Had appointment lined-up through Tim a week in advance for a remote starter purchase and installation as a surprise Christmas gift for my fiance. Was told to drop off the car at 9:30am Saturday. Because of the nature of it being a surprise and my fiance arriving home somewhat late from work, i was 12 minutes late dropping the car off. All seemed well though. Was told they tried to call to see if i was still coming only to find they had incorrectly recorded my phone number - which we subsequently corrected. Arranged to be picked up and taken to a family members house (who put their own plans aside to do me this favor) while i waited for the vehicle to be worked on. Was told - both by Tim and the fella at the desk - "will be ready in a couple hours". So, 3 and a half hours later, with no call or update, i assumed "maybe they're just a bit behind, I'll give it another half hour, then I'll call". At the 4 hour mark i decide to call, thinking "maybe they got my number mixed up again or something?" Got an answering machine (which was full - by the way), so i waited... At the 5 hour mark (now 3:40) I'm really beginning to worry about how I'm gonna get this car back to the person who needs it for work in the next hour and a half. When i called at twenty to 4pm, i finally got an answer. It was Tim, who quickly informed me that "it'll be ready by the end of the day (7pm), that they only had 1 installer working and they'd be getting to my vehicle just as soon as they finished the first." To which i replied "you mean it's been 5 hours, I'm holding up my family member who's waiting to take me back up there, i need to have the vehicle back by 5:30, I've gotten no call, NO NOTHING letting me know the situation, and you're telling me you guys HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED on it yet?" He acknowledged that, yes, this was correct "but, they're gonna get to it next..." Where upon i told him "no. Don't you even touch that vehicle. I'm on my way to get it." In fairness - Tim did apologize, stating that "there were family emergencies and two installers had to leave, leaving only one to do the work (which he said he was helping with)". And, again, in fairness - had they AT LEAST had the most BASIC COURTESY to call the now inconvenienced customer (me) and apprise me of the situation, i would've understood and tried to figure out a plan to either reschedule, or find a vehicle for my fiance to borrow for her 12 hour shift, or something. But, no courtesy was given. My schedule, or that of my ride weren't considered. I couldn't even get a quick phone call to let me know that the "ready in a couple hours" installation job ... was now a NINE HOUR affair. To be perfectly blunt - had i not phoned (twice) and demanded the information a paying customer ought not be chasing a business down for, I'm absolutely certain it would've been 6:30 - 7:00pm before i heard anything from them. And, with all the same respect and consideration that was afforded me (the customer), given the shorthanded situation with the end of the business day approaching, I'm not fully confident that my loved-one's vehicle would've been attended to with any level of professionalism or courtesy either. How confident would you be that the business that didn't even have the decency to let you know that 2 hours wait has become 9 hours wait would treat your vehicle with any decency? To top it off ... as i wait in line behind a customer who actually had their car finished, Tim quickly tries to hand me the keys, without even an apology or attempt to reschedule or make things right, dismissing me entirely as he goes back to the other customer's. He quite obviously didn't want them to know how they just screwed around the customer next to them - and i can't fault him for that. Tim stared quite clearly that "it wasn't his fault" and "he was told by his boss that every customer has been made aware of the delays". Well ... they missed one! Please, take care and research. Don't take your vehicle somewhere where a customer gets treated like dirt. If they "care" that much about you, just imagine how much "care" they'll show your ride. read more

