The man at the desk "fixed" my ipad within a reasonable time frame but 3 months later, the ipad has the same problem it had 3 months ago when I brought it in the first time. There's no guarantee on their work so if I wanted it "fixed" again, I would have to pay the $150 they charged me the first time.
