so let's start with the shop is becoming full of shit period... I called them around August 27th to ask them Can I have my truck towed to their shop because my axle had a hole in it and it was no longer drivable from the back and needed to be replaced...they told me yes I can drop it off and they would fix it. fast forward 2/3 weeks later, I finally decided to call them to get an update on the process of my truck and of course they tell me no they haven't started because they couldn't find a cheap enough part and when they finally found one, it was taken a minute to arrive and it was arriving that day or the next day fast forward so now it has been over a month. I called them again and say what is going on with my car. I'm told no we haven't started your truck but will start soon fast-forward another week. I called them and say what is going on because it's been over a month I had to quit my job , lose out on another job because you guys are constantly lying to me about fixing my truck so now they hit me with some excuse we called you a couple days ago and asked if you could bring a deposit so we can start your truck when the fuck does shit like that happen I've never had to pay a deposit to get work done that doesn't even get done ..but if they would've told me that in the beginning I would've done that in the beginning finally a day or two later give them a $1200 deposit....and a couple days to fix it and guess what happens when I call they still haven't touched my truck now. It is almost 2 months total two whole fucking months and my truck hasn't been touched , they're constantly lying to me and making a problem out of a simple situation..not to mention trying to overcharge me for one because it doesn't take 11 hours to takeoff an axle and put another one on it doesn't because you're dropping the whole axle. Nothing is being saved, especially since you guys are professionals so instead of discounting the service fee, they want to still charge me $1100 for work, after lying and holding my truck hostage for no reason at all. they still haven't even started till this day but I'm steady being pushed around and told that they have started or we're going to start. I'm going to end up filing a consumer report and see what goes on after that because this right here is very very very unacceptable. I don't care about nobody especially Juan or whoever else wants to start an argument getting on here and lying in a response because I'm not one to play with.. there is no excuse no explanation at all for my truck to be in your shop for two months untouched , and there is absolutely nothing you can say back unless it's y'all messed up on y'all part. And have the nerve to want to charge me a restocking fee because they supposedly sent the part back I should've never took my truck to you guys should've never gave y'all a deposit of any kind it's ur fault but mines as well for having trust in a shitty shop with shitty people and no u weren't trying to work with me because if u were my truck would've been fixed as soon as y'all got what y'all needed..and yes, I'm pretty sure you know exactly who I am read more

Very disappointed with service here. Paid for two alignments done on my 2001 Jeep XJ. First alignement was good expect for drifting that was happening. They did an adjustment charged me $100, but it corrextes it. On thier sheet it says 90 days on labor. So anyhow, I take my jeep on some trails, I loose my alignment on the trails. I take it back for another alignment, and the guy at the counter upsold me on thier 250 alignment so they can make sure everything is adjusted corrextly. After performing the alignment, my steering wheel was off a bit, and the alignment was off. I take it back in, they made an adjusment to the right side and said i should be good. I take the car, and now its steering to the right. I call them back and explain its not right. I drop the car off, leave so they can get it right. They call me later to say they made another adjustment and there is nothing they can do. They try to spin me, and say its because of my setup. I show them the first alignmemt sheets and said you guys did it right the first time, whats the issue. The end result, they wouldnt provide me with atleast a partial credit. At the end, the rep over the phone said sorry, they cant make miracles happen. I would have been ok if they would have atleast provided me with some of my money, since they did not provide me with the same alignment service they did earlier in the year. waited 15 mins to be helped no one to greet customers. I had my rim welded on inside of rim so with that being said they did a very bad job. As you weld rim you're suppose to drill hole at end of weld mark so the crack doesn't spread. I took it to exotic wheels on 101st and western. Rim was fixed correctly and hasn't leaked since. read more

