Ive read some of the reviews on this company and I'm not as worried about getting a low price as I am getting quality craftsmanship that I can trust when i'm not looking. Manny and his team are good at what they do and actually have character. Manny met me on site to help assess my problem. He took my vehicle in to his shop and repaired it to like-new detail. His team was cool and I even had lunch in the neighborhood at the Taqueria down the street. I left my car and didnt have to micro manage their work and spent my time working other priorities of my own. For that the fee he charged me was well earned. Altho Manny's fee was still less than the fee I paid to have the remote start system installed that needed to be removed. I am grateful to have been referred to Access Audio. I would recommend them to anyone in the future! read more

I sent my car here for repairs my car sat for almost 3 days and when I finally was able to get it back it was damage done from someone hitting it and the owner did not take responsibility for it and my car was left in his care because when I old service that was him agreeing to send my car back to me with no new damages these people talk to you like your slow and I'll never get anything else fixed on my car by this shop it shouldn't even still be opened manning or whatever his name is is a clown...No stars given read more

No need to discuss that nearly a year after I had my windows tinted, the tint started peeling off passenger side and the owner rudely told me it was because I rolled my window down before 7days which I DID NOT and then refused to fix his work( and this is 300 days later). He or his friend/worker said so I can hear "N-words think they scaring somebody." read more

Went there for a last minute double din radio install in a porsche cayenne. They were able to take me as a walk in with no appointment and last minute. Did an excellenct job installing the radio. Very highly recommended will be back. Update, Had to go back to the shop because the installer put the wrong usb for my phone in the wrong usb. No big deal, newer phones use the faster USB port, but the installer charged me to reinstall the radio. I paid $140 for the radio install eventually and had to pay $30 to get in reinstalled. At this point it became a RIP off and money grab. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I went to get my front break pad changed and the wife was there and I specifically asked her to call me after checking and before doing anything and she never calls me and almost closing time I called and she said it is done! I get there and saw the work they did and realized that they went ahead and replaced the rodor as well so my bill was so much higher than I expected it to be! which wasn not damaged at all and didnt need to be replaced! She goes ahead and calling me liar that I told her to do whatever needs to be done and that is why she never called me and just did it anyways! And when I tried to go through the charges and talk to her why she didnt call me and tell me what needs to be done and how much it would be, she kept getting super defensive and saying it is not her problem! Not acceptable at all when I am bringing business to them for the second time they should try to communicate better and appreciative it! She said some curse words in spanish too! If you have to go to this place just deal with the husband he knows how to talk to people and respect customers. read more

This fucking place is a joke. As others have stated. I drove 985 miles after work 10 hours of work to have a stereo redone in my car. MANNY knew I was coming and he never showed up, he overslept. Came in 1.5 hours late. Then convinced me to stay after I was on my way out. Should never have stayed. The idiot through away a perfectly brand new sub box because "he didn't have room for it and it wasn't the right size". If I could post pictures I would post the message from him telling me he did this. Are you kidding me? Then after almost 3 months he kept pushing me to pay with cash, well the only thing I could do was dispute the $589 charge on my credit card, and won that, I also had to have an attorney send him a letter to recoup my costs for my box which he sent me a $300 check. This place is a joke and so is Manny. His work is laughable and who throws away a customer's personal property? I think he sold it to someone else and then charged me for a new one. He's a f*cking thief and never would I reccomend anyone get taken advantage of there. read more

Ive had the worst experience with them first of all i payed 60$ for a diagnosis on my car n i brung it in to them at 11am they call me a hour before they close to tell me i need to buy a battery and i did then when i went back to bring the battery they say they have to do the diagnosis which was suppose to get done when i first payed them $60 at 11am. Then they said i owe then 120$ to put my battery in which didnt make sense to me to pay 120$ Just to put a battery in. And after all that money n waiting i had to go up there just for them to tell me my car is junk. Had front windows tinted in May 2018, end of June I notice 1 window is defected. I bring vehicle back for repair, owner refuses to repair says damage is my fault, turns out there is a coin in the web of the window, how it got there can't be determined. Owner asks what should he do I say repair window, he refuses. No offer to repair at a discount price. Owner is a nonchalant individual who doesn't seem to care about customers.