I was a little skeptical after reading some reviews but I got multiple recommendations to get my remote start installed here on my Audi Q5. I don't know what the other reviews were talking about because it's been an excellent and smooth experience from start to finish. Tim, at the front desk, and Rick made sure to get my appointment scheduled within the next week. They both were very patient as I had many questions about what type works best with my car and they suggested the Viper remote and it works GREAT! The worst place for a car starter. I brought my car in for a remote starter, they didn't finish until late in the evening. When I realized I didn't have any turn or hazard lights. I called them and they said return tomorrow. So I had to drive home with my hand out the window, to signal turns. I returned the next day and had to wait for an hour before someone would look at it. They said they could find anything wrong. I said the turn signals and hazards worked before I brought the car in. They said "we are sorry sir there is nothing wrong with our installation. I left and went to Toyota and got it inspected, they said who ever installed the car starter, tapped into the turn signal power and managed to sever the power, so they fixed it and charged me $120 for repair. I'm not one to usually give a review because a review is just your own personal opinion but I can give some good advice so please heed my warning first of all let's talk about the owner Rick he seem to be a very mild mannered gentleman until he get your money in his possession and he can and will lie to you I'm gonna jump back and forth with my story because I don't wanna miss anything so this is my nightmare I went to forza in September of 2020 to have a new radio installed I believe he gave me (rick) appointment for a week later that was ok with me I even paid up front for the service so my appointment day had finally come I take my vehicle to forza they still wasn't ready to take it in he rick apologized this went on back and forth for a month so I finally said I could just leave it instead of coming back and forth sooo after about a week had passed I called him he said oh it will be ready today now keep in mind this is October now I'm going to kinda fast forward here I went to forza to pick my truck up I wanted a dvd /touch screen radio put in I for got to mention it cost me more money because he said after the new radio was installed it still didn't work so my factory amp wasn't working they needed to install a new one I gave the ok for the new amp ok jumping back forward I go to pick up my truck finally sometime in mid October I kid you not I get in my truck there was no antenna hooked up for the radio to play and no siriusxm receiver for the xm to work, one of his worker's said you could listen to your music from your phone I'm thinking now these guy's think they are dealing with a nut I said no way I told them to call me when it's ready and I left the truck there and went home I don't remember if it was the same day or the next now keep in mind rick was doing the same thing to me when I would call up there to see if it was ready he would say hold on let me go check and he would never come back to the phone and sometimes he would say I will call you back out of the four to five times he told me he would call back I didn't get not one call from him to this day so I always had to go up there to see what was going on ok so more of the nightmare continues when I picked up my truck for some reason they didn't hook up the factory antenna they put a five dollar antenna that sticks to the windshield it's so cheap I still can't listen to the radio because the stations go in and out ok so I said I listen siriusxm more anyway I will deal with that some other time why did I start listening to the xm and it went out now I have no choice but to listen to my music from my phone I call rick again he gave me a new appointment to bring it in again so I did I get the truck back a day or two later same thing I call you know who he said we will put a new xm receiver in it I said ok so I dropped the truck off again they put the new receiver in the next day same thing happened again I called rick again I could tell he was getting tired of me but he said I will have them to install a new radio I said ok that's cool so I had to wait until late November because he said they didn't have one in stock so they finally got to it in early December guess what after picking the truck up again the next day everything shut off again and some times when you turn the truck off the radio would stay on you would have to turn the key back on and then the radio would shut off this is not a vehicle where the the radio stays on until you open the door but anyway I call rick to let him know that I'm having the same problem he said ok let me check with the manufacturer to see what could be wrong and I will call you back that was the beginning of December 2020 now its January 2021 I still haven't heard from him and I'm not going too! ok don't get me wrong I'm going to give rick the credit for trying to make this right but it never happened I'm not done yet when I went to pickup my truck the first time they gave it to me with dirty hand prints on my door panels and shoe prints and wire clippings everywhere I didn't bother to say anything about that now what I am mad about is the last time they work on the truck installing the radio someone broke the trim plate around the radio and decided to glue it back together they got glue all on the trim plate and the woodgrain on my dash broke some side panel clips I can't believe they gave me my truck back like this!! I didn't mentioned what type of truck but it's a 05 bmw x5 which the inside was almost in mint condition until they installed my radio now I gotta order a new radio & installation kit because that one is broken and full of glue my wife wanted me to take it back and show rick what his worker's have done to my vehicle Words for Rick if you put a customer on hold come back to the phone and if you tell them you will call them back make sure you do Like I said earlier rick tried to make it right but didn't and to this day no my radio still does not work right GOODLUCK read more

