This place is terrible! I have a business account with AT&T. I wanted to add 4 iPads to my account for my employees. I came there because one store was out of stock. The day I came, they held me there trying to sell me cable until 9:30pm and they close at 8. They scheduled an appointment for me and they scheduled it for the wrong day I came again and they told me I couldn't be service and I had to leave because they were closing in 45mins. What!? This is the most unprofessional customer service I've ever received. I asked to speak with a manager and they told me she couldn't come out. I sat in my car to call the store and after 7 attempts they finally answered. The Rep named Eric answered and I began to asked the policies... he said hold on and then hung up the phone as I watched him through the window. read more

On Thursday my fiance went to this store. Before entering there where 3men standing inside in front of the door, so wasn't sure if it was the entrance or not. One of the young men opened the door. A sales rep name John asked us what we were in for my fiance stated he was looking to get us phones, John stated he needed his id and major credit card, my fiance gave him his debit card he said no that's not acceptable we need a major credit card. His attitude wasn't very inviting. So we left and went to the location on 95th and western spoke with Chris aho did an excellent job we walked out of the 95th location with two new note9 phones. I would not recommend anyone to go to the 87th and cottage grove read more

I have been eligible for a cell phone upgrade for the past two years. The reason why I didn't claim my well deserved new cell phone during that time was because, of my (Motorola RAZR V3i with a built-in iPod.) I had it for the past three years, It had sentimental value overall. Unfortunately my beloved V3i wouldn't keep up with me no more. This is where and why I upgraded to the revolutionary iphone. They "Hooked It Up" with an additional $15 for the data plan (since the data plan service for the iPhone decreased from $30) on my new two year agreement. So, this means if I paid around $55 dollars, I now have to pay an additional $15 on my overall monthly statement, which is not totally bad for an iphone. This is where I also pay my monthly bill most of time. This store has friendly and extraordinary customer service, particularly provided by Retail Sales Consultant; Chase W. and the Store Manager Juan. I guess money wise it doesn't beat competitors who offer unlimited everything for less, but its all good. According to AT&T, I've been a loyal and preferred customer for the past four years (Since it was Cingular Wireless) and I have to say their service is exceptional. I always hear people say that AT&T's service is way over priced, it has bad signal and other negative things. Well not in my case. read more

If you want to have to wait for service this is the location for you. I went to pick up my phone that I ordered online and upon getting the order they stated that I had to pay the tax on the phone. It was established when online that it would go on my next bill. I immediately called customer service who stated that the manager could override and put on next bill. Of course the manager stated that they don't do that so I decided to leave the phone and get it another time/place. I told the rep to cancel my order he cancelled the order but did not do something to ensure that my phone would come back on to my old phone. So I had to wait until he changed my SIM card so my phone would work properly. I decided to get my phone sent to my address and it is on its way now. I will never go to this location because of the horrible customer service displayed. read more

Att been charging me for two phone lines for 12mths and when I caught they ass the told me it was on me to check the bill every month so the can't refund my money read more

(0 star rating if possible) I had the worse experience of a lifetime here ~ 2 hours ago. Long story short, the rep in this store cancelled my pick-up order and tried to make a new in-store order (likely to get some commission). When I found out about it he became extremely aggressive, tossed my old phone on the floor without re-activating it (it was deactivated by him because of the new order), and threatened me to call security to kick me out. I was shocked and immediately left, without a new phone or my old phone functional. I had to go back to request the manager of the store to activate my old phone for me, just to be told that I need to find another working phone to call customer service, and there is nothing they can do to help me. Plus that rep lied to the manager saying I was insulting him, and that was why he kicked me out. WOW. Just WOW. I have reported this incident to the customer service and am waiting for response now. Someone must be held accountable for such a disgusting way of treating customers. If you want to get humiliated, you are more than welcomed to go to this place and get burned. They also have a fat security guy with a gun in the store to make your experience more exciting. Otherwise, just stay away from this place as faraway as possible. read more

Waited the longest time. The two girls that worked this day walked around looking cute (think they were) having too many personal conversations with customers. The hood at&t a waste of time read more

I agree with Shanda B. The wait time is ridiculous. I'm here in a Sunday. It took almost 5 min for them to check me into the waiting list that appears on the tv monitor. They are super chatty with one another. There are 13 ppl here waiting and only 3 representatives. It's Sunday at 4:40pm..... read more

