The crab cake tostones was very well fried, the guacamole was fresh and flavorful, the crab meat was a bit different, it almost tasted like imitation crab meat so I'm not sure about that. The salmon was deep fried which I wasn't expecting or else I would have asked it to be baked or broiled. So it dried out the salmon too much and the fried rice was a bit meh. The Birria sushi was decent The tropical mojo wings was a GREAT flavor. Definetly a hit! that flavor they concocted needs to be experimented on other dishes.

Lighting was stellar and acoustics good due to music loudness and bit more than for my liking. The portions of food were average and not over sized with nicely proportioned ingredients. Nachos ingredients were not speckled on top of the chips but more in dollops to the side but for jalapeños. Maybe I missed it, but not so much cheese. My taco salad bowl was brining with shrimp and chicken and both were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. The cap of cheese was pleasant and tasted just fine.

They only serve beer and other refreshments and no wine. The Lengua (cow tongue) and Tripas (cow guts) are stupendous. I first went there to try it by myself and today I took my Wife with me. For the second time I ordered the Chicken Enchiladas entrée with rice and refried beans the entrees prices are around $12 or lower. The cook will adjust the spiciness of the enchiladas sauce if you request it because he makes everything from scratch and served really warm as well. The tacos are around $3, but with plenty of meat and two corn tortillas. They make them super delicious with melted cheese and red enchiladas sauce with a side lettuce tomato salad and the portion is large. Most likely you'll take leftovers. Bathrooms are clean too.

We were never asked if we wanted another round of drinks, if we needed napkins, or if everything was okay. We had to flag someone down whenever we needed anything. It's disappointing because this restaurant used to be one of our favorites. The service and quality have clearly declined, and based on this experience, I'm not sure we'll be returning.
