    Hired Twizted Home Entertainment through Thumbtack. I thought the team was generally good to work…read morewith while the install was happening, albeit a few issues here and there. However, later found out that there was substantial damage done to one of the speakers I had installed (MSRP $999/each). I reached out to the owner and was told there was no way their team could've caused that damage and to return my products to the vendor. Pictures show this is clearly not an issue from use, as the driver is pretty much shoved in on one side. Notwithstanding, some of the work was not performed as initially discussed (i.e. ethernet cables to cameras were run outside instead of through soffits/attics), and the team was quick to make holes in the ceilings and walls (which ended up being in the wrong places). Given how things have shaken out, I cannot recommend this company for any work. Let the work speak for itself in the photos and see the other reviews online regarding damage. The free work Ron mentioned is shown below with the one ethernet cable hanging from the side of the house. I paid in full afterwards, so if I had high expectations or demands that were "met," I think the highest expectation I had was for them not to damage the very thing they're installing. I actually have texts from Mo partway into the installation where he essentially told me to install things myself because he thought they were too valuable for him to install (which was part of the services I hired them for). Also beware of some of the other positive reviews, as one just popped up that of course mentions "no holes" for similar set up and the initials match one of the employees on Yelp (Mo N.), but on Google and Thumbtack it shows two different names altogether for the same review. Seems like they're padding the reviews and photos so you won't see the work they did at my home.... They're also now threatening me via text to stop updating my reviews for calling them out. There's been a handful of 5 star reviews in the last 24 hours after posting my review used some old photos from their Thumbtack and website (which they removed and replaced).

They didn't just stop at audio/video setup either. They connected all of our TVs, shades, and thermostats to a single, easy-to-use app on our phones, making our home smarter and more convenient than ever. Mo, in particular, was outstanding--knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and truly focused on customer service. Not only was the entire experience smooth and professional, but the cost was also significantly lower than other quotes we received.     Went in on Saturday to see about updating a couple of iPhones. Turns out all our phones were due…read morefor an upgrade. Marcus (I think that was his name) was very helpful and not pushy in trying to get us to buy phones beyond what was covered by the allowable trade in plan. Unfortunately, the ones we wanted weren't in stock, so they were ordered to be sent to our house. With two more phones at home that needed updating, we also ordered to phones online. All phones arrived on the earliest expected date. We ran into an issue activating them ourselves, so we returned to the store after work and arrived about 35 minutes before the scheduled closing time. The store manager, Cassy (?), took the time to review each phone and be sure all aspects were working and replaced all our SIM cards. She was friendly and her customer service was on point. We were also impressed that the other associates were working together on store closing protocol as it was a few minutes past posted closing as Cassy worked on the last phone. Another associate, Janay, came by to make sure everything was running smooth. She was just as friendly as her manager as we chatted while the fourth phone finished. Cell companies are not a fun place to visit and I have always likened a visit to buying a new car with all the back & forth. However, we have always had a positive customer experience at this location (and we have been patronizing this place since it first opened as a Sprint store!) Kudos to the managers and staff.     July 15, 2020 Do…read morenot use this service !!! WARNING * WARNING * WARNING * Called them to repair a 65" Samsung TV that would turn on and off with a flashing black screen. Was told the LED LIGHTS were causing the problem. Was quoted $180 to fix with a $55 diagnosis fee . Andre came to my home and took the TV. Very unprofessional !!! Arrived in a beater mini van with NO business identification on it. Gave me a receipt from a receipt book that didn't have any business information on it. I asked him to write down model & serial number with warranty info on it. He took the television and returned the same day which I thought was great service. We plugged in the TV and it appeared to be working so I paid him. 30 minutes after he left the TV started turning off and on by itself. I called Andre back on his Google Phone number and left a message that his diagnosis was incorrect and needed service again. I've been calling and texting for over a week to get nothing but excuses why he can't come back in a timely manner and NO RETURN PHONE CALLS. July 25, 2020 This guy is a JOKE .. HIS WARRANTY IS BULLSHIT... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! Apparently he does the repair work for Munster Television Repair so don't use them either. AVOID USING HIM OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

    Edward took my TV for repair and said he would have it back in 2 days. 2 months later he still did…read morenot return my TV. He said that he had did the repairs but his van broke down so he couldn't delivery the TV back to my home. I decided to picl up the TV after almost another month of this company keeping my TV. We I arrived at Edward's TV Service after all months of keeping my TV for repairs did no repairs at all. My TV still would not stay on and he had taken my back off my TV, nothing more. Edward even refused to give back my $60 deposit. When I told him I was reporting him to the better business bureau he then gave me my deposit back and said they wouldn't do anything about it. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
