But he's sure to help when beckoned, so don't hesitate to ask for him by name. He gets that all the time. This is one of the only businesses I know of that carries other brands of paint along with the Benjamin Moore brand. Most of the others tend to have signed an exclusivity clause with BM, which means you're pretty much stuck with what they're giving you. Myself, I like a choice. So if you want your own guy in the painting industry, go to Calumet, ask for Tony and walk out with exactly what you need to get your project done right. I was serviced by Anthony who was very personable, patient and knowledgeable about products and the paint palettes. My situation was very tricky because one portion of the basement has blacked out ceilings and the other has a standard white drywall ceiling. It was important that the correct hue of gray was picked to ensure that the space remained welcoming and not industrial. Anthony educated me on warm hues vs. cool hues as well as which hues gave off green, blue or purple. I've shopped at this location for over 10 years and I've never encountered an associate this knowledgeable about his craft. I look forward to visiting this store for all of my paint projects.

I took my window screens in for repair on 7/13/2022. I had used this establishment previously for…read morethe same thing and they were returned within 24 hours, without incident, so when I took them in on the date stated, I asked if I could get them the next day, but the young lady said they had a lot of screen repairs to complete, so my request could not be done. I called the store on Friday, 7/15/22, hoping they would be ready and I was told Monday or Tuesday. I went to the store on Tuesday, 7/19/22 and they were ready, but I never received a call stating they were indeed ready for pick up. Upon being given my screens I noticed that one looked wider than I recalled, but I didn't measure them when I dropped them off, so I left the store with all three screens fully repaired. When I installed two of the three screens that had been repaired, all but the one which seemed wider, fit perfectly. I took the screen back on, along with a screen from a similar window. You could see that the screen I was given was too wide. I was told to come back the next morning and speak to "Jake". The next morning I spoke to Jake and his words were, "I guarantee that is your screen". I said it is not the same width as another screen from the same bay of windows. His response was "all windows are not the same size, and is the screen from the top". I told him, there is only one screen per window, and when I tried to reinstall the screen it did not fit, and I asked if someone could put the screen in since he guaranteed it was my screen. He said not he, nor anyone else in the store would do that. What horrible customer service! Not once did he say it was possible there was a mix-up with the screens. I told him this would be the last time I would be in this store.

She is incredibly patient, genuinely listens to her clients, and is incredibly thorough in ways I would have never thought of. Holly is really passionate about color and loves educating her clients on it, which is super helpful to understand the color process and what to look for. On our last project Dora and Holly really went out of their way for me. I mean WAY above and beyond their job description, in the midst of me having a meltdown over our house renovation. I will never be able to thank them enough for their enormous patience in how they handled me and the situation. Between Holly's incredible talent for color and their unbelievable customer service, I am a customer for life!! If you are starting from scratch with an idea or testing your designer's color choices (I have been in both situations), Holly is the only color consultant you need to call. In regards to paint, if you are someone like me who suffers from migraines due to toxic fumes, etc., Aura is an amazing paint product.
