A tall gentleman behind the counter (with help from the manager) spent well over an hour researching the original paint that was purchased for my home. After a long search, they found the original paint and color which was different than what I thought it was. The original paint used was discontinued so he recommended the best alternative in the same color (Egret white). He tested it against my color and found it was still slightly off so he spent even more time to create an almost perfect match to my original paint. He did ALL of this to sell ONE gallon of paint!
