OK, I was surprised to see some of the bad reviews for this place. To start, the food is excellent. Great burger with a great char and rich taste. Fries are excellent as well. Not for the fresh cut purist, as they are lightly battered. But excellent. Now, the complaints from some of the reviewers are not without some merit. Just remember where you are, and it will all be fine. This is in a food court in a high-end shopping center in one of the most expensive counties to live in the United States. Thus, it will be a little expensive if it is of any kind of high quality, and the service pattern will not rival either a good sit down restaurant or a stand-alone fast food place. Needs a lot of work. This is one of the restaurants in the new Savor food court at the Westchester. True, the food court is not fully functional yet, but if you are open, I'd expect you to have the items on your menu. They were out of half of the items they supposedly offer. No sweet potato fries, chicken, lemonade, etc. The cashier gave a discount to the customers who tried to order something that was out of stock. Nearly everyone I saw order got a discount. I ordered a veggie burger without the mayo and waited while people who ordered after me got served. I finally said something and it turned out that they had never started my order. When it was finally ready, I sat down to eat and saw that the burger I'd been given had mayo on it. I had to go back and have the bun switched out. Once I was actually able to begin eating, the burger itself was disappointing. It seemed like they had turned up the flame on the stove in an attempt to cook the burger more quickly after forgetting it. As a result, the exterior was unpleasantly charred. Ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich combo. Waited 30 minutes and paid $10 for a single, burnt chicken tender that had been sitting in the fryer basket for probably 20 minutes as I was waiting. Didn't get the fries because I didn't end up getting charged for the combo. It was dry, tough, and hard to even swallow. The cook seemed to be overwhelmed, maybe because it was lunch, but if the quality is going to be like this they need more staff. Watched him burn a veggie burger in the pan because he forgot about it and had to start over. Got exasperated when he saw there were very little fries left with a crowd of people waiting. Won't give it another shot unless something drastically improves. read more

Ordered the Brussel Sprouts Salad with grilled chicken. In the end, it was one of the most blandest tasteless salads I've even eaten (even without the dressing). I didn't like that the brussel sprouts were cut up into pieces as I prefer mine whole and flavorful. The grilled chicken was juicy to begin with before slowly losing its flavor. It also took like 10 min. to prepare the salad which is absurd considering there's not a lot of activity going on for a Thursday night. Smh. read more

I had a cheeseburger and fries. Overall, great quality. I'm just giving it three stars because of the exuberant prices. For a burger, fries, and small soda - I spent $19. I had to buy the soda at their competitor because they were out of every thing I asked for, including their lemonade. I would only eat here if I was in a rush or something. The blue cheese and bacon burger is awesome here, and the fries are pretty good too. It's a shame the Juicy Lucy isn't sold here. I wish it was. It's also very pricey--my burger and fries together was something like $16. That's kind of absurd for a food court stand. Then again, the burger was excellent, so it was worth it. read more

The burger itself is pretty good, but the wait and the price don't warrant another visit here. I ordered their signature burger with Swiss ($10), it's pretty small for the price and took about 15 minutes to come. They were not especially busy, it seems like that's just about how long it takes for them to prepare a burger, which IMO is just too long for food court counter food. read more

Mixed emotions here. The classic short rib burger with American cheese is above average. Stay away from anything fried like a the Fries, Kale Chips, and Sweet Potatoe fries. They were super greasy and soaked in oil like the oil was not hot enough when cooking. Plus way over priced at $5 per side. read more

Actually a very good burger. Can't complain about the flavor of the meat and the fact it was actually cooked medium unlike most places that know-nothing less than well done on a burger. Value leaves a lot to be desired though. 10 dollars plus for a hamburger, 3 bucks for a drink and 5 dollars for fries puts you at almost 20 bucks for lunch after tax. Can't even say the portion sizes were big to qualify it. Took almost fifteen minutes for our food as well - ok in a full service restaurant. Not ok in a food court. Also, don't list house made iced tea on your menu when you are serving mass produced bottles. Make an effort to update the menu. read more

It's delicious, I had the bacon blue cheese burger and I recommend it... The only issue is the price, just the burger (no fries) and a bottle of water ended up costing over $15. I won't go back because it's too expensive, but if someone else is buying then why not? read more

I went to ask why not hot he said we serve cold but I will refund your meal since you're not happy. He showed me the refund on Square and I checked later and it was never put through. This is a generous two-star rating. The Philly cheese steak was overpriced, made with a seemingly store-bought roll, and lacking in steak and filling. When I asked if my sandwich had the normal amount of meat, the response was "about that" while there was a lot of unfilled bread on either end. The flavor wasn't bad, but an option to add peppers would've improved it significantly. The place has a trendy vibe fitting with the rest of the food court, but it had little else going for it. What can I say? The man understands the sanctity of a hotdog. For some reason he really wanted to put cheese on it for me, any one of the three they offer and it wasn't an upsell. The guy was reading me; good cheese on a good dog is one of the finer things life has to offer. Keep it simple, people, life is astonishing sometimes. But no cheese. Quite honestly, it should have been no dog either. I had no business walking up that escalator. I'd just spent a stupid amount of $$$ on a dress for my daughter's wedding and the dress, um, doesn't exactly zip. Yet. I have six weeks to work that out. So a dog? Right, no, not happening. I made a deal with myself. One of Joe's dogs and 4,000 steps of mall highway before I hit the door. We discussed the merits of the unsullied dog, my 25 years of NYC street meat and why Whitman's is the one place I'm likely to come unhinged given my current home in the deep, dark, hotdogless forest of CT. A few minutes later I walked away with my dog, enough yellow mustard to scare off a small child, and located a remote corner. I imagined the Alice statue in Central Park in late July. I took my time. Went there for the first time since they redid the food court. The burger was ok, nothing spectacular to write home about. It's very pricey as my bill was nearly $20 that also included a can of Coke and $5 Fries! 80% chance I will not return. A Five Guys meal is much better. read more
