Stay away from this business......My husband purchased product from this business that was still there at the time of looting therefore was stolen. So when my husband went to pick up the product the business was closed and my husband reached out to DONNA via text/phone. She told him that when the insurance company takes care of them she'll take care of him. So on Sept. 10, 2020 @ 8:25 AM she texted my husband to come pick up the product.......My husband arrived @ 1:14pm and Donna had another young lady come out and hand my husband the product while she " DONNA" stood in the doorway. when my husband looked at the product it wasn't the correct product. When my husband tried to confront Donna about the product she shut the door and locked it , ignoring his knocks at the door and never answering his calls or texts. Then calls the police saying that my husband was trespassing, harassing her, banging on the door and asking for his money back. All LIES After that she blocked his texts the proof is in the photos I attached. At the beginning of their text conversation the conversation is blue then to GREEN ,letting you know DONNA either blocked him or turned her messenger off ignoring him !!!! The owner of this place, Donna is very rude and makes up prices depending on how she feels. I was quoted one price for service to bring my car in and when I got there she almost tripled it! I will never recommend this place to anyone unless they don't mind getting ripped off! I was told that they price match but she would not match a competitors price. You would be better served by avoiding this place and going somewhere else. read more

Very long wait. Put in radio, but unhooked all my cigarettes lighters. I have three upfront in my van. They are closed today, but I'm going back in the morning. I couldn't get my trunk opened, so they couldn't put in my back up camera, but to unhook all my cigarettes lighters, so I can't change my phone is negligent an unprofessional. Terrible work originally price that was told was 265 get a phone call saying total amount I owe is 370 and then get here nothing was tuned properly,I have 2 12 jl w7s and they made something that sounds great sound like shit, plus they messed up a 1100 direct fit tv radio for my vw all in all don't come here unless you want garbage work period!!! read more

I can't wait to take the old lady who smokes cigarettes in the store with the missing teeth to court!! I went in here to troubleshoot my viper alarm system and spent over 250 bucks doing so! I literally came here 4 times in one week because my remote start/key will not work! First I replaced my remote battery and had to get reprogrammed which cost me 35 bucks. She claimed she saved me 50 bucks for that. (BS). after the next day it stopped working. I came back the second time, she later said my module was bad because it wasn't responding to the key my which cost me an additional 131.13 to replace a brand new module. The next day the system stopped working once again. When I came back the third time she said I need a brand new key because my old one was busted. And yes I would slightly agree to that so I went ahead and replaced the remote key itself which was 90.08. So after a day went by the system stopped working again!!! Jesus Christ! So the fourth time I went there she suggested that I replace the entire viper system with some BS system called AVITAL alarm. At this point I just won't a refund because what I purchased is not working! This missing tooth scumbagg lady had the AUDACITY TO TELL ME TO GET OUT OF HER STORE BECAUSE I ASKED FOR A REFUND!?!???? Woooowwww!!!! I instantly called Lansing Police Department because I be damn if your going to rob me without a gun!! Now I have to take matters to civil court!! Just totally a overall horrible experience! PLEASE I REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT SPEND A DIME AT THIS PLACE!!! They need to be shut down ASAP!!! That woman that owns the place named Donna gave my friend his car back with a FLAT TIRE! She wouldnt even come out to talk to them! She sent one of her workers out to tell them that IT WASNT HER PROBLEM! DO. NOT. GO. HERE. This woman shows off the work that costs thousands of dollars but if you go in there for something smaller they treat your stuff like shit. They boost the Ohms on your stuff as well so your speakers blow and you have to come back and pay them to fix it. These people will scam every last dime out of you. read more
