I usually don't give reviews, but I just had to after going to this phone store. I haven't had such a great experience like this in a long time. Jordan was very professional, helpful and kind. Good customer service is important to me and with that said, I am so grateful that I found a phone store that I can continue going to in the future. I went in to have them finish replacing my screen, I had already installed a new one and it was…read moreworking well but I wasn't able to fully close it. The tech said he needed to work on my Face ID and charged me an extra fee for that, so I agreed. When I went back to pick it up he had removed extra components claiming he wanted to look into them over night. The phone wouldn't stay on longer than 3 minutes so I went back and they agreed to fix it. Over the course of 3 days I went in several times as they kept making the phone worse!! In the end they completely ruined my phone and blamed it on me. The tech and owner are so rude and cocky, I was shocked at their lack of professionalism. I should have listened to the other reviews who have also had their phones broken here. DO NOT GO HERE. They destroyed my phone, did not offer a refund, and now I've had to buy a new phone.
