Food was 10/10 so good. Got an amazing soup and steak fajitas I'm obsessed. Delicious and great presentation and huge portions.

Dinner was amazing. Ordered shrimp burrito, no refried beans, add black beans and cheese. Small guacamole with chips, medium chips & salsa with a classic margarita to go. Burrito was sooo good. Didn't even have time to take a picture. Guacamole -amazing! Salsa was a little spicy for me but always great to snack on. Margarita was ok. Me personally, needed extra lime juice. Great way to end the work week read more

Small place with a separate bar area. Has the feel of a take-out place with seating. Food and drink were fine. Service was quick, but they got my daughter's order wrong, and my grandson's order wrong twice! Place was pretty empty, so I don't know what the problem was. read more

Ugh, I've really missed this place!! I'm so happy it's open again & it's beautiful inside! Very updated, sexy little bar area too. Very niceeeee! I got takeout with my friend, everything was DELICIOUS! Food was really good before but maybe it got better, or I forgot but YUMMMM my gosh! I got the chorizo chimichanga and the queso fundido, 10/10 for BOTH. My friend got a shrimp chimichanga (we had to ask if shrimp could be an option, so fyi! it's possible lol) and the shrimp ceviche, she loved her food too! Plus we got a medium sized guac with chips, GREAT SIZE for the price in my opinion. The hostess who helped me with the pick up was so nice, very sweet lady. Told me to come back for their happy hour, I think she said it's until 7!! That's amazing, so I'll be back definitely. So many things to try off the menu, exciting! read more

Went for takeout for a lunch order. Very unauthentic tasteless quesadilla, the tacos were EXTREMELY bland and the guac tasted like it was store purchased!! If you want real Mexican, I wouldn't recommend going here. read more

I took my kids here after my son's graduation and we had a really nice time. The remodeling looks really nice, the space is airy and inviting. The food was solid, we had the fish tacos and the steak tacos along with some sides like rice and beans, guacamole and platanos. It was all very tasty. The service was good. I would recommend checking this place out with the new updates! read more

Finally got a chance to try Mariachi Loco! Lived up to the hype - we had missed out the last time I passed through this area, so I'm glad I got a chance to try it out! Only managed to snap a shot of my order - the Mexican Pizza with Steak. I saw it on the online menu under quesadillas - so I thought it was like.. pizza sauce or something like that in a quesadilla. Instead, what came out was a legit pizza just laid on top of a super huge tortilla. Fans of thin crust - rejoice! For more traditional orders - my wife thought the burrito was super legit and the tres leches cake was one of the best I've had. read more

In the past, I'd go nuts with Mariachi's big portions, reasonably priced meals, delicious Mango Margaritas, (with REAL Mango by the way) plus someone playing a guitar and singing Mexican Ballads on request. But then a year ago, my visit made me look at these guys a little different and made a mental note to give these guys a much needed break. Recently though, I called in a Shrimp Tacos Lunch order for pick up- and thought they might've stepped up to the plate since that last episode. Well...I hate to break it to you- but Mariachi's poor choice of seafood for their Tacos made me think twice about eating here all over again. My 3, "Shrimp" Tacos were jam-packed with tons of chopped tomatoes, onions and about 4 Baby Shrimp in each taco. Really?? One bite- and all you got was tomato. And the order wasn't cheap either...$12 for Baby Frozen Shrimp? Nahhhhh. They just confirmed what I already knew- but at the same time, I also wanted to keep these guys tucked in my pocket. Somehow though, all great things- come to an end. You really are out of my list. read more

Nice little spot. We were invited here by friends that are regulars here and love this place though I must admit I was skeptical. We were immediately greeted with a warm welcome and seated. The chips and salsa are good. I love fresh salsa and this one was really good. Then came the margaritas. Oh they know the way to my heart. Big margaritas that were yummy and not over bearing with the alcohol but not cheap with it either. So good in fact I had 3 or 4 (can't remember). I loved the shrimp cocktail. It was so big it could have been my meal. This alone would make me return. The chile rellanos were good, not hot when they were served and I was so hungry I ate without complaining. My hubby wasn't a fan of the torta because it was a whole piece of steak instead of the chopped steak tortas usually have. He also wasn't a fan of the el pastor tacos. Our friends had the chimichangas and carne asada tacos and they enjoyed both. Customer service is friendly and attentive. I would like to return and try some other things on the menu. read more

Delicious. My husband had the chicken burrito supreme, and I had the steak enchiladas rojas, and both were very well made. The vegetables taste very fresh, the meat and chicken well-seasoned and the servings were sizeable. The refried brand and rice were very good, and the red sauce on the enchiladas was tasty. They give you a very good amount of food for the price. I wouldn't say the place has great ambiance, and the staff didn't exude warmth, per see, but it's definitely a place I would recommend for solid Mexican food. Oh, their hot sauce is delicious and very potent...in a good way. Make sure you get some! read more

Full disclosure, I have only ever gotten takeout from here and can't comment on the interior or the service, but the food is excellent. Compared to a number of other local Mexican spots, the portions are much larger for the same price. I also absolutely love the different churros they have. read more

New owners, a bit chaotic, give it some time and see where it goes. Food was good, drinks were ok as well