Awful experience at this shop!!!! We brought our car in for a remote start. When we made the appointment nothing was said about now needing both sets of keys. We've had several remote start systems installed here and never required it, but new modules now need them. They installed the system, took our money, and now we have been trying to get in with both sets of keys for the last 5 weeks so they can program the remotes, and they NEVER answer the phone, their voicemail box is always full, and we've gone there several times and they're not open. We have a $300 system that we cannot even use because the remotes aren't programmed. I will NEVER EVER use Forza Customs again for anything!!!! read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. Absolutely terrible service and incompetent staff/installers/owners. I took one vehicle in to have the stereo and both dash speakers replaced. This ended up requiring 6 total visits; each one requiring my vehicle to be left there for a minimum of 2 days. First, they forgot to replace one speaker; then they could not figure out how to properly connect/install the head unit. I ended up having to purchase a much more expensive unit than planned (that was their only suggestion). In good faith, I took a second vehicle there to have a factory radio swapped out. 3 visits later and I still do not have the new radio installed. I stupidly paid up front thinking that would help expedite service. That was 4 weeks ago. Though I call daily I cannot even get a return phone call with an updated delivery date. Please save yourself the headache and never go to these clowns. read more

So I made a call to the shop on 8/31/2017 to let the Chick at the desk know my heads lights went out again and why is this keep happening she tells me I'm out of warranty I have to pay 40 just for some one to look at them. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR!!! The experience as a whole was horrible. I took my car in for a simple radio and camera install. Was told before hand it was a one day process. That was a lie. Took them three days, probably longer if I didn't need my car back, with no update on what was the hold up. When I finally did get my car back, I was in such a hurry that I jumped in, tested the radio and camera, and took off. That's where me as the customer was naïve. I should of checked EVERYTHING. Unfortunately, I was going out of town and wouldn't be back for 2 weeks. I get back and take my car on a store run. I hit a little bump and look at the pictures below. First, I noticed the shifter portion lifted. It made me pull over and examine it and I saw it was missing some screw underneath. That's when I drove back home to do a more thorough check of my car. Middle compartment loose and missing screws, compartment under steering wheel loose and missing screws, and broken little part pieces on the driver side floor. Ridiculous. Do not waste your time or money here. Also, the radio was placed very poorly and the bracket was install incorrectly. Had head lights and fog lights installed and literally had to go back once a month to either have the bulbs replaced or fixed. This last time I went back they wouldn't even give me the attention to try to resolve the issue. Granted all the parts and labor were under warranty. They provided terrible serve. I had an appointment which they delayed for 1 hour to even start and did took 4 hours to complete a 2 hour job. After a week I noticed that my car's automatic lights wouldn't turn off. The tech looked at it and said it was normal for the lights to stay on forever when turning your car on/ off with the auto start. I do not recommend this place. read more

The stereos really improved the quality of the sound still using the factory speakers. What a difference between the OEM and Pioneer replacement. Customer Service was great. I spoke to the owner Rick and he promised to call me back after his vacation and he never reached out. Bought a boss amp and 4 tri-axle speakers from Amazon had it installed at forza, was not happy with performance. Then purchased hertz speakers and audiopipe amp from forza, which was an up sale for them, sinceable re-install price for the swap. I was very pleased. Will have more work done later. BEWARE! spent $2400.00 at Forza installed a new head unit, custom trunk inclosure, new speaker. And in the process they cracked my door panel $600 in damage, had glue on bumper 1.5 hrs to get off. Various trim pieces that were left off or no screws in other pieces. Plus they forgot to install the siruis radio add on which I provided. Now I have too have another shop fix the problems they caused. Save your money! read more

well, first of all i hav a 2011 nissan maxima silver in color forza customs hooked up hid lights in my foglights which are very nice i brought a system also 1,000 watt kenwood amp and two kenwood 10'' woofers, so one of them had a blowed coil so they instead gave me too diamond speakers which sounded better anyway it took like four or five hours too complete this job, plus it was cold in there shop and after everything was done my engine light was on, and noww, one of the speakers ain't even playin no more plus when i looked at the amp they sold me one of the terminals was broken off why would you sell something thats faulty, or used or thats beaten up, noww, i gotta go too another shop too see whats wrong it could be the amp or both the amp and the speaker i will never let them touch my vehicle again, i think they should be shut down for such poorly installation and product. this work was done maybe three weeks ago too date read more
