I am writing to highly recommend the services of this outstanding business. My recent experience…read morewith them has been nothing short of exceptional, and I believe anyone seeking professional automotive assistance should consider their expertise. A few weeks ago, my wife became quite upset because her remote start on her Lexus 460 was only accompanied by a single key fob, which was on the verge of failing. Recognizing the importance of having a reliable remote system, I reached out to Ron, the owner of this reputable company. He was incredibly responsive and understanding. We arranged for my wife to stop by their shop, and from there, they dedicated time to explore potential solutions. Initially, they attempted to find an alternative remote that would work with the existing system; however, it became clear that the required system was no longer available. I also tried searching online through Amazon and eBay, but unfortunately, I was unsuccessful in locating a suitable replacement. Deciding that the best course of action was to install a new remote starter, I scheduled an appointment. Given the high quality of their service, I was prepared for a wait--typically, their appointments are booked out about a month in advance. To my surprise, a cancellation opened up a slot just two days after I called. They accommodated us promptly, and my wife was provided a ride home, then picked up once the installation was complete. Throughout the process, I was impressed by the professionalism and customer-centric approach demonstrated by their team. The installation was completed smoothly, and I am pleased to report that the remote system has been working flawlessly. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the service and the final outcome. In summary, if you are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused business to take care of your vehicle, I wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to Ron and his team. Their expertise, efficiency, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. Thank you for considering my recommendation. Sincerely,

I originally took my car to another shop to put an amp in. The other place did a horrible job at…read moreputting the amp in properly. Horrible feedback, music cut in and out, and put a different amp then we originally talk about putting in. The owner avoids all my calls afterwards and makes excuses and lost $400 for an amp that was only worth 129.99 retail. As a recommendation from a coworker I called audiondriven and I talk to Thomas about my problem, he said if I can make in today he will look at it. Later on that day I came to the shop, he dropped everything to look at my problem while also helping customers. He showed me everything that the other shop did wrong. None of the wires soldered down, everything wrap up and tangled and no care was taken for my car. I could of had a better shot of doing it myself and I can only pump gas and change out my air filter. Thomas readjusted the amp that was in my car to make it manageable and highly suggest to put a better amp in soon as possible. He took care of me that day when I was freaking out thinking my new car I just bought a couple months back that sound system was going to crash and I gotten ripped off by the amp I was sold. Sucks he had to fixes someone else's mistakes. Two weeks later I took his advice and put in a jl audio amp and then alpine speakers. Now my system breaths new life. I highly recommend this place. Don't try the rest, try the best.

It was only radio and Apple CarPlay that wouldn't work. Thomas at Audiodriven went out to my jeep and got it fixed right up and working with a few touches of the buttons. He was super kind and he really cared about the functioning of my stereo. He recommended a new cord for my CarPlay which I without hesitation purchased from him. He answered additional questions about the cameras that were installed and not working. I will be going back to get that fixed and my radio updated. I highly recommend this establishment.