Latin American food for this price is honestly a steal. The tacos were really good. I tried pickled cow tongue and I had a little but it got overwhelming for me very fast. The drinks were really good especially the michelada. The platters were huge. The server was so sweet. read more

You would be wrong to fault Mariachi Loco for its strip mall location and modest interior. Been eating regularly here for nearly two years, and they deliver, time and time again. Mariachi's straightforward nature makes it all the more appealing, in my mind. You come here to EAT, and you'll get a pleasant staff and authentic Mexican cooking. Their "Mexican style" (be sure to distinguish) quesadillas are massive, folded over incredible oaxaca cheese (Mexican mozzarella, to this amateur) and, should you choose it as your filling, Mariachi Loco's excellent grilled chicken. So well-season and tender. The tacos de cecina are incredibly flavorful, stuffed with minced, heavily salted beef. Use the limes provided to really bring out the flavor. Their nachos are decadent, whether as an appetizer or a meal; just crisped enough so that you get a few lightly-burned ones, and lots of their great chicken (or another meat) and covered in cheese. The sauces (green and red) brought to the table are excellent accompaniments, though the green sauce served on weekdays is less creamy, and I find much better. You can't go wrong picking from the menu. Weekends crowd up around 7:00, and weekdays can garner a crowd too. Very casual, always pleasant, and always excellent. read more

I don't have enough time in my day to describe how amazing their quesadillas are. I live in Dutchess county and travel to Westchester just for them when I am in the mood. Large quesadillas come in a pizza sized box, and I've had every one of them. Chicken, buffalo, steak etc... they are all delicious. (Eat them fast though, because they get cold fast). Guacamole is one of the best I've ever had, and portion size is great for sharing. Food is made quickly and prices are reasonable. Want to try something new? - go with theirmexican breakfast! Overall Mariachi Loco is THE SPOT in Westchester for mexican food, one of my all time favorites. read more

Food was bland. The shredded lettuce looks like it has been sitting on the shelf for over a day. The color was more brown that green. And during the busy hours, they tend to panic and can't handle the lunch hour rush. I asked for water and the server told me "not now, we're busy". I asked for the bill and she said "hold on, not now, we're busy" Never again will I come back here. The tacos were soggy and had way too much fat on the carnitas. The tortilla had more taste than the actual meat. Never again. read more

The steak was so chewy I couldn't bite threw it. The delivery bag was flooded with juice. The guacamole was sour. The peppers and onions looked like spaghetti. I will never order here again. This review is for take-out / delivery only. So I will focus on the food. This place is a gem for authentic Mexican food. I love the tacos and tostadas at this place. Have tried a variety of meats and I liked them all. And the quesadillas are really good too. Try the buffalo chicken quesadilla. I have tried the soups a couple of times and they are good too. However, the same cannot be said about the entrées. I have tried a few but was not happy with the preparation. The taste was great but the meat was usually over done (once the chicken was under done). Do not order the desserts. I felt they were premade/frozen Overall, I still feel this is a great take out place. My goto - chicken tinga, carne enchilada, al pastor tostadas read more

Since moving from Queens to Westchester we have been looking for authentic Mexican that resembles the delicious taquerias or taco trucks in Queens. I can finally say we found it! So many of the Mexican places in Westchester feel inauthentic. Most places don't allow you to order single tacos and mix and match. This place checks all the boxes! We ordered the following tacos: al pastor, skirt steak, regular steak, and spicy pork. They were all delish. Most of all the al pastor and skirt steak. We also tried the quesadilla and torta. We have missed tortas so much! Very happy we found this place for all of our weekly Mexican take out needs. read more

As far as family run Mexican eateries go, it doesn't get much better than this. There's a casual corner and the main dining room with a full bar and live mariachi! It's a modest outlet with a big heart and even bigger flavor. I was really impressed by the sauces, which at most places are bland and "oh do I have to make this again today" attitude. These guys put their heart and soul into it and that comes through. Lucky for me it's close to home so it's my new go to spot for some really top notch Mexican eats. I always start by trying their tacos, beef, chicken and pork, they were all good. The chicken needs a little more kick though to pour on the sauce after squeezing the lime. I can't wait to go back and try some more with a few tequilas! read more

Craving for sweet plantains so we thought of trying this place that looks authentic. Omg... the biggest mistake we did. How can you even screw up sweet plantains? This is unacceptable. This place is the worst ever. Sweet plantains served were old and hard as a rock . Unfortunately we ordered take out and lived 10 miles away so not worth to drive back. So folks be warned. The young and old men behind the counters were the one I dealt with. They wear long sleeves, seems nice. Next time you serve to your customers, check the food you are handing out...otherwise Shame on you!!!! read more

I have been to this place many times when I visit family. The staff is friendly and the food is very tasty. Especially if you are a fan of Mexican food. Once you are seated you are greeted with complimentary chips and salsa. I always order Sopes with chicken. That's my go to dish. I had a chicken quesadilla once and its literally the size of a personal pie very tasty. If you drink, I recommend the mango margarita. They even have a mega size one if you are really thirsty. But for those that don't drink I would recommend getting horchata. It's a drink made from rice and cinnamon. Really good. Ultimately you will not be leaving hungry from this place, but will want to return to try other foods. read more
