Since that time our switch on our kitchen light/fan has quit working twice. Each time we have bought the replacement part from Dekker and hired an electrician. It seems to me to be a faulty product but staff insists that it isn't. I would like to see them back their products better. We went into Dekker after Jeff replied to my review. They have come out to the house replaced it for the third time and paid for the electrician. We really appreciate them backing their product. I love there lighting, if you have trouble ask for the owners.

They sold me something that was entirely inadquate. Something that maybe would be OK for a residence to light up a doorway but nowhere near bright enough to light up the parking lot. Not any were near bright enough by an order of 10 times. And they refuse to accept a return on the items which cost me $400. I will not shop again and will NEVER rely on the judgment of that place. They wouldn't know a french-door fridge with a bottom freezer with an ice dispenser from a hole in the ground...never mind which is best suited for you or repair record of the various models. That's where Blink Appliance comes in. It's a family owned and operated business, the people are nice, they know about the brands...even the premium ones, will steer you away from the ones that have been coming back for repairs, and still give you a competitive price. No they don't have extended warranties from stores like BB and CC, but do you think they push the warranties on you because it benefits YOU? Bottom line is Blink has outfit three kitchens for us so far and we're about to call them to do the 4th. They are far south side but we do everything by phone since you can always go Lowes, etc or manufacturers' sites to check out the models first. They are always my first call when I need a new appliance.
