When I went back to pick it up he had removed extra components claiming he wanted to look into them over night. The phone wouldn't stay on longer than 3 minutes so I went back and they agreed to fix it. Over the course of 3 days I went in several times as they kept making the phone worse!! In the end they completely ruined my phone and blamed it on me. The tech and owner are so rude and cocky, I was shocked at their lack of professionalism. I should have listened to the other reviews who have also had their phones broken here. DO NOT GO HERE. They destroyed my phone, did not offer a refund, and now I've had to buy a new phone.

They scheduled an appointment for me and they scheduled it for the wrong day I came again and they told me I couldn't be service and I had to leave because they were closing in 45mins. What!? This is the most unprofessional customer service I've ever received. I asked to speak with a manager and they told me she couldn't come out. I sat in my car to call the store and after 7 attempts they finally answered. A sales rep name John asked us what we were in for my fiance stated he was looking to get us phones, John stated he needed his id and major credit card, my fiance gave him his debit card he said no that's not acceptable we need a major credit card.
