanted to be an elevated "diner" experience with dishes like shakshuka and chilaquiles and fresh squeezed orange juice, but absolutely missed the mark. All off the food was heavily salted, especially the cheese grits, which could only be eaten with the fried egg that it came with. The service was good and the staff was very polite. The parking was a bit difficult because everything for a 3 block radius was metered on a Saturday with the rates per hour differing depending on the street. The interior was large and had a lots of space for groups. The coffee was good and bottomless! If I lived nearby and was extremely hungover, I would probably go to this place much more. read more

Really good brunch! Generous portions, fresh ingredients and fun cocktails! I had the "kalamity" eggs Benedict, with jalapeño corn muffin instead of English, hollandaise sauce, chorizo, pico, tomato. I don't love hash Browns so I asked to sub sliced tomatoes...this threw them off BUT I ended up getting a side of roasted tomatoes and spinach instead, and I was very pleased. I didn't take pics of the drinks but I had a Bloody Mary Verde, and it was delicious! Topped with a skewer of olives and spicy pickles..perfection. 10/10 recommend for brunch/lunch. read more

We chose this restaurant based on a recommendation from a tourist blog and proximity to our hotel. We came for breakfast on a Monday morning. The restaurant didn't seem super busy but there was no dedicated host/hostess and the wait staff seemed unsure who should be helping with pickup orders, seating, and helping leaving customers settle their checks. When we were seated, the waitress was kind and quick to take our order, but the food was a bit slow to come out even though we had ordered something that was likely mostly pre-made (the potatohead casserole). The food was good, but not something I would seek out again in the future. The music was off-putting and too loud as well. When it came time to leave, again it was unclear if we should settle at our table or at the front desk, so we awkwardly waited at our table for the waitress to come back since there was a crowd at front waiting to be seated. Again, she was very nice I just don't think there's a very clear routine established. Afterward we walked to another establishment down Mass Ave and I was disappointed we had already eaten because I think it would have better suited our tastes. I think the demographic who might most enjoy this place would be those in midlife and older based on the menu and almost retro decor, though the management may want to consider changing the music for that as well. read more

Great quality food every time I come here. It's always fresh, always warm, I have been coming to this location for 4 years now. Great customer service & never waiting too long. The host is usually the same person and he is always too nice, way too polite! The setting is very clean and great music choices in the background. To top it all off, the drinks are exquisite! Overall 5 out of 5 for never having a single complaint here at the downtown location. read more

My wife and I have been to Wild Eggs twice now. Once was about six months ago, and the other time was today. And both occasions we had one of the best breakfast experiences we can both remember. In the two occasions we've eaten here we have had the breakfast lasagna, breakfast burrito, the big breakfast platter, a breakfast special, and a cinnamon roll. All of which have been incredible beyond what we predicted. My wife also loves the music and chill environment. The service has great staff. They are kind and ready to make suggestions! I particularly like all the egg decor and breakfast photos throughout the restaurant. And when you order coffee, you get an entire personal pot! We live over an hour away from this place.
