The usual manager was not there, and instead the person who claimed to be in charge was rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I won't get into the details of our exchange, but the young man's tone was confrontational and completely unprofessional. It actually hurts me to write this review because I value the places I frequent and I am a loyal customer. This was my "for sure" place -- the place where I knew I would get results, great service, and leave satisfied. Unfortunately, that trust is now gone, and I will be looking for a new place to service my car. Had to use bolt extractor and a heat gun with a 24" breaker bar to remove drain plug. The oil filter (cartridge type) was twisted and partially collapsed. It was the cheapest Chinese filter. An actual Jeep/Mopar filter is only $6.99. I'm not sure the oil was even changed looking at that drain plug. Never going back there.

I would not go to Strickland Bros for an oil change, you probably won't get the service you pay for but you will get problems you didn't expect.

Maliq confirmed I was there for an oil change. Erick was friendly and started the process of getting me serviced. Connor, who is now the manager, talked to me and suggested which type of oil to get. He also was very nice and friendly. When the job was finished and it was time to pay, there was an issue with the communication as to what type of oil I had chosen. Connor never questioned it and made it right so that I as a customer was satisfied and I really appreciated that. I needed a tire pressure sensor replaced and called the location about 5pm on Monday 12/1. I was told they could indeed fix it and to bring my car. I got there about 5:45pm and there was a line to get into the parking lot. I again called to ensure they could take me and the lady said yes, just find an open spot, park and come inside with the key. I checked in and because they closed at 7pm, the lady asked who was paying cash and said to pay now because she was closing down the register. I paid for the service and continued to wait. About 7:30pm, the lady informs me that the sensor had been put on, but the device needed to program it was locked in another technician/mechanic's box and she called her manager so I would have to come back the next day. She assured me the sensor was put on and it would take only about 5 minutes to program and I would be on my way. So I go to Firestone Tuesday morning (12/2), about 7:30am. The guy at the computer/front desk tells me "Oh yea, it was me she called last night, the guy still isn't here so you'll have to come back." I assume he was the manager she said she called. He told me I needed to come back again later, and he would call me when the guy was in. I called back about 1pm and it was the same guy I spoke with that morning. He told me they were good to go and to bring the car...again saying it would only be 5 minutes and to ask for him when I got there. Miguel is what he said his name was. My son takes my car there and no Miguel...he was told Miguel was on lunch...the guy at the desk tells my son, after waiting for 45 minutes, that they will see the car in the order it came in and that the sensor was NOT put on. I had my son put the guy on the phone and he told me the same thing. In fact, he told me he talked to the technician from the night before and the technician told him the sensor was never put on...So who knows who the actual liar(s) is, but one of them lied to me! I requested that my money be returned and now I'm back at square one. Very bad experience at this location.
