Wonderful experience visiting this location in Matteson. The representative who helped us, Wes,…read morewent above and beyond. I needed a data transfer from a Samsung to an iPhone. Wes had to troubleshoot different ways to get the results we wanted - text messages, photos and contacts. I am happy to report everything we wanted transferred was able to be done. The customer service was exceptional and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend visiting this location.

I was out of town and returned 18 days later and my phone was laying on their desk not worked on at all. That was supposed to be a Christmas present. They still never contacted me over the iPad and it's been over six weeks. They should change the name of this store to "uBreakifixshit"! There is absolutely no communication absolutely no repairs. This store sucks the butt hole. They could improve the store by closing it.
