A middle aged man named Tony was who I was helped by with my new phone. He sets me up with a great price on a new phone and I was on my way. I get to my home about 15 minutes down the road and the phone shuts off!! I take it in and this Tony guy says I can't do anything for that but I will give you 150 discount on another phone. This man is a fraud!!! Selling broken phones and taking advantage of customers. Not to mention the two times I was in there he had friends hanging out in the shop. So unprofessional. Next he said they had to order parts and should be repaired within a couple of days. I called and left a message inquiring about our phone and never got a call back. I had to call them only to find out that they couldn't fix it and I had to go back and pick the bad phone up to send in for replacement. The same tech helped me both times. He was a bit arrogant and cocky. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE NOBLESVILLE LOCATION AGAIN due to his arrogance and lack of communication from the store letting me know the status of my repair. hi so i took my switch here a few months ago to fix my broken screen. and they fixed some of it but…read morethey bought the wrong part. that's not why i'm writing this review. my left joy-con rail stopped working when i got it back. now it's asking me to slide both joycons in and my left joycon wont register making my switch useless. either they forgot to plug in the ribbon cable or they broke it. by the other low review i assume they also might of taken some of my parts and didn't put it back. something else i want to add is that they made the screws very tight so no one can open it. hopefully nothing bad happened.

It would not properly install the latest version of windows, it kept stalling around 70-80% it waz running ultra slow, and sadly, ive become my father. I was told the phone would be back in a few days, but it took over two weeks to get it back. They did not fix the phone, and I had to go there three times and each time I was told he didn't have the phone. My husband was upset that we paid the $45.00 and waited two weeks only to have him tell us they couldn't fix it. They got into an argument when he asked for the phone back and the owner called him the "n" word. We ended up calling the police to try to resolve the issue. This place is horrible, and the owner has no respect for his customers. Horrible customer service and racist.

They never answer their phone and send you straight to Verizon customer service. When I finally had an additional two hours to pick up my phone I was met with attitude for no reason. The Verizon store on 30 and 41 is 10 times better. This place is a 3rd party company to Verizon so any issues you have Verizon cant help you and you have to deal with this place.
