She Informed me I have to go to the corporate store in Lansing or dial 311. The person that accepted the phone 3weeks ago shouldn't have. She doesn't understand the issue if they don't accept return phones. I informed you right you wouldn't. I don't understand how you get to talk to customers any way and keep your job. I been with tmobile for 14 years,but as of today I'm changing companies. Customer service with this company is ALWAYS THE WORSE. Needless to say, I damaged a upper right hand corner. It was usable, but I didn't like the look of it. Went to the Apple store and they recommended I go to 'Always Cellular' to get a screen saver for my iPad. The guy there was super nice and suggested I just replace it with another glass top. Long story short, he thought I had a iPad 2; gave me a price; only to find out that it was an iPad 3. Turned out to be twice the price with twice the time to get it done. Two days went into 9 days. I was a little nervous about giving up my new (slightly damaged) $600.00 iPad, but did so. Nine days later, i had it back looking (almost) good as new. I was happy. All in all, I was satisfied with the outcome. Would I go there again? Probably, but I think they should have honored the original price given.

His snarky attitude with customers is unacceptable. Also for him to tell me to come back tomorrow because it was 6:30 and they close at 8:00 is crazy. While he's standing at the front door telling people to check in on the app instead of helping the ladies is not cool. Then to YELL from the front door to the back of the store for one of the women to DO some work is crazy! Yet he's the first one walking out the door with his wingstop is crazy.
