My life is a series of food cravings.... But, I'm currently pregnant which gives me extra leverage with my husband. I was having a flash craving for a fried fish sandwich and was sure I'd have to go all the way to Oakland but this place came up on Yelp and did not disappoint. The fried fish sandwich is a definite winner. Hot, fresh, seemed to have lettuce, tomato, cheese and tartar sauce. Hot sauce on the side. Fair pricing. Would recommend and will return so that's two thumbs up for me.

Been driving past this food truck that's near my home and after running into the owner at the supermarket I decided to come support as this is a desperate need in my area. Fried catfish, prawns, wings and more! First things first the owner is very friendly and gives you service with a smile. The food is extremely fresh and hot. The catfish was really good, nicely fried and seasoned. The prawns were also fried well and seasoned. The fries are really good and fresh and seasoned. I will be back to try other options for sure.

Who Da Combo, fish, prawns and chicken with fries

I was out taking a walk in the Tara Hills neighborhood and stumbled across "Who Dat Cat." I ended up ordering the "Who Da Combo" which consisted of 1 piece of fish, 2 wings and 2 prawns with fries. Everything was fresh and delicious with great flavors. The fish and chicken were tender and the prawns were sweet. The food tasted as if it came out of a restaurant not a food truck.

My little cousin and I was actually looking for a fish n chip spot since the one we wanted to try was closed. We happen to stumble across this wonderful food truck. I am glad I did and may I say the owner is super welcoming. He even walked over to our car to give us our food! Anyways let us start with the chicken wings. I actually loved the chicken wings. Crispy and seasoned really well. You can literally just eat the wings by itself or you can dip it in the garlic ranch and kick your taste buds up a level. I would get the wings again for sure. My little cousin got the fish sandwich and he loved it. It was hefty and delicious. The fish was hot and overall one of the better fish sandwiches I have had. I got the 5 cat fish PC that came with either fries, potato salad or a salad. I went with fries and the potato salad. Fries are seasoned well which i was super happy. The cat fish was delicious because it did not have that overwhelming muddy taste that usually comes from cat fish. Fish was fried to perfection and the breading was delicious. I will for sure come back. I do wish that maybe in the future he can make some homemade drinks like sweet tea or lemonade. Overall no complaints!

Fish is perfectly cooked, flavor is perfect

Anyway, Hundal Sahib fish n' chips is pretty darn close! Their selection of fish and fried veggies is excellent. We ordered a large family meal (for 4 people) which came with 6 pieces of fish (large meaty pieces of cod), chips (aka fries for the Americans out there), fried mushrooms and onion rings and hush puppies. It was all made to order, crispy, juicy and delicious. And they gave us plenty of tartar sauce and malt vinegar without us even having to ask! I highly recommend this spot. And the restaurant interior is very cool and kitschy!

"The sea was angry that day my friends, like an old man trying to return soup at a deli!"…read more-George Costanza, Seinfeld Like a step back in time.. haven't been in awhile, and now appears to have new owners. da Scene: had a mediocre baja fish taco the other day, so stopped here to grab some good ol' fish & chips. Looks the same from the outside. Inside could use some updating, but I always take it home. da Grub: went with the tried an true Double Catch; Cod & Prawns w/ mushrooms & fries. At 1st glance it looks pretty much the same... munch, and yep, very familiar Cod, very crispy outside, soft, white, tender inside. Prawns were nice size, about 2 bites per; mushrooms also crisp/tender. All atop some fries... and these were the only discernable difference, these were fries, not traditional pub style english "chips" as before - ok, but not as sturdy as chips which are typically stubby and thicker, and somehow stay crispy. Not a deal breaker though... the quality of the Cod & Prawns is most important and still shines through. da Service: Greeted warmly, nice lady, 15 min wait, packed in open cardboard tray so things stay crispy, you get a container each of malt, tartar & the cocktail/horseradish sauce (yummy, I use all 3 in every bite!). 5 Stars for quality; it's a bit pricey, but when it comes to seafood, don't skimp. Old school hole inda wall feel, with friendly service. You can't eat this too often, it's a cheat meal... but when you get the craving, this hits the spot, so come get it.

There is no one in the place, there are four (high school aged) workers behind the counter. I stood there for a good minute. Not one came over to me. I moved over and got one of their attention since they were not going to come and assist (because you know, they were busy goofing off - there was no adult there). The order was NOT ready in fact, they didn't even make the fries. So they started the fries and I stood there while they were cooked. Why did you tell us it was ready when it wasn't remotely ready? I got my order and left, got home and realized the burrito wasn't there. I went all the way back and they said "we refunded the burrito, it's only served for breakfast" First off the menu does not say this. If it's only served during a certain part of the day THEN SAY IT ON THE MENU. Second, no one thought of letting anyone know it was refunded. Just did and went on about their day of goofing off. The people at the store there couldn't give a flying yahoo when I voiced my displeasure. The last couple times we've been here the service was almost non-existent and the orders are always messed up. And this was the last time. Management will read this and just laugh. They could not care at all. Time for poorly run businesses like this to be done.

Cabinets are broken, and floors need to be mopped. The service is slow. The Pancake was real good! Everything else was blah. The server said "they can't season the food much due to a large all the old people that live in Pinole." If you can't season then you shouldn't serve Cajun food. My pregnant wife ordered Pork Chop and Eggs which she had to send back and luckily they removed it from our bill, it was so plain and under seasoned. All our food was really underwhelming. My parents said the grits were really good there but this time they tasted almost as bland as water. Their is reason to believe this place has switched ownership and it trying to save money. There use to be a line out the door and we came at 11:30am on a Sunday and there was only 5 tables occupied... The Chorizo hash Benedict was also delicious, it wasn't greasy like some Chorizo can be, and the eggs also cooked perfect.
