I haven't had a good crab cake in a long time so this was a great surprise. Super flavorful and fresh and not overshadowed by the rest of the items on the sandwich. The brussel sprouts. Incredible. Mapley and toasted perfectly I was such a fan Staff was not super friendly and felt rushed even though it was empty.

Mac and cheese (v) with option to add crab or crab dip

Food was well plated. Service was attentive. Ambiance was eclectic and friendly. I would go again, the cost was realistic, portion sizing was accommodating and quality overall was better than most.

BRUSSELS

I had a huge lunch, so I was only going to order a "small" side... but they kept telling me they were "small", so I ordered 2! These were not "small" and unfortunately for my waistband they were both delicious... Brussels (tangy salty sweet) and crab mac (Briney, creamy, cheesy) and I felt worse than after lunch... but the bloat was worth it. Ambiance is garden tavern, service was friendly at the bar, and prices were aligned with portion and quality. This joint makes the list!

I have always had this restaurant on my Yelp list so a good gf decided to bring me here for a birthday treat. I love a good treat and the ability to try out a new restaurant. The atmosphere is quite nice and cozy. We were immediately greeted up arrival and seated near the window in the front . I ordered the Caesar salad with added tomato and onion, alcoholic specialty drink (forgot the name), wings and Brussels sprouts. Our service was great as we were checked on frequently. The love the Baltimore signage as it represents our city so well. I toured the upstairs and located an upstairs, outdoor seating and the bar area which is great for private parties. Street parking~so definitely grab the first park you see. I will definitely return again.

"Medium" steak.

I am a professional chef and I can say hands down that this place is entirely overrated. Here is a picture of a $45 steak we ordered cooked "medium". In fact, in came out blue rare...cold in the center with blood bleeding into the sauce. After our food was delivered, the server did not return for 20 minutes, by which time it was too late to send anything back. Her explanation "the kitchen was really backed up" somehow excuses the situation?

this is my second time here and i think i might like it more as a lunch place than brunch. i did the restaurant week option where i did the fruit tart and the eggs in purgatory. the presentation of everything was great but didnt come out as i expected from the menu

Went back to Wicked Sisters after many years! Still a fun place. Met some friends for happy hour and sat at the bar. Our bartender was great! The happy hour specials are pretty good. I enjoyed everything I had. My only real complaint was that it's not well insulated and I had to keep my coat on! I need to return for brunch!

ordered crab mac and cheese, got mac without crab. they were nice i guess, it would have been better if they had a pictures so people knew what they were getting into

My husband and I drove out to Wicked Sisters specifically to try their Smith Island Cake because I'd been looking for it at different places with no luck. This place not only had it, but offered different flavors, which was a nice surprise. We came pretty late in the evening when it was pretty empty, and we were seated right away. Our server was great, and dessert came out quickly. The cake itself was good. That said, the location isn't ideal and there's no designated parking lot/area. Also, while our server was great, some of the other staff weren't as professional. Since it was slow, I get that they wanted to chat, but some personal conversations were definitely loud enough to hear and honestly, felt a bit inappropriate for a work setting.

Nooo... I'm so sad. This was a place I could always rely on. Today it all changed. My wife and I wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary so we naturally chose Wicked Sisters. I don't know what happened. Our server was awesome and that's pretty much where the glowing review stops. Our food and drinks were so disappointing. My wife got the insanity burger cooked medium. It came out pretty much rare and everything the burger and fries were extremely salty. Needless to say she didn't eat any of her fries and somehow ate 1/2 of the burger. I ordered the meatballs and a side of roasted veggies. The roasted veggies were ok a little mushy more than roasted. The meatballs was temperature wise warm and the sauce tasted like it was Ragu. I literally can make better meatballs. The side of bread was impossible to eat. It was beyond hard like a brick. I didn't want to break my teeth. My guava lemonade was also not drinkable. Way too sour. Our sweet server was so nice and I only asked for the drink to be removed. I should have said something about our food but I didn't. We have decided to take a break from this place after our disappointing meal. Obviously something is off with the cooks. We even overheard a couple mention that the Brussels sprouts are not the same anymore and went downhill. Now my stomach hurts and I'm not sure if it's from the food or all the wanted I drank from only eating some of the food. Anyone want leftovers?