Now mind you I bought the Rims from them that are on my truck but not the new ones so come back with a ridiculous price of $300 to swap them. Been going here since my friend June worked here. I've literally spent thousands of dollars here. Tires and rims they do pretty good work. Audio different story. I took a Dodge Ram a while back due to sound issues . Dave right away said my amp was fried . I tell him it wasn't before I brought it there and he needs to fix it. He starts to argue with me I said never mind I'll talk to the owner. I leave . 10 minutes later Dave calls me back and says he's gonna give me a loaner amp so he can send my amp to focal to fix since it's still under warranty . 9 months later no word from Dave about my focal amp . Don't care because I sold the truck with the loaner amp in it it's the point David's a con artist and probably kept my amp. Present day . Bring in my 1965 wildcat to have different wheels and rims to put on and some 6x9s . (I had amps that were working fine in back of my wildcat )Leave my car and guess what they say? Yup my amps is fried and wanted to charge me 650.00 for a new one. I tell Miguel forget it and just want my rims and tires. Go to pick up my car and my pump for air suspension was out , now I'm pissed . Talk to the owner and the owner denies messing with the electrical I said how u know my amp was fried than? Owner denied anyone touching the amps or 6x9s. He than tries to get one his employees to co sign by asking him if my pumps and lines in the trunk were a mess . His own employee says no they weren't bad it wasn't a mess like the owner insinuated. Now the owners pissed cuz his own employee busted Him out . I said I will never set foot inside this place . The owner than proceeds to tell me don't need my business because he has Lamborghinis in his shop it won't hurt him or his business. I told him fuck himself got in my car and left. As I drove away the panel on the floor was off and not put back like someone was beginning to start an install but because I said I'm not paying 650 for a amp they just threw my panel in trunk. Having large wheels balanced is tough because not many places do it. Being forced to take the option given I went to Ace even after having a previous issue. Rather than charge a hourly labor fee, they soaked me for 100 per tire times 6(dually). 600 bucks for what should have been 2hrs of labor and half the price. As if that isn't bad enough, a tire sensor is no longer registering and none of the tires have the same air pressure, not to mention there is more than a 20lb difference high to low. I would NEVER bring a vehicle there again as long as the owner still works there. The old guy has ZERO customer service skills and is only about profit. read more

They were so good that one just went out on 11/12/2022 THAT'S 7 YEARS! That's good life! They changed both for me very quickly, gave me the good one (just in case). I am so sorry to anyone I've ever referred you to come here. Worst customer service ever! The owner is ignorant and doesn't back the products they sell. Purchased a remote start for my vehicle. Last year the alarm wouldn't turn off and i had to drive to work at 5am with my alarm going off. The remote that gives it a mile radius breaks on me right away. I bring it In they claim it's fine. Last week I go to start my vehicle and same thing the alarm goes off at 4:45am. Finally keep hitting buttons until it stops. I come in to have them look at it and they tell me it's $160 to replace my one broken remote or buy a new system! So I'm told they reset the system. And to remove the system will be $90. The owner goes off on me due to me being upset over my alarm not working right, basically tells me to get my keys and leave after I say I feel like I'm sold garage because I shouldnt have to continue to bring it into the shop. I feel like the owner is sexiest and homophobic. Then he has the nerve to tell me you know who I am! I don't know you, I know your a cop so what your gonna arrest me after you installed a faulty system in my vehicle... wow that's great, another example Of Chicago finest! I was never disrespectful to anyone in that shop I just want a working system that I paid for. and to talk to anyone like this is absolutely unacceptable. Then to make matters worse his employee walks away laughing. Funny how I am the only woman in the shop and I'm treated with complete disrespect but when another woman walks in after me now they wanna be nice and helpful towards me. I'm sure I was talked to like this because I'm a woman because I guarantee if a guy came in here upset they would've handle it totally different. I've never heard of anyone having these kinds of problems with their systems. They've done a lot of work to my vehicle and it's all falling apart. My one speaker rattles, my backup camera is rusting and blanks out when I back up. My alarm is trash, the one remote broke right away, which actually makes it a mile radius but I guess if I kept it In a glass box it'd work right. I had a friend come in here who had problems with a radio that they installed and same thing they gave her the run around and didn't fix anything and wanted her to buy a new radio. Shady work. Come to find years later this place I went to originally to do my lift kit and tires did a incomplete job underneath my Jeep. All these years I thought they used all the parts of my lift kit I bought from them, they actually didn't install the front sway bars only the back ones leaving the front with the original shorter ones stocked. So I had read the reviews on here and decided to give it a try. I took my seven hundred and fifty dollar Advan wheel to get fixed because of a dent that had occurred from hitting a pot hole. When I picked it up, they were trying to charge me $40 more than what they had initially told me when I dropped it off because I didn't have my receipt. They fixed the dent were air was being released from the tire... but then I noticed it had a big scratch on the front side as if they had dropped my wheel or scraped it against something!!! They kept saying that was road rash and was there before and didn't even apologize or offer me a discount. Very unprofessional. They talked me into buying spacers for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport I asked them if they were safe they said they installed many of them on jeeps. I had them on for two months when the right rear wheel came of my car all five studs sheared off the spacers. When I called the owner he told me it's not he's problem he only sells them now I'm writing this review to inform people not to put these on your car if this would have happen 5 mins before the wheel fell off I probably would have been killed because I just got off the expressway. Luckily my tire went flat really close to my house and this place is highly recommended by my friends.