The wait at this store is ridiculous and the employees just look at you and walk right pass you. They have a bunch of young employees with their pants half way down their behind. Who runs a corporate store like that, I can't believe they do not have a dress code and where is the manager to enforce this ? read more

Worked with Darien Bowen to add an iPad to my line. Firstly, I was lied to that the IPad Air was the latest IPad out - when in fact the AT&T store advertise the air 2 on the website. So I returned the device within the 14 days allowed to exchange for the latest IPad Air 2 and was then told I had to pay an additional $52 restocking. I feel the store should be accountable because had the employee never lied I would not be exchanging it. I even spoke to the store manager Yesenia Antúnez - who defended her lying employee. I'm very unsatisfied with the customer service at this store. I've been a loyal 10+ year customer with AT&T - and I feel completely ripped off. I would warn all future customers to not shop here. I will continue to fight this fee Update: Spoke to a 2nd store manager Flav, who supplied me with a store credit of $52. Supposedly, he can't give me back the cash I spent, so I'm feeling forced to use my hard earned money with them. At least it's not a complete wash - so I've changed my 1 star to 2 stars. read more

Staff is very friendly with the exception of one male staff member whim I heard shoveling a pile of crap to a customer about an iPhone... Wait time at this location isn't bad at all usually about five min when crowded read more

Today I visited the AT&T store 86th Cottage Grove. I had Terrible Experience there Today. There were only 3 people attending to the customers and it was about 9 other customers in the store waiting & people were steady coming in & leaving because NO Greeter & NO HELP... only from the security guard trying to assist & this was about 5:40pm today. I waited about 20mins Before I left the store!!!!! This Was/Not Professional & How a Store Should Be Managed!!!!!!!! read more

My family and I came to get an upgrade for everyone's phone yesterday. As soon as we walked in someone took my name and reason for visit. There was a small wait because all the sales associates were busy helping others but you don't loose your place in line, there is a screen were you can see how many people there is before you. Alisha was our sales associate and she was super helpful! She was friendly and had a positive attitude. She knew what she was doing and gave us different options with our phones and plans. She took the time to make sure we all understood everything she was doing. We all left happy and satisfied with our new phones and with the we service received. read more

I came here twice to pay my house phone bill and internet services and it's a nice store, but they need a better system of signing in customers when they need to take care of something instead of having a clipboard on a podium that looks like a gang of kindergarten age kids went to town on it. They could do something like cleaning it off and having an organized clipboard asking people to write their name and the nature of their visit so that it's legible and easy for staff to read. Overall, the visit was very good and I will come here again since it's convienient to my house. Parking is a problem when it's a busy day, but it's not impossible to find a spot in the lot around the complex where the store is located. read more

I was in this AT&T store on Monday and there were only two reps working. No management in sight. The number of people that they had as customers totaled about nine including myself. I had an major issue but had to take steps to handled it over the phone because the wait in this store at 10 am when they opened was going to be well over the hour that I spent there. This is just plain acceptable. No reps, No management, NO SERVICE. Terrible for a major corporation or any store for that matter. This is not the first time I have had to do this and from talking with the other people waiting it was not the first time for them either. Hire some reps and get a manager who is present. read more

This weekend I took apart of att Black Friday sale. I enjoyed my sales rep Eric who helped me setup my new service but his manager William was rude and assuming. He first started by questioning my age due to the fact that I looked so young and assumed I was lying about that as well as my address. I didn't appreciate being questioned as if I wasn't providing correct information and proof. I ended up finishing my services at another store due to this issue. I don't recommend people shopping there if they have a choice. read more

Customer service at this facility on 86th Cottage is horrible. I came in with a charging issue and was told I had to go downtown while she look to see if my phone had been submerge in water. The tech never plug my phone up to see if maybe I had a defective charger. I ask if she could plug it up she stated I need to take it downtown, I ask why do I have to go downtown to see if I need to buy a new charger, she got defensive and stated she was going to check me in to see someone else. The manager assisted me and check my phone and found a crack in my charge insert but the store charger did charge my phone. This was very upsetting to me because the basics could have been done initially and I could have been on my way without having to go all the way downtown to buy a charger, I have 3 Uverse accts and 5 cell phones with ATT that I was really considering to cxl but I love the service and usually go to the office on Western with no problems with A+ service. I suggest the owner of this facility to retrain their employees to the basic that communication with the customers pays their bills. read more