Saffron Sunset ($16) & Hugo Spritz ($14)
Mitasha P.

Right when we entered, we were greeted by the hostess and she sat us down. Our server, Baxter, was great and friendly. I really enjoyed the Saffron Sunset cocktail ($16). The saffron flavor was unique and really pulled through with a slight sweetness from the honey and tartness from the passion fruit. Hugo Spritz ($14) was refreshing as well. I came during restaurant week where two brunch items were $25, I really enjoyed the Deviled Egg Trio. each egg had a different topping. There was curry seasoning, smoked salmon with capers and lump crab with old bay. All three tasted great my favorite was the lump crab deviled egg. The Summer Berry Tart was also very delicious. It was a puff pastry with fresh berries, mascarpone cream and drizzled with honey. It was a perfect balance between rich, tart and sweet - although they could've added more berries. The ambience of Wicked Sisters is very casual and was really giving brunch vibes. They have an outdoor patio and two floors of indoor seating. My only complaint was the bathroom was not very clean on both the first and second floor.

Allison B.

Heads up this place is not in the greatest area, street parking only, but the inside of the place is very modern. Not only was the inside very clean but it had cute quotes around the different spaces. The service was great with our large group of people and all of our dishes came out at the same time. The food was had large portions and was delicious. Every single dish was absolutely delicious and had different flavors.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, the service was a major letdown. Upon arrival, it took forever for the bartender to greet us or even bring water. Eventually, I had to go track her down just to place our order. To make things worse, I didn't even receive all of the food I ordered. The bartender never checked in on me during the entire meal--not once. No follow-up to see if everything was okay or if I needed anything else. I had to ask someone else to get her attention just so I could pay and leave. I understand things were busy on a Friday night but you walked back and forth past me and even checked on the couple beside me. The wings were pretty good , and I did enjoy the Hugo Spritz. I would have liked to try the other food I ordered but never received. The atmosphere was lively, which is about the only positive. But overall, the poor service completely overshadowed the experience. I won't be coming back.

I will say that the service was pleasant. My server was very kind, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Of all the things we ordered, including a pizza, burrata salad, meatball appetizer, s'mores Panna cotta, pasta, and a side of broccoli.... I'd say the best thing was the broccoli. And it was mid. Oddly enough, it was pretty quiet, but they do have the games on for anyone looking for a low-key spot to watch. We were seated within 5 minutes, which I appreciated. Our server, Patrick, was... okay. Not terrible, but definitely felt new to serving. We didn't get the rundown of the daily specials (yet overheard them being given to the booth behind us), and a few small service details slipped through--but I'm giving him grace based on his newness. One thing I noticed from Yelp reviews is that bread is usually served automatically. We had to request it, especially after seeing tables seated after us get theirs first. Not a dealbreaker, but noticeable. We ordered several appetizers, and honestly, they were filling enough to be a full meal: * Ribs - Flavorful, tender, and genuinely falling off the bone. The portion sizes were a bit inconsistent--some pieces were cut shorter than others--but the texture was on point. I'd definitely return for these. * Brussels Sprouts - Patrick didn't mention they were shareable, which would've been helpful. I did like the flavor, but in hindsight I'm glad we pivoted to... * Crab Dip - This one missed for me. The flavor leaned more tuna-ish than crab-forward. Not my preference, but you may feel differently. * Shrimp in Spicy Butter - Definitely spicy, but somehow still flavorless. More like spicy water than a seasoned butter sauce. The one bonus? They were served piping hot--exactly how I like my food. * French Fries - Hand-cut and tasty. A solid win. Unfortunately, everything except the shrimp came out lukewarm, which took away from dishes that could've been great. Temperature matters! On the drink side, though? Hits all around. The fresh-pressed beet juice was fantastic, and the sweet tea was also on point. We skipped dessert only because we were full, but I'm already planning to come back specifically to try it--along with the ribs and fries again. Overall, I'm hoping this was just an off day. Elliott's Kitchen has potential, and I'd like to see it shine on the next visit
