What can I say. This is a typical Wienerschnitzel. Just like that other guy said. I do think that compared to some of the locations closer to where I live, this one is subpar. While the chili cheese dog was about the same, the chili cheese burger tasted off. I didn't even eat the whole thing, because it just was weird. I couldn't put my finger on what was wrong, but maybe it was "old". When you really consider the price, it is a much better deal to go across the street to Costco and get yourself a 100% beef dog and a drink for $1.50. The hotdogs were hot, the chili awesome, and the cheese was plentiful on all the items we ordered. The fries were very good too. Upon entering we were greeted by Issa he has great customer service, very patient with us because we were overwhelmed with the menu board and coupons plus combos the employees are welcoming and professional. Also when you dine in you usually wash your hands before eating and I was pleased with the bathroom it was clean and neat besides the dining area was also clean, floors and tables. I am writing this review for one employee in particular. If you are lucky enough to drive through while he is working at the window, not only will you be greeted by "Welcome to Wienerschnitzel, may I take your order?" but he will follow through with taking your order, repeating it, giving you the total and handing you your food with the utmost politeness! This guy is so pleasant everytime we come here, we're always glad when we here his voice on the intercom. If the manager of this store is reading this, we were there between 1:00 and 1:30 on Monday, March 28, 2011, so please give this employee the credit he deserves! We ordered the 5 for 5 special, with chili dogs and chili burgers, which were hot and delicious. The fries were even pretty warm by the time we got home.
